I woke up with the sun rays peeking through the curtains. I slowly opened my eyes. My head was still hurting. I looked to my right and my heart skipped a beat seeing Taehyung sleeping beside me. His arm was wrapped around my waist and our bodies were so close to each other. Then the last night events came in my mind. My body froze and tears started forming in my eyes. But soon blinked them away when I felt Taehyung moving in his place. I looked at him and he slowly opened his eyes and looked towards me. Our eyes met and again I felt that weird sensation in my body. We kept looking at each other for some seconds until he spoke.

"Are you okay?" He asked in his sleepy voice and my body shivered. No words came out from my mouth. But I still managed to respond.

"Better now"I said and he smiled.

"Thank you" I said. He furrowed his eyebrows.

"For what?"he said.

"Uh...for saving me last night"I said. While last night scene replayed in my mind. I think I'm not gonna get over it really soon. Taehyung just looked at me for some seconds. And then he pecked my forehead. I was little shocked by his sudden action but didn't showed. He then looked in my eyes and said

"You don't need to thank me...cause I'll always be there to protect you"he said and smiled.

His words were genuine and I just forgot that what he had done to me in the past. But now I was feeling like he's the safest place where I could ever be. I smiled at his words. It was a moment of silence and we kept looking into each other's eyes. It was care and affection in his eyes which I had never seen before but I don't know what that means.

Then I remembered I have an exam today so I have to go to university. But his arm was still wrapped around me so I couldn't get up.

"Uh...can you let go,I need get ready for university" I said hesitantly.

"No" he said and my heart skipped a beat. He then chuckled at my reaction and then left my waist. I don't know but some part of me wanted to be in his embrace all day but I couldn't do it. So I got up from the bed and Taehyung also sat up. I looked at him and he was still looking at me intensely.

"Are you not going to university?"I asked as he always leaves early. He then got up from the bed and said

"No...I have some business to take care of" he said and I nodded. Then he started to come towards me, I wanted to back away but I just couldn't do it. He approached me and pecked my cheek and it sent shivers down my spine. His lips reached my ear and he whispered

"Take care, love" my whole body froze hearing his deep voice. He then looked at me and smiled. Then he turned around and left me there dumbfounded. I sighed and made my way towards bathroom to get ready.

I reached the university and entered inside. I was walking through the corridor when I heard some girls were whispering something to each other. I didn't pay much attention to them but then I heard jin's name. They were talking about him but I couldn't hear what they exactly said as I just walked past them. My heart was beating fast. Does everyone knows that what happened between me and Jin last night. Oh no this can't be. I quickly walked towards my class. I entered inside and saw jimin. He looked at me and then immediately came towards me. I faked a smile at him cause I really can't smile after whatever happened last night. I just need some time to recover. He reached me and immediately hugged me tightly. I got startled by his sudden action.

"Uh...Jimin?" I said slowly and pulled away from the hug. He held my hand and asked.

"Ryu..are you okay?" He said and I got confused.

"Uh...I'm okay but why do you ask?" I said and he sighed.

"Ryu..I'm so sorry I couldn't save you last night...it was my fault that he got the chance to harass you like that... please forgive me" he said and I froze. That means everyone knows about that.

"Uh..Jimin it's not your...fault."I said and he shook his head.

"No I'm really sorry Ryu I should have protected you but i-" I cut him off.

"Jimin... it's not your fault I told you and nothing bad happened I was saved last night"I said held his hand to comfort him a little. I don't know why's he feeling like that...it has nothing to do with him.

"But-"he was about to say something but I cut him off and spoke.

"Jimin... please don't think that it was your fault. I know if you knew then you would've definitely saved me...you didn't knew about it so please don't blame your self like that."I said

"So..you forgave me then?" He asked quietly. He's so cute.

"Why would I forgive you when you haven't done anything wrong...and now please don't think about it anymore"I said and he smiled a little and said

"I love you Ryu" I got little shocked by these words suddenly but smiled eventually

"I love you too" I said and smiled. Then I realized and asked him.

"Uh...does anyone else knows about this?"I asked hesitantly. And he shook his head. Thank god it was a relief.

"Then.. why's everyone talking about Jin?"I asked furrowing my eyebrows. He sighed and then said

"Jin got into an accident today while coming at university and is in serious condition." My eyes widened hearing his words. Jin got into an accident?how I mean.

"You don't need to worry about him...infact it's good he deserves it anyways"Jimin said and I furrowed my eyebrows

"You should not say that it's not funny"I said.

"And I'm also serious if I ever met him I would surely punch him on his face"he said and I chuckled. Then the bell rang and class started and everyone sat on their respective seats.

I was not able to concentrate in the class as my mind kept revolving around Jin. What happened to him? How did he got into an accident?and just after the day he misbehaved with me? Is it really that what I'm thinking? Maybe Taehyung.....oh no no .what the hell are you thinking Ryu it's not possible. He can't do this.

The university got over and I was going through the corridor still thinking about him. I don't know why I was feeling like Taehyung has to do something with it but why would he do it? I didn't saw him in uni...I think he didn't came. Then it hit me. What he said in the morning. "No...I have some business to take care of.." Is this was his business? I then remembered his words from last night. "You fucker...I'm gonna kill you" My heart started beating fast and I don't know what to do now. I think I should clear these things with him. I should talk to him about this.

I reached the gate at the university and saw Jimin waiting for me? He saw me and walked towards me.

"Hey...let me drop you today" he said and I was having a bad feeling about this. What if Taehyung saw that I came with Jimin. Wait what? Why I'm even worrying about this. Like he's literally controlling my mind...I always keep thinking about him. What If ? Huh I shouldn't care about this. And moreover he's no one to me and he doesn't even love me but still is so possessive towards me?

"Ryu?"Jimin asked and I got out of my trance. I should just go with him. After last night incident I'm feeling paranoid. I'm really scared even though I don't show it outside.

"Uh..yeah sure"I said and smiled.

He opened the door for me and I entered inside. He also sat in and started driving. I was talking to Jimin about random things but my mind was still thinking about the question whose answer I desperately want to know. Soon we reached at my house and I said goodbye to him and entered inside.

I got into my room and started getting ready for my job. Taehyung is probably not home yet so I will talk to him tonight. I thought and then left the house.

I reached home and entered inside my room. I was so exhausted by this routine. First university and then job it is so tiring but I have to do it. I sighed and entered inside the bathroom to freshen up. After sometime I ate my dinner and was waiting for Taehyung as I wanted to talk to him. Why is he not home yet? I got up and entered inside my room to rest for sometime. I was scrolling through Instagram while I heard door unlocking. He's home. I sighed and got out of my room. I stood in front of his room debating with myself whether to do it or not. Cmon it's not time to think...I need to know. I sighed and knocked at the door as I'm not allowed to invade his privacy. I waited but there was no response for sometime. I knocked again more loudly this time.

"Come in"I heard his voice from other side of door and slowly opened it. I entered inside his room and there he was sitting on the bed with his laptop. Looks like he's busy. He looked up at me and raised an eyebrow. I wanted to speak but I don't know...he just has that effect on me that I can't form words under his dark gaze. He then smirked at me and said

"I see you have already started to miss me, that you came here to see me"he said with a teasing smirk on his face. What the hell does he think of himself?. Huh.

"I didn't and infact why would I miss you"I said and scoffed a little. His smirk just widened more at my statement. Ugh..why is he always smirking?

"I wanted to...talk about something"I said a little hesitant. He raised his eyebrow signalling me to continue. I sighed

"I got to know that, Jin met an accident this morning on his way to university..."I said and his expressions turned dark...he was not smirking now but just looking at me with an expressionless face with dark gaze and then he said

"So..?"I got little shocked that he seemed really unfazed by this news like it's not a big deal.

"Uhm...I-I wanted to...ask if you have anything to do with this?" I asked and stuttered a little. There was no expressions on his face for sometime. And my curiosity grew more. He then closed his laptop and got up from bed. He started coming towards me and my breath hitched.

"Say it clearly love...what are trying to say?"he said and shivers ran down my spine.

I was just looking on the ground fidgeting with my fingers. He was coming closer to me and I started going backwards until my back hit the door. I panicked and looked at him. He was staring so intensely at me like he's staring in my soul. He approached me put his one hand on the door near my head and the other one in his pocket. His breath fanned at my face and he whispered looking at my eyes

"Tell me" he demanded and my soul shivered and I tried to say something but no words came out of my mouth.

"I-i-" I couldn't speak. He chuckled lightly and then whispered again

"Are you saying that I am the reason behind this accident?"my heartbeat accelerated but no words came out of my mouth. I looked at him and he was smirking at me.

"And why do think that I would do this?"he asked and I didn't knew how to respond. I just stayed silent and he chuckled and came more closer to my face and whispered against my lips

"Now speechless..are we?"I fisted my palms to not go weak in front of him but I couldn't do anything. I didn't speak anything for sometime and just kept looking on the ground as I can't look in his eyes. Not now at least. His lips reached to my ears and he whispered

"So next time before blaming someone for these type of things..just make sure you have valid proofs to support your statement" my body froze. Oh no...why do I had to ask about this in the first place? I thought. He then looked at me and said

"Am I clear"he asked and I nodded. He pressed his body more against mine and I gasped. "Words...baby"he whispered

"Y-yes"I managed to form these words. He hummed in response. It was a moment of silence then. I felt him coming closer to my face and he was about to kiss me but I turned my face and his lips landed on my cheek. I was scared now cause I don't know what he'll do to me now. I can't believe after he saved me from Jin last night he was looking the safest person ever to me and now i am so terrified of him. Why? He turned my face towards him with his hand on my chin and looked at my eyes. There was anger in his eyes.

"Next time don't to do this again... otherwise you know the consequences...love"he whispered and pecked my lips. My body shivered under his touch and again he pressed himself more on my body.

"Y-yes"I said in my trembling voice but didn't looked at him. Then he again spoke

"And I hope you remember my words...stay away from Jimin as I don't want him to roam around you all the time"he said and I looked at him. Again his possessive side activated. Why does he care?I don't understand why he keeps saying this to me to stay away from other guys? He's not my dad.

"He's my friend" I said looking at him. It's enough now I have to speak for myself. I'm not gonna play by his rules or whatever he says but he placed his index finger on my mouth and shut me up.

"Don't argue with me sweetheart...you know it doesn't end well"he said and smirked. No words came out of my mouth. I don't know why can't I speak anything in front of him. He then pecked my lips again and backed away. I was still standing there dumbfounded. He smirked at me and said

"You can leave now..and don't dare to defy me next time"he said and i looked at him shocked. How could he ?I immediately turned around and left his room.

I entered in my room and sat on the bed. Ugh..I'm so stupid I shouldn't have asked him this. But I still can't believe that it's not something about him but maybe it's just and accident. I'm thinking too much. I thought.
