"Any volunteers?" Liam asks looking around the dungeon room.

"Will it hurt?" Adonis asks.

"Yes." Quiweeme answers honestly. "But Eva can numb your body if you would like." He says and Adonis nods.

"Sounds good, I'll do it." Adonis says before looking at my dad and slapping his shoulder. "For our sons."

"For our sons." Dad confirms.

Quiweeme and Weheil walk towards Adonis and stop when they were in front of him before placing a hand on either side of his head and staring into his eyes.

"Try not to move." Weheil tells him, Adonis nods again.

The elves eyes begin to glow again and a golden colored aura wraps around them as well as Adonis. Only minutes later, the large Lion screams as the force of the elves magic takes over, stripping the memory they needed.

"Damn it." Raiden whispers, dropping his head on my shoulder and tightening his grip around me. The other lions and lionesses throughout the room hang their heads, while clutching them.

"What's wrong babe?" I ask nervously as distress, pain and anxiety flood our bond.

"We can feel his pain." He groans, shaking his head against my shoulder.

"Eva, do something please." I plead, so she rushes over and twirls her wrists, wrapping Quiweeme, Weheil and Adonis in her energy.

With Eva's magic working on Adonis, he quickly calmed down and took a few deep breaths before closing his eyes as Quiweeme and Weheil's eyes glow even brighter until eventually they drop their auras and smile.

"We are ready." Weheil states as he looks around the room. Quiweeme takes his hand and both elves begin to summon the wolves we were all looking for.

The lights flicker as the temperature dips and I jump back, further pressing my back against Raiden's chest when this bright light surrounds Quiweeme and Weheil.

Then I heard his voice...

"What the fuck?!"

And her voice..

"Dean!"

"Let her go!"

The bright light begins to dim as I listen to the struggle within. The lights flicker once again and the temperature in the room seems to pick up, that's when I saw them on the ground. Quiweeme and Weheil holding them in place with what I could only assume were their manipulation tricks they mentioned.

"What the fuck is this?!" Dean growled.

"You've been summoned for reasons you will understand soon enough." Quiweeme answers.

"Summoned? Like magic?" Dean asks in disbelief.

"Well of course, how else would you have gotten here?" Weheil asks, shaking his head.

"Who are you? Where are we?" Mom asks frantically.

"Oh come on Jade, you don't recognize any of us?" Dad asks this time and my mom's head whips in the direction of where he stood.

Dean stared at my dad with wide eyes and an expression that definitely said 'We're so fucked'

"Liam?" Dean asks before swallowing nervously.

"In the flesh." Dad smiles.

"How? Where are we?" Mom whispers.

"The Shadow pack." Dad answers, causing Dean and mom to frown.

"The Shadow pack? Who's the Alpha?" Dean asks, watching dad warily.

"I am."

Dean's eyes grow impossibly wide as he starts to take in the room full of my new family. He stops for awhile, staring at Emilio, Gabe, Avery and Hunter. Then he sees the pride and narrows his eyes. However, the moment he sees Raiden and I, his mouth hangs open and I instinctively cover my stomach once again.

"Dylan, what are you doing here?" Dean asks, his eyebrows knit together as his eyes trail down to my bulging belly. "Are you... pregnant?"

"Yes." I answer plainly.

"An alpha male? Pregnant? That's laughable."

Interestingly enough, that's the same thing I thought when I first found out, I guess Dean's ways still vibrate through my veins.

"It's not as laughable as you think, I'm happy." I tell him as Raiden growls quietly behind me.

Dean scoffs. "You're weaker than I thought." His eyes land on Liam once again. "So I'm guessing you know the truth." He asks, looking back at me.

"Yes." I tell him once again, not really having much else to say to him. My mom stayed quiet on the floor, her eyes constantly darting between myself and Liam.

"Awesome, so when are you going to kill us?" Dean asks with a smile.

"I have no plans that involve killing you." Liam says walking over to him before crouching down to his level. "Now torturing you for hours, exposing the truth, turning you into the council and then taking back my birth lands are all things that I do plan on doing."

"Wait, taking back your birth lands? The Wolf's Claw pack." Jade asks.

"Obviously." Liam states.

"But Garrett, he's the alpha now, he's only a pup, surely you wouldn't kill a pup." Jade says, with a glimmer of hope in her eyes that fades immediately once Liam nods his head.

"Correction, your son is not a pup and even though I don't plan on killing him, I can't speak for everyone else here." Liam shrugs.

"Why do you want to turn me into the council? For what? Your embarrassment?" Dean demands. Quiweeme's eyes glow again before Dean falls flat onto the floor.

"Mind your tongue, you won't raise your voice to Liam or any other being present." Quiweeme tells Dean and smiles down at Liam, who returns it with his own.

"I plan on turning you into the council for your crimes as well as Jake's." Liam says as Eva removes the black mist she had covering the dungeon walls, exposing Jake's battered form still chained to the wall.

"Jake!" Dean yells.

"Shhh, stop yelling, you might upset my grandpups." Liam chuckles, sending a wink my way. I laugh at his foolishness before looking back at Dean.

"Eva, if you wouldn't mind."

"Of course not." She waves her hand as Dean's body levitates from the floor and slams into the wall next to Jake, chains wrapping around his wrists and ankles, his arms hoisted above his head as his legs are spread against the wall.

"Just fucking kill me man, this day was bound to come eventually.. I didn't think it would take 21 years, but whatever." Dean snarled.

Liam shakes his head, which further pissed Dean off.

"How did you even survive all of this time? You were banished! Turned rogue! You shouldn't even be alive!" Dean growls, Eva snapped her finger and his head whips to the side as if he was just slapped.

"You fucking little witch, the council will find you and know what you've done, all of you." Dean warns.

"Oh shut up larger than normal wolf and just start spilling the beans." Alaric hisses.

"What?" Dean yells.

"The truth you idiot, start telling the truth.. we can start with how you won our challenge." Dad says.

"I won our challenge fair and square you dipshit."

"Lies." Dad states.

"No that's the truth." Dean tells him.

"Well it's not the truth and you can either start telling the truth voluntarily or our magical members here will force it out of you." Dad tells him.

"Oh fuck.. " Jake breaths out. "Just tell them brother, trust me... the council might have mercy on us, but the bastards in this room won't."

"Shut up Jake! I'm not telling them shit, there's no way they can force me to say anything and they need proof to submit to the council that something went wrong, but I won't admit to anything."

"Yes you will."

The sound of the dungeon door opening and closing as Bennett's voice floods the room. Looking over my shoulder, Taj was supporting majority of his weight like always as my brother limped into the dungeon. His eyes glued on those chained to the wall before he looks down, noticing our mom on the floor.

He stops in front of me before pulling me into a hug, then pulls away and kisses my forehead. Nodding to Raiden behind me, Taj helps Bennett across the room to hug Liam.

I silently watch their exchange before they pull away from each other and Taj holds my brother upright as he stares at the wolves responsible for his pain.

Dean and Jake were staring at him, mouths hung open and eyes wide, our mom was crying hysterically screaming out for him.

"You don't get to feel for me, Jade." Bennett growled as she hung her head.

"My son, I'm so sorry, I knew you weren't dead, I knew, I could feel you this whole time, you've grown so much." Jade cries.

"You could feel our familial bond, yet you didn't do much to stop Dean and Jake from trying to kill me 7 years ago."

"No Bennett, I tried to stop them."

"That's a fucking lie.. I linked you, called out to you for help that day and you blocked me out Jade... you knew what they were going to do and you didn't try to stop it because you shared the same secret they were trying to keep, you all didn't want Liam to find me or Dylan again, so you didn't think twice about trying to hurt me."

"Everything that Dean and Jake have done, you played a huge part in, so do not call me your son and do not waste your tears on me, you don't have that right." Bennett growls.

"Fuck me..." Jake whispers before looking at Dean, who was still chained next to him and looking just as dumbfounded. "I thought you said he was dead."

"He was supposed to be." Dean whispered back, never once taking his eyes off my brother. "H-how are you... w-what.."

"What happened?" Bennett asks. "Well let's see, you and Jake tried to kill me, threw me in the fucking river and left me for dead, turns out I wasn't actually dead and my body washed up on the shore near the forbidden forest.. I was on the brink of death, but my mate found me after 4 fucking days."

"I must say, I want to rip your throats out, but if you never did what you did, I would have never found Bennett, so in some weird way I have to thank you..." Taj smiles. "But I won't do that just yet."

Dean shakes his head as he looks over Bennett's appearance. "Looks like we should have finished the job, you look like shit."

Liam lunged forward once again and wrapped his hands around Dean's throat, the asshole was bucking against the wall.

"You fucking piece of shit! You ruined my sons, you pathetic excuse for a wolf." He snarled, tightening his grip on Dean. "You took everything from me, my pack, my family, both of my mates, my pups." He slams Dean's head back into the wall.

"Why keep my boys if you just wanted to kill them? Why abuse them? You could have just turned them over to me, but you didn't. You, your fucking brother and your bitch on the floor destroyed all that I love and I want to hear you say it."

"Bitch?!" Jade yells, clearly shocked.

"Yes, did you really think I would feel anything for you after all this time? After all this pain?" Liam snarls her way before looking back at Dean.

"If I didn't want to turn you into the council, I would kill you right here, so you better answer my questions truthfully or so help me, you will leave here in pieces."

"Ok." Dean groans as he continues to squirm against the wall. Liam shoves his head back again and takes a step away from him as Dean attempts to catch his breath.

"Speak or I'll let their magic rip through you." Liam says, nodding towards Eva and the elves.

"Fuck off."

Liam scoffs. "Eva."

I braced myself for what was to come, but even Raiden's touch couldn't calm me down enough to watch what Eva was doing to Dean nor hearing the screams that were ripped out of him.

"Ok, ok... I'll talk." Dean screams through the pain Eva was currently inflicting. She pulled back her magic and smiled as Liam stepped a little closer to Dean once again.

"Speak."

"It was easy." Dean breaths out after a few moments of silence. "Wolfsbane."

"Clearly." Liam states. "What form?"

"Spray." Dean sighs. "It was a spray, easy to conceal, easy to hide.."

"How did you administer it to me? You didn't have a spray can that day, with so many wolves there, somebody would have noticed something."

"Jake and Jade helped me, they sprayed the trail that you had to walk through to get to the silver river that day. Every plant, bush and tree was laced in the chemical, all you had to do was breathe and you would be affected." Dean explains, stretching his neck from side to side.

Jake shakes his head as my mom cries a little louder. I couldn't feel any sympathy for them right now. After hearing everything that's happened, I wasn't surprised to hear that Jake helped poison my dad, but I didn't expect to hear that my mom took part in it.

I knew she wasn't innocent.

"Makes sense." Liam nods. "Then when I became affected by the chemical, I lost connection to my wolf, it weakened me and you won the challenge because according to the council's judgement, there was no foul play in the circle."

"One point for Liam." Dean smirks.

Eva made a whiteboard appear out of nowhere and places a tally mark under dads name. I couldn't help but chuckle at the woman's pettiness.

"Next, why kill my entire pack? You could have easily made them pledge their lives to you, nobody had to die that day."

"See, that's where you're wrong.. they all had to die that day." Dean says.

"Why?" Liam asks.

"Because they were loyal to you, I couldn't lead your people and expect their love after challenging their alpha. They had to die."

"Dean, I've done my research on you and I happen to know that you and Jake were born as rogues. There's no way you would have been made aware of the issues that could take place after taking over a pack, so who helped you? Who told you that you should slaughter my pack?" Liam asks.

"Who do you think dude?" Dean scoffs as he looks at Jade, who hangs her head even more.

"Seriously?" Liam asks, in disbelief. "Why Jade? You told Dean and Jake's rogues to kill our entire pack. Our family. Why would you do that?"

"You don't understand Liam... Dean is my fated mate, my love for him was strong, way stronger than ours and I was so young.. I would have done anything to keep him happy." Jade cries.

"Like slaughtering your entire pack, betraying your alpha, banishing your chosen mate and plotting to kill your sons? Our sons?" Liam asks with tears in his eyes.

"It was never supposed to get that far Liam! Why couldn't you just lose your challenge gracefully? Why couldn't you just stay away? Why couldn't you just let Dylan and Bennett live a happy life with me and Dean? Your constant presence ruined everything!" Jade shouts.

She's more backwards than Dean.

"My constant presence ruined everything? I stayed around for my sons, I didn't give a shit about you or Dean or Jake... the only wolves I wanted were my sons, that shouldn't have ruined everything Jade!"

"But it did! Because you stayed around and kept attacking the pack, Dean and Jake had to hurt Bennett, then force Dylan to become alpha, if you would have just stayed away and kept everything a secret, Bennett would have been able to accomplish what we all needed from him and he wouldn't have gotten hurt." Jade explains, with tears rolling down her cheeks.

"And what the hell did you need from me?" Bennett growls.

"To hold the title Bennett... to be Alpha until Garrett was of age." Jade tells him, like that was known information.

Maddox was right man! That's all they wanted! I thought I was a placeholder, but originally it was supposed to be Bennett, but because he disappeared, I had to take his place.

This is all so fucked up.

"I was a placeholder?" Bennett asks, Jade nods.

"We just needed you to hold the title until Garrett was 21, then he could challenge you for it or you could have handed it down, but whatever the case, Garrett was to be alpha." Jade says.

"Why Garrett?" Liam asks.

"Because he's my son, the true Alpha of the pack that I ran." Dean tells him with a little too much attitude that catches Eva's attention, she gives Dean a look and he clears his throat, then looks away.

"You mean the pack you stole." Taj scoffs.

"Whatever." Dean sighs.

"Liam, do you plan on killing my son?" Jade asks, pulling a boisterous laugh from majority of the room, except me and I'm sure Raiden didn't laugh either because he could feel how on edge I already was.

I didn't have anything to say to the wolves I thought loved me, I refused to speak, to stress myself out or my pups. These fuckers weren't worth it.

"That's kind of a redundant question to ask, don't you think?" Liam laughs. "You're worried about me killing Garrett, but you weren't worried about Dean and Jake trying to kill Bennett, who is also your son by the way, if you forgot."

"I didn't forget." Jade argues back.

Yeah she's an idiot or she needs therapy. I can't believe half of my DNA is from this woman.

"Can we just end this brother?" Quiweeme asks Liam.

"Yes, the wolves here have given us enough to submit to the council." Weheil says.

"Not to mention, they all need to pray to the Gods and Goddesses because they really do need help." Eva giggles.

"Plus the stench of wolf in here has grown to astronomical levels." Alaric rolls his eyes. "I can stomach the wolves here in our pack, but the extra 3 here have brought an obnoxiously annoying stench with them."

"I can't say I disagree." Adonis growls. "Can we just submit the truth and then kill them? Do we have to keep them alive?"

Good question.

"Yes we do, we have to give them to the council by law.. trust me, if there was any other way, I would have done it." Liam tells everyone.

I listen to the conversations around the room, most of them were trying to find another way to submit the truth and kill Dean, Jade and Jake, the others were trying to understand what just happened and the last conversation was the one I was having with myself.

How could any of this happen?

Why would any of this happen?

Jade said she did what she did because was young and in love, but let's be honest, her stupidity carried on up until this day, right here and she's not 20 years old anymore.

She continued to belittle Emilio even though she wasn't young anymore, she continued to allow the pack to believe the lie that Bennett was dead, she continued to allow me to believe that I was Alpha instead of a fucking place holder for Garrett.

She continued to lie and deceive her own pups, except for Garrett, which makes me think, did he know about this the whole time?

Did she love him more than me? More than Bennett? Were we looked at as some step-pups that weren't as important or as worthy as her previous Garrett?

This sucks...

I have to get out of here..

"Can I go? I don't feel good." I ask quietly, but it catches the attention of my dad, who looks at me and frowns.

"Of course son, if you need to rest, we all understand.. I'll come to check on you a little later."

"Me too and I'll bring Taj." Bennett says.

I nod then turn around, grabbing Raiden's hand, we start walking towards the dungeon door before stopping right in front of it.

Looking over my shoulder, I ask Jade, Dean and Jake the one question that's been lingering.

"Did you ever love us?"

Minutes tick by without a single word and Eva decided to slap every single one of them with her magic until they agreed to answer.

"Yes, I will always love you, everything just got out of hand son." Jade cried.

"I didn't love you or Bennett at first, but I've grown to care for you in a way, but it's different with Garrett." Jake explains.

"I cared for you both, but I love my son." Dean says.
