《Azure Chronicles》Chapter 79: Personal Broadcast

The monsoon of lightning snakes gushed over the barriered coliseum and swarmed after Terrorizer as he wall-ran across the wall of the wall below the stands. Terrorizer aimed four of his arms backwards and fired a barrage of dark purple fireballs at the lightning snakes while continuing to run away from them.
The fireballs took out a few of the lightning snakes while the others weaved around the fireballs before coming to a sudden stop when Terrorizer abruptly turned around. Terrorizer slammed all his hands together and unleashed a devastating purple fire blast that vaporized the lightning snakes. Embers splurted out from the flames as they burned through the lightning snakes and made the snakes fade away before Zalroth pierced through the flames with a water mana-covered leg.
Zalroth slammed his foot into Terrorizer's face before wrapping one of his tails around terrorizer's arm and grabbing the ledge of the stands. Terrorizer was hurled into the air before being kneed in the face by Zalkutaro. Zalkutaro huffed before spinning around launching Terrorizer towards the arena stage with a wind mana-covered kick. Terrorizer crashed into the arena stage with a powerful blast of wind mana erupting throughout the coliseum.
Terrorizer jumped to his feet as the cracks all over his body quickly healed, and Zalroth also landed on the arena stage. Zalroth created a Lightning Phantom and Raging Blade swords before confidently rushing for Terrorizer. Terrorizer, in turn, stretched out his arms and all the energy from his shields gathered into his middle arm shields before morphing the shields into two large energy blades.
Zalroth hurled his swords at Terrorizer, who blocked the swords with his four remaining arm shields before launching Zalroth with an energy blast from the shields; as Zalroth flew through the air, Terrorizer spotted the smug look on Zalroth's face before he slammed his foot on the ground and lept after Zalroth.
Zuno watched as Zalroth and Terrorizer zipped and clashed as they fought around the coliseum. Zuno was intently watching the fight as his starlight construct began to glow. Zuno turned and bowed at the construct when he sensed Providence's mana emanating from the construct.
"Hey Mr Magizu!" the voice of Destiny happily shouted from the starlight construct accompanied by the amused chuckle of Providence as the starlight construct morphed into a screen and displayed Providence and the others.

"And here I thought your days of participating in tournaments were behind you, Zuzu," the amused voice of Callie said over the starlight construct as Destiny happily waved at Zuno. Zuno mentally sighed as he mentioned he was only spectating, right as Zalroth and Terrorizer raced past the announcer booth before crashing into the nearby stands.
"Then please do pray tell, Zuno, what were you doing spectating the tournament from the arena stage?" Providence inquired pompously as Zuno remained visibly unfazed by Providence's inquiry; however, he did wonder if Providence was watching the live stream of the tournament and the only reason Providence called him was that he saw him on the live stream.
Zuno gave a detailed reiteration of Chronia's plan while also mentioning that Chronia mentioned that the plan would be over before the tournament resumed while somehow managing to exclude the names of everyone involved.
"I see...," Providence said before Kara floated in front of Providence and got super close to the screen. Kara asked Zuno why he wasn't the one fighting the heathian but, due to her unique way of saying things, the question went completely over Zuno's head until Providence interpreted for her. Zuno lightly grounded his fist against the ground and deeply exhaled as he formulated a response.
"Although I'm not too sure myself, the Supreme Guild Master was adamant that I remain here until the Terrorizer's monster companion breaks through to the surface," Zuno stated. Providence placed his hand on his chin as he was amusedly mulling over something.
"That's odd wouldn't it make more sense for you to deal with the heathian given your Lumokinesis A.A?" Callie asked with Destiny wondering to herself if the person who was fighting Terrorizer was stronger than Zuno.
"Negative for the unkillable lover is better versed in dealing with twisted moons," Kara stated as she continued to stare at the fight taking place behind Zuno and saw a massive mountain of ice form in the background. Upon hearing Kara say unkillable lover, a wave of realisation hit Providence as something clicked in his head.
"Just by any chance, is the person who happens to be fighting in the arena right now called Zalroth?" Providence asked. Zuno confirmed that was the case right before Zalroth peeked his head into the announcer booth.

"Heads up, the slime monster's going to show up soon, if my counting's right," Zalroth mentioned as he noticed the group on the starlight construct screen. Zalroth jokingly remarked he knows Chronia said he didn't have to do anything until the slime monster appears but having a video chat seemed like a bit much.
Zalroth squinted his eyes at the screen but before he could make out who the people were the massive ice mountain was engulfed by the Terrorizer's flames and completely evaporated the ice into steam; the steam clouds rushed past Zalroth and obscured his vision of the starlight construct screen. Zuno sensed Zalroth throw an object at him through the steam clouds and managed to catch it.
"You'll probably need that to deal with the slime monster," Zalroth's voice stated before the sound of Zalroth leaping away could be heard over the starlight construct followed by Zuno peering down at the katana-shaped weapon in his hand.
Kara angrily booped her fist against the starlight construct screen as the steam continued to obscure the arena stage, with the only signs of Zalroth and Terrorizer's fight being brightly coloured specs breached through the steam clouds. Kara voiced her displeasure at not being able to see anything with Destiny mentioning it's also hard for her to see the screen with Kara's wings in the way as Kara's wings brushed past Destiny's face and made her sneeze.
"I have something I need to confirm with you Kara," Providence stated which caused Kara's body to freeze up. Providence reassured her it wasn't anything worth worrying over which seemed to somewhat reassure Kara as she slowly turned around on her floating book.
"Before you said you weren't able to accurately pinpoint the Immortal Sage's location recently was that by any chance because you were receiving multiple locations simultaneously?" Providence inquired, which made Kara's wings stand at Providence's bullseye observation.
"If that's the case it's no wonder you were unable to... however, it could have been easily remedied if yourself had simply asked for one to clarify things for you," Providence explained, while partway through starting to slightly talk like Kara, which made her feel less embarrassed about being found out. Kara pleaded with Providence to enlighten her on the fundamental reason why she wasn't able to locate the Immortal Sage.
Providence gave a remarkably simple answer in the form of saying she wasn't incapable of locating the Immortal Sage it was just that she was incorrectly interpreting the info she was receiving. For a split second, Kara didn't understand what Providence meant before, like clockwork, it clicked in Kara's mind. Kara double-facepalmed so hard that she knocked herself off balance and fell off her book.
"One was supposed to be seeing fourteen constellations?" Kara blurted out which caught Providence off guard. Providence pondered if he should ask Kara what she meant by fourteen however seeing the mind-blown expression on her face made him decide he'll wait until a later time. Providence mused over why Kara had fourteen results when there were only meant to be two at most.
Meanwhile, on the outskirts of the coliseum, Lola and company were happily eating their treats as people were talking about what kinds of modifications were going on in the coliseum. Lola peered over at Mimi, as she was staring at the coliseum.
"Say MiPa, do you think we should buy a souva... present for... wait would she be my sister or cousin?" Lola asked. Mimi looked over at Lola and was about to answer before quickly reconsidering her answer.
"That's a good question... even though the two masters are two halves of the same essence they also have two separate souls, so it's up in the air but, if you ask me, I think going with sister is the best option," Mimi explained with Lola nodding her head at the explanation. Mimi asked Lola what present she had in mind to give to her sister; Lola said she was thinking of getting the super large spear across the marketplace before being immediately shut down and told that wasn't happening after Mimi saw the ridiculous price of the spear.
