"Your scores are quite low, Jessica," said a school counselor.

"I know!" She frowned. "Am I stupid?"

"Not at all, Jessica. Just not implanted."

"Isn't that illegal?"

"Not anymore. Congress passed a law permitting implants with a clause."

"Oh, I didn't hear about that. What's the clause?"
