The drive to her house was silent. She didn't said anything afterwards and just kept looking out of the window. I held her hand for sometime to calm her down. I was expecting some reaction from her or maybe she would snatch her hand away but she didn't.

I sighed.

We reached at her house and she just muttered a little 'thankyou' and got out.

Why does she had to react like this?

When I saw her crying I knew what was the reason. And when I asked, she just lied, thinking that I won't know.

But I already do.

And the reason is only...

Him!

He is probably not talking to her at this time, because he can't.

I don't know why she had to be sad because of him? He's not even worth it.

But she'll get used to it soon.

Because there's ain't no way that he's going to contact her again no matter what.

He's never coming back to her, not now, not ever.

I was currently sitting in my dad's office and front of me was the man whom I hate with a passion.

My dad!

He's the worst person ever, I don't know if any parent would do these kinds of things to their children like my dad did to me.

He doesn't value anything in his life except...

Money!

That's all what he wants and because of his hunger for money I don't know how many times he had ruined my happiness.

"Son" he spoke.

I fisted my palms under the table. I just can't tell how much I hate it when he calls me that. I didn't responded and just kept looking at him while he continued

"Now I guess I had already given you enough time to recover and get mentally stable...so now I want you to start coming to the company from tomorrow."

Gave me enough time? He is kidding to me. He literally snatched Ryu away from me. My only happiness I had and he thinks I could recover from that?

"You need to learn everything and be the next CEO as soon as possible, so that we can proceed to do the arrangements for your engagement with Hailey-" I cut him off.

"I have already told you that I'm not going to marry her no matter what" I spoke loudly.

Hailey is the daughter of my dad's business partner and from the very start my dad decided that I'll be marrying her. So that our company can get maximum profit from this marriage.

"And I have already told you that you're going to marry her, that it" he said.

"It's my decision to take whom I will be marrying not yours" I said looking straight in his eyes.

He furrowed his eyebrows and said

"Don't be a kid Jimin, you know that this marriage is going to bring so much benefit to our company and you are going to marry her, and forget about that girl now for whom you're creating all this drama" he said. How dare he?

I could never forget her and marrying another girl is the last thing I'll do. I only love Ryu.

"I'm not your business asset or something from which you expect a benefit" I yelled.

"You are my asset, you are my son and you are going to do what I tell you, it was my mistake I let you stay in Korea all this time...you were just wasting your time even though you knew that there's only Hailey you will be marrying, and if Taehyung wouldn't have told me that your doing these kinds of stuff there I wouldn't have known that how much disappointment you are actually who never listen to your parents"he spoke loudly.

Taehyung?!

I knew it.

He told my dad that I'm dating Ryu so that my dad would call me here and he can have Ryu all for himself. I can't believe.

But I'm not letting this happen. I will never marry any other girl except Ryu. I stood up.

"Say whatever you wanna say but I'm not gonna marry Hailey. You have already ruined my happiness many times. You didn't even cared about your own family. You never even cared about mom. I don't even consider you my dad. You are no one to me and don't expect anything from me now when the only thing you care about is fucking money!!"

The door opened and my mother walked in.

"Jimin! Go to your room." She said sternly.

I looked at my dad's shocked expressions one last time and walked out not looking at her.

She's actually my step-mother. My mom died in car accident when I was 12 and the exact next day my dad married my step mom.

I loathe that man for doing this to me. He never cared about me or my mom.

I left the house when I was 15 as no one cared about me in this house. Not even my step mom.

I don't know what Ryu will be thinking by now. I haven't even talked to her as my dad took my fucking phone right after coming here. But I have to find a way to contact her.

I was in my room right now packing my suitcase cause we're leaving to Thailand tomorrow morning. The trip was planned and organised by Taehyung and his friends and only the people from inner circle are going which includes me too.

I m not even their friend or something but still they invited me. Maybe I should've denied Jungkook's invitation. But I don't even have any other plans and Jungkook is so sweet I couldn't say no.

Though I was not really in mood to go because of Jimin. I can't believe that he did this to me. The only person who was my comfort place did this to me. He was never like this. I don't know but I'm still not ready to believe that he did this to me.

If he wanted to end things then he should've atleast talked to me. Why didn't he cleared everything before going? And now he just ghosted me? Great!

I sighed.

I woke up with the loud buzzing of my alarm. I switched it off and got up. It was 4:30am right now. Our flight is at 6:00am but we have to reach the airport 1 hour before.

I picked my phone to check any new notifications and obviously to check if Jimin had replied but nothing from Jimin, there was just one message from Taehyung.

I opened it...

"Be ready at 5, I'll pick you up"

So he's coming to pick me. I sighed.

I got his number from Jisoo. Though I didn't asked but she gave me in case of any emergency. So I can call him right away. But I guess I really didn't needed it.

I had only one hour so I got up and started getting ready.

I was checking myself in the mirror when I heard the doorbell.

He's here.

I took my purse and suitcase and walked towards the door. I opened it and there he was.

His eyes scanned my body from head to toe while I shuddered under his gaze. His eyes met mine and he smirked and said

"Good morning love"

I looked at him dumbfounded. I was really out of words at this time and this kind of effect he has on me.

"Good morning Ryu" i looked behind Taehyung and it was Jungkook.

I sighed.

It's good that he came along, otherwise I don't know how I would've handled this situation.

I smiled at him.

"Good morning" I said while Taehyung was glaring at me.

"Let's go? And you can give me your suitcase" he said.

"Oh thankyou" I said while smiling.

He took my suitcase while I locked the door and we left.

At the airport....

We reached the airport and entered inside. Are we going alone? I guess their friends were also going with us.

"Hey Jungkook" someone called at I looked at our side and there were 3 guys and 2 girls coming towards us.

I guess they are their friends.

They reached us and everyone greeted each other. They were talking and laughing while I was just awkwardly standing there.

And then one of them looked at me and asked

"Whoa, Jungkook who's she" he asked

Jungkook looked at me and said

"Ah she's Ryu, she's one of our friends and she'll be going with us" he said.

The guy nodded and came forward

"Hey Ryu, nice to meet you...my name is Hoseok" he said

I smiled at him and replied

"Nice to meet you too" I said

"And let me introduce everyone, this is Namjoon" he said pointing at the guy.

He smiled at me while showing his cute dimples. I smiled back

"And he's Yoongi" he said

I looked at him and he just smiled a little but not too much. I guess he's kind of introvert. But I don't mind anyway.

"And she's Jiho, namjoon's girlfriend and she's Yeji, my girlfriend"

I smiled and greeted both the girls and they also greeted back.

Atleast Taehyung's friends are nice. I guess coming to this trip wasn't really a bad idea.
