၂၅၃။ ဒါကအမှန်မဟုတ်ဘူး
လင်းဝမ်ဝမ်နှင့် ချန်းဝမ်ရှုတို့သည် သူတို့ငါးယောက်ကို အမြန်ကြိုးဖြေနေရင်း သူတို့နောက်တွင် လင်းချင်းက ရပ်နေသည်ကို တွေ့လိုက်ရသည်။ လင်းဝမ်ဝမ်သည်
“လုမိန်းကလေး သူတို့ကို ဘယ်ကနေ ရှာတွေ့တာလဲ?”
ထိုအချိန်တွင်တော့ လင်းချင်းမှာ နယ်မြေထဲသို့ တစ်ခါတည်းဖြင့် ငါးယောက်လုံးကို တကယ်ခေါ်လာနိုင်သည်ကို အံ့သြနေသည်။
‘ဒါဆိုရင် အကုန်လုံးကို ကြိုးတစ်ချောင်းနဲ့တုပ်ဖို့ပဲ လိုတာလား? ဒါမှမဟုတ် အကုန်လုံးက ရုပ်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ ထိတွေ့မှုရှိနေသ၍လား? သူတို့အချင်းချင်းလက်တွဲထားရင်ရော အဆင်ပြေလောက်လား?’
လင်းဝမ်ဝမ်၏စကားကြားမှ လီကျန်းတို့သည် နောက်ကို ချက်ချင်းလှည့်ကြည့်ကြသည်။ ထိုအခါ သူတို့သည် ကတုံးမတစ်ယောက်က ပျောက်ကြားဝတ်စုံဖြင့် လက်ပိုက်ထားသည့် လက်တစ်ဖက်ပေါ်တွင် နောက်လက်တစ်ဖက်က မေးကိုထိထားရင်း သူတို့အား တောက်ပစွာကြည့်နေသည်ကို တွေ့လိုက်ရသည်။
ထိုမျက်လုံးများကြောင့် သူတို့သည် ကြောက်ချွေးများ ပြန်လာကာ အနောက်သို့ သတိဖြင့် အလိုလို ခြေနှစ်လမ်း ဆုတ်လိုက်မိကြသည်။ သံသယဝင်စရာ မလိုအေင်ကို ထိုမျက်လုံးများသည် အဆင့်မြင့်ဇွန်ဘီတို့တွင်သာရှိသည့် မျက်လုံးများပင်။ သို့သော်လည်း သူတို့၏ ခြေလက်များက ကြိုးများသည် အကုန်မပြေသေးသဖြင့် သူတို့သည် အခုအချိန်တွင် ပြန်လည်တိုက်ခိုက်နိုင်စွမ်းလည်း လုံးဝကို မရှိကြပေ။
လင်းဝမ်ဝမ်၏ စကားများကြောင့် လင်းချင်းသည် အတွေးထဲနစ်နေရာမှ သတိပြန်ဝင်လာသည်။ လီကျန်းတို့ အပြုအမှုကြောင့် သူမသည် စိတ်အနှောင့်ယှက်ဖြစ်သွားကာ
“ငါ့ကိုဘာဖြစ်လို့ စိုက်ကြည့်နေကြတာလဲ? ငါနင့်တို့ကို အခုကယ်ပေးထားတာတောင် ငါ့ကိုသတ်ချင်သလို ကြည့်နေကြသေးတယ်။ ဒါမျိုးလိုမယ်လို့ ငါတော့မထင်ပါဘူး”
လီကျန်းတို့သည် သူမစကားပြောသည့်အခါ ပဟေဠိဖြစ်သွားသည်။ သူတို့မှားနေပြီလားတောင် သူတို့ထင်သွားကြသည်။ ဒီကတုံးမသည် ဇွန်ဘီမဖြစ်နိုင်။ မဟုတ်လျှင် စကားဘယ်ပြောနိုင်မည်နည်း? သို့သော်လည်း မျက်လုံးများကို ပြန်ကြည့်သည့်အခါ သံသယဝင်သွားပြန်သည်။
“လူလား?”
အဖွဲ့ခေါင်းဆောင်တစ်ယောက်ဖြစ်သည်နှင့်အညီ လီကျန်းသည် တည်ငြိမ်သွားသည်။ အမျိုးသမီးလင်းတို့ မိသားစုက သူမအား ကြောက်လန့်ခြင်း မရှိသဖြင့် သူသည် စိတ်အေးအေးထားကာ မေးလိုက်တာ ဖြစ်သည်။
လင်းချင်းက မဖြေရသေးခင် အမျိုးသမီးလင်းက ဖြေသည်။
“သူ့ကိုမေးတာလား? သူကလူမဟုတ်ဘူး. . .ဇွန်ဘီ”
အမျိုးသမီးလင်း၏ အဖြေကြောင့် သူတို့သည် လင်းချင်းကို မယုံနိုင်စွာ လှည့်ကြည့်ကြပြန်သည်။ သူတို့သည် ဘယ်သူ့ကို သံသယဝင်ရမလဲ မသိတော့ပေ။
“ခနလေး ဘာပြောလိုက်တာ?”
သူတို့မျက်နှာထားများကြောင့် လင်းဝမ်ဝမ်သည် ပြုံးကာ
“ဟုတ်တယ်။ ဒီကတုံးနဲ့ အမျိုးသမီးက လူမဟုတ်ဘူး။ သူက စကားပြောတက်တဲ့ ဇွန်ဘီဆိုတာ မြင်တဲ့အတိုင်းပဲ။ ဒါကအရမ်းမှော်မဆန်ဘူးလား?”
ချန်းဝမ်ရှုသည် လင်းရှောင်လုဘေးတွင် ရပ်နေသည်။ သူမသည် သူတို့အား ကြိုးဖြေရာတွင် ကူမပေးသော်လည်း ဝေ့ကျင်းချန်နှင့် ရှောင်ဝမ်ရှင်းတို့က ကူညီပေးနေသည်။ မကြာခင်တွင် သူတို့သည် ကြိုးအကုန်ပြေသွားသည်နှင့် လင်းချင်းနှင့် ဝေးရာသို့ လျှောက်သွားကြသည်။ လီကျန်းသည် ကျဉ်နေသည့် လက်များကို ပွတ်လိုက်ရင်း လင်းဝမ်ဝမ်အား ဇဝေဇဝါဖြင့်
“ဝမ်ဝမ် နင်ငါတို့ကို နောက်နေတာမလား?”
လင်းချင်းသည် လက်ပိုက်လိုက်ကာ သူတို့ကိုကြည့်ရင်း
“ဘာဖြစ်လို့? ငါ့ကိုမယုံဘူးလား? ဒါဆိုရင်လည်း ဘာဖြစ်လို့ သူနဲ့ဝေးရာကို ရောက်နေတာလဲ?”
အံ့သြနေဆဲဖြစ်သည့် ဖန်ယုမင်းသည် ရှောင်ဝမ်ရှင်းလက်ကို သွားဆဲကာ
“ရှောင်အကိုကြီး သူပြောတာက အမှန်ပဲလား?”
ရှောင်ဝမ်ရှင်းသည် စိတ်ထဲတွင် ရယ်နေမိသည်။ လီကျန်းတို့အဖွဲ့၏ အပြုအမှုသည် ဒီဇွန်ဘီနှင့်စတွေ့တုန်းက သူတို့ပုံစံနှင့် အတူတူပင်။ အခြားသူများသည် ဒီလိုနားမလည်ဘဲ အံ့သြနေသည်မှာ သူတို့လိုပဲ ဖြစ်သောကြောင့် ကျေနပ်သွားသည်။ သူသည် ရယ်ကာ
“ယုမင်း သူမျက်လုံးကိုကြည့်။ ဒါအတုမဟုတ်ဘူး။ ဘယ်စွမ်းအားရှင်လူသားမှာ ဒါမျိုးမျက်လုံး မရှိဘူး။ ဇွန်ဘီတွေသာ ဒီလိုရှိတာ”
ထိုအခါ ဖန်ယုမင်းသည် ပိုစိတ်ရှုပ်သွားကာ
“ဒါဆိုရင် ဇွန်ဘီနဲ့ အတူရှိနေကြတာလား? သူ. . .သူက ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို မစားဘူးမလား? စကားပြောတဲ့ဇွန်ဘီတဲ့လား? အမယ်လေး အတော်ကြောက်ဖို့ကောင်းတယ်”
ဒီလိုပြောနေရင်း ငိုတော့မည့် မျက်နှာဖြင့် ရှောင်ဝမ်ရှင်း၏နောက်သို့ ပြေးပုန်းလေရာ သူ့ပုခုံးကို ပုတ်ပေးရင်း ရှောင်ဝမ်ရှင်းက ပြုံးကာ
“ဘာကိုကြောက်နေတာလဲ? မင်းတို့ စိတ်မလှုပ်ရှားဖူးတာကျနေတာပဲ။ သူပြောသလိုပဲ မင်းတို့ကို သူကယ်ပေးလာတာလေကွာ”
အမျိုးသမီးလင်းက သူတို့ကို ရုတ်တရပ်ဝင်ပြောသည်။
“နင်တို့ဘာဖြစ်တာလဲ? ဘာဖြစ်လို့ ကြိုးတုပ်ခံထားရတာလဲ? ဒီကိုခေါ်မလာခင် ဘယ်ရောက်နေကြတာလဲ?”
လင်းချင်း၏ နယ်မြေသည် တချိန်လုံး အလင်းရှိနေလေရာ ညအချိန်ဖြစ်သည်တောင်မှ မစူးရှသည့် အလင်းကြောင့် သူတို့သည် သေချာမြင်နိုင်သည်။
အမျိုးသမီးလင်း၏စကားကြောင့် လီကျန်းသည် ဒီနေရာတွင် အလင်းက ဘယ်ကနေ ထွက်နေမှန်း မသိဖြစ်သွားသည်။
“အဒေါ် ဒီနေရာက ဘယ်မှာလဲ? ခုနက အကုန်လုံး မှောင်နေတာ ဒီမှာတော့ နေ့လိုမျိုးဖြစ်နေတာလား?”
သူပြောနေရင်း တွေးမိသွားကာ ချက်ချင်း မေးခွန်းမေးသည်။
“ဒါနယ်မြေမလား? နေရာလွတ်အစွမ်းရှိတဲ့သူရဲ့ နယ်မြေမလား?”
အမျိုးသမီးလင်းသည် ပြုံး၍ခေါင်းငြိမ့်ကာ
“ဟုတ်တယ်။ ဒါကသူ့နယ်မြေလေ”
အမျိုးသမီးလင်းက လင်းချင်းကို လက်ညိုးထိုးပြသည်။
အခြားသူများသည် အံ့သြလွန်း၍ ပါးစပ်အဟောင်းသား ဖြစ်ကုန်သည်။
“ဒီလောက်ကြီးတဲ့ နယ်မြေကြီး”

လင်းချင်းသည် သူတို့ကို ပြုံးကြည့်ကာ
“ဘာလဲ? ငါ့ကိုအခုမကြောက်တော့ဘူးလား?”
လီကျန်းတို့သည် လင်းချင်းအပေါ်တွင် သတိထားနေသေးသည်။ သို့သော်လည်း မကြောက်ကြတော့ပေ။ လင်းမိသားစုက သူမနှင့်ရင်းနှီးဖော်ရွေနေသလို တည်ငြိမ်နေသောကြောင့် သူတို့လည်း စိတ်ငြိမ်သွားတာ ဖြစ်နိုင်သည်။
“ငါတို့မှာ ရန်ငြိုးမရှိသလို တိုက်ချင်စိတ်လည်း မရှိပါဘူး”
လဲ့ယောင်က ပြောသည်။
လင်းချင်းသည် ဒီငါးယောက်ကိုကြည့်ကာ ရင်းနှီးလာသလို ထပ်ခံစားရသည်။ ထို့ကြောင့် မနေနိုင်ဘဲ မေးတော့သည်။
“ငါတို့ တစ်နေရာရာမှာ တွေ့ဖူးလား? နင်တို့အနံ့တွေကို ရင်းနှီးနေသလိုပဲ”
သူမ၏စကားများကြောင့် လီကျန်းတို့သည် သူမကို ခွေးလားထင်သွားကြကာ ရှောင်ဝမ်ရှင်းနောက်တွင် ပုန်းနေသည့် ဖန်ယုမင်းက လင်းချင်းကို လှမ်းအော်ပြောသည်။
“ငါတို့ နင့်ကိုမသိဘူး။ တခြားသူတွေနဲ့ အနံ့ရောတာ နေမှာပါ”
သူသည် အခုသံသယကြီးနှင့် ဖြစ်နေသည်။ ဇွန်ဘီကို ကြည့်သည့်အခါ တကယ့်ဇွန်ဘီဖြစ်သည်။ ဇွန်ဘီက စကားပြောနိုင်သလို သန့်ရှင်းနေကာ သူတို့လိုပဲ အဝတ်များဝတ်သည်။ ထို့အပြင် သူတို့ကို ဇွန်ဘီက ကယ်ခဲ့သေးသည်။ ဒီဇွန်ဘီတွင် နယ်မြေကြီးလည်းရှိနေကာ တခြားသူများလည်း ဒီနေရာတွင် ရှိနေသေးသည်။ ထို့အတူ ဒီလူများက သူတို့ရှာနေသည့်သူများပင်။ သူအထင်မှားနေတာ ဖြစ်နိုင်သည်။ ဒါသည် ထင်ယောင်ထင်မှားသာ။
ဒီလိုအတွေးဖြင့် ဖန်ယုမင်းသည် မျက်လုံးကိုမှိတ်ကာ သူ့ဟာသူရေရွတ်သည်။
“ဒါကထင်ယောင်ထင်မှားဖြစ်နောတာ ငါမြင်ချင်တာတွေ ဖြစ်နေတာဖြစ်မယ် ဒါကတကယ်မဟုတ်ဘူး”
ရှောင်ဝမ်ရှင်းသည် သူ့ကိုကြည့်ရင်း ရယ်ချင်လာကာ
“မင်းရူးနေလား?”
ဖန်ယုမင်း၏ခေါင်းကို ရိုက်ချလိုက်ကာ
“မျက်လုံးဖွင့်ကြည့်။ ဒါကအမှန်ပဲ ဒါအစစ်ဟုတ်မဟုတ် မင်းသေချာသိဖို့ ငါမင်းကို ထိုးပေးရမလား?”
ဖန်ယုမင်းသည် ခေါင်းခါကာ ငြင်းသည်။
“မဟုတ်ဘူး မဟုတ်ဘူး ဒါအစစ်ဆိုတာယုံပြီ။ ယုံသွားပြီ”
သူသည် စွမ်းအားရှင်ဖြစ်သော်လည်း တိုက်ခိုက်နိုင်စွမ်းသိပ်မရှိသဖြင့် မကြာခနဆိုသလို ရှောင်ဝမ်ရှင်းထံမှ သူ့မှာနှိပ်ဆက်ခံရလေ့ရှိသည်။
“နင်တို့ပြီးပြီလား? ပြီးရင်ဟိုမှာသွားထိုင်ကြ”
လင်းချင်းသည် လင်းမိသားစုထိုင်ခဲ့သည့် ဆိုဖာကို ညွှန်ပြကာ ပြောသည်။
ထို့နောက် လင်းဝမ်ဝမ်အား
“ဝမ်ဝမ် ကန်ထဲကရေတိုက်လိုက်။ တစ်ယောက်စီအတွက် သုံးခွက်ဆိုတာက လုံလောက်ပြီဆိုတာ မှတ်ထား။ ပြီးတော့ ဒီကအစားအစာတွေက စိတ်ချရလို့ သူတို့စားဖို့တစ်ခုခုပေးလိုက်။ ငါအပြင်အခြေအနေကို သွားထွက်ကြည့်လိုက်ဦးမယ်”

လင်းဝမ်ဝမ်သည် လင်းချင်းက သူမကို အရင်ကခေါ်နေကြအတိုင်း ခေါ်လိုက်သည်ကို သတိမထားမိဘဲ ခေါင်းငြိမ့်ပြသည်။
စကားပြောပြီးသည်နှင့် လင်းချင်းသည် နယ်မြေထဲက ထွက်သွားသည်။ လီကျန်းတို့အဖွဲ့ကတော့ လင်းမိသားစုနှင့် စကားဆက်ပြောကျန်ခဲ့သည်။ သူတို့ထဲက အချို့သည် အခုအထိ အိပ်မက်မက်နေသလားတောင် ထင်နေကြဆဲ ဖြစ်သည်။

လင္းဝမ္ဝမ္ႏွင့္ ခ်န္းဝမ္ရႈတို႔သည္ သူတို႔ငါးေယာက္ကို အျမန္ႀကိဳးေျဖေနရင္း သူတို႔ေနာက္တြင္ လင္းခ်င္းက ရပ္ေနသည္ကို ေတြ႕လိုက္ရသည္။ လင္းဝမ္ဝမ္သည္
“လုမိန္းကေလး သူတို႔ကို ဘယ္ကေန ရွာေတြ႕တာလဲ?”
ထိုအခ်ိန္တြင္ေတာ့ လင္းခ်င္းမွာ နယ္ေျမထဲသို႔ တစ္ခါတည္းျဖင့္ ငါးေယာက္လုံးကို တကယ္ေခၚလာနိုင္သည္ကို အံ့ၾသေနသည္။
‘ဒါဆိုရင္ အကုန္လုံးကို ႀကိဳးတစ္ေခ်ာင္းနဲ႕တုပ္ဖို႔ပဲ လိုတာလား? ဒါမွမဟုတ္ အကုန္လုံးက ႐ုပ္ပိုင္းဆိုင္ရာ ထိေတြ႕မႈရွိေနသ၍လား? သူတို႔အခ်င္းခ်င္းလက္တြဲထားရင္ေရာ အဆင္ေျပေလာက္လား?’
လင္းဝမ္ဝမ္၏စကားၾကားမွ လီက်န္းတို႔သည္ ေနာက္ကို ခ်က္ခ်င္းလွည့္ၾကည့္ၾကသည္။ ထိုအခါ သူတို႔သည္ ကတုံးမတစ္ေယာက္က ေပ်ာက္ၾကားဝတ္စုံျဖင့္ လက္ပိုက္ထားသည့္ လက္တစ္ဖက္ေပၚတြင္ ေနာက္လက္တစ္ဖက္က ေမးကိုထိထားရင္း သူတို႔အား ေတာက္ပစြာၾကည့္ေနသည္ကို ေတြ႕လိုက္ရသည္။
ထိုမ်က္လုံးမ်ားေၾကာင့္ သူတို႔သည္ ေၾကာက္ေခြၽးမ်ား ျပန္လာကာ အေနာက္သို႔ သတိျဖင့္ အလိုလို ေျခႏွစ္လမ္း ဆုတ္လိုက္မိၾကသည္။ သံသယဝင္စရာ မလိုေအင္ကို ထိုမ်က္လုံးမ်ားသည္ အဆင့္ျမင့္ဇြန္ဘီတို႔တြင္သာရွိသည့္ မ်က္လုံးမ်ားပင္။ သို႔ေသာ္လည္း သူတို႔၏ ေျခလက္မ်ားက ႀကိဳးမ်ားသည္ အကုန္မေျပေသးသျဖင့္ သူတို႔သည္ အခုအခ်ိန္တြင္ ျပန္လည္တိုက္ခိုက္နိုင္စြမ္းလည္း လုံးဝကို မရွိၾကေပ။
လင္းဝမ္ဝမ္၏ စကားမ်ားေၾကာင့္ လင္းခ်င္းသည္ အေတြးထဲနစ္ေနရာမွ သတိျပန္ဝင္လာသည္။ လီက်န္းတို႔ အျပဳအမႈေၾကာင့္ သူမသည္ စိတ္အေႏွာင့္ယွက္ျဖစ္သြားကာ

“လူလား?”
အဖြဲ႕ေခါင္းေဆာင္တစ္ေယာက္ျဖစ္သည္ႏွင့္အညီ လီက်န္းသည္ တည္ၿငိမ္သြားသည္။ အမ်ိဳးသမီးလင္းတို႔ မိသားစုက သူမအား ေၾကာက္လန့္ျခင္း မရွိသျဖင့္ သူသည္ စိတ္ေအးေအးထားကာ ေမးလိုက္တာ ျဖစ္သည္။
လင္းခ်င္းက မေျဖရေသးခင္ အမ်ိဳးသမီးလင္းက ေျဖသည္။
“သူ႕ကိုေမးတာလား? သူကလူမဟုတ္ဘူး. . .ဇြန္ဘီ”
အမ်ိဳးသမီးလင္း၏ အေျဖေၾကာင့္ သူတို႔သည္ လင္းခ်င္းကို မယုံနိုင္စြာ လွည့္ၾကည့္ၾကျပန္သည္။ သူတို႔သည္ ဘယ္သူ႕ကို သံသယဝင္ရမလဲ မသိေတာ့ေပ။
“ခနေလး ဘာေျပာလိုက္တာ?”
သူတို႔မ်က္ႏွာထားမ်ားေၾကာင့္ လင္းဝမ္ဝမ္သည္ ၿပဳံးကာ
“ဟုတ္တယ္။ ဒီကတုံးနဲ႕ အမ်ိဳးသမီးက လူမဟုတ္ဘူး။ သူက စကားေျပာတက္တဲ့ ဇြန္ဘီဆိုတာ ျမင္တဲ့အတိုင္းပဲ။ ဒါကအရမ္းေမွာ္မဆန္ဘူးလား?”

“ဘာျဖစ္လို႔? ငါ့ကိုမယုံဘူးလား? ဒါဆိုရင္လည္း ဘာျဖစ္လို႔ သူနဲ႕ေဝးရာကို ေရာက္ေနတာလဲ?”
အံ့ၾသေနဆဲျဖစ္သည့္ ဖန္ယုမင္းသည္ ေရွာင္ဝမ္ရွင္းလက္ကို သြားဆဲကာ

အမ်ိဳးသမီးလင္းက သူတို႔ကို ႐ုတ္တရပ္ဝင္ေျပာသည္။
“နင္တို႔ဘာျဖစ္တာလဲ? ဘာျဖစ္လို႔ ႀကိဳးတုပ္ခံထားရတာလဲ? ဒီကိုေခၚမလာခင္ ဘယ္ေရာက္ေနၾကတာလဲ?”
လင္းခ်င္း၏ နယ္ေျမသည္ တခ်ိန္လုံး အလင္းရွိေနေလရာ ညအခ်ိန္ျဖစ္သည္ေတာင္မွ မစူးရွသည့္ အလင္းေၾကာင့္ သူတို႔သည္ ေသခ်ာျမင္နိုင္သည္။
အမ်ိဳးသမီးလင္း၏စကားေၾကာင့္ လီက်န္းသည္ ဒီေနရာတြင္ အလင္းက ဘယ္ကေန ထြက္ေနမွန္း မသိျဖစ္သြားသည္။
“အေဒၚ ဒီေနရာက ဘယ္မွာလဲ? ခုနက အကုန္လုံး ေမွာင္ေနတာ ဒီမွာေတာ့ ေန႕လိုမ်ိဳးျဖစ္ေနတာလား?”
သူေျပာေနရင္း ေတြးမိသြားကာ ခ်က္ခ်င္း ေမးခြန္းေမးသည္။
“ဒါနယ္ေျမမလား? ေနရာလြတ္အစြမ္းရွိတဲ့သူရဲ႕ နယ္ေျမမလား?”
အမ်ိဳးသမီးလင္းသည္ ၿပဳံး၍ေခါင္းၿငိမ့္ကာ
“ဟုတ္တယ္။ ဒါကသူ႕နယ္ေျမေလ”
အမ်ိဳးသမီးလင္းက လင္းခ်င္းကို လက္ညိုးထိုးျပသည္။
အျခားသူမ်ားသည္ အံ့ၾသလြန္း၍ ပါးစပ္အေဟာင္းသား ျဖစ္ကုန္သည္။
“ဒီေလာက္ႀကီးတဲ့ နယ္ေျမႀကီး”
လင္းခ်င္းသည္ သူတို႔ကို ၿပဳံးၾကည့္ကာ
“ဘာလဲ? ငါ့ကိုအခုမေၾကာက္ေတာ့ဘူးလား?”
လီက်န္းတို႔သည္ လင္းခ်င္းအေပၚတြင္ သတိထားေနေသးသည္။ သို႔ေသာ္လည္း မေၾကာက္ၾကေတာ့ေပ။ လင္းမိသားစုက သူမႏွင့္ရင္းႏွီးေဖာ္ေ႐ြေနသလို တည္ၿငိမ္ေနေသာေၾကာင့္ သူတို႔လည္း စိတ္ၿငိမ္သြားတာ ျဖစ္နိုင္သည္။
“ငါတို႔မွာ ရန္ၿငိဳးမရွိသလို တိုက္ခ်င္စိတ္လည္း မရွိပါဘူး”
လဲ့ေယာင္က ေျပာသည္။
လင္းခ်င္းသည္ ဒီငါးေယာက္ကိုၾကည့္ကာ ရင္းႏွီးလာသလို ထပ္ခံစားရသည္။ ထို႔ေၾကာင့္ မေနနိုင္ဘဲ ေမးေတာ့သည္။
“ငါတို႔ တစ္ေနရာရာမွာ ေတြ႕ဖူးလား? နင္တို႔အနံ႕ေတြကို ရင္းႏွီးေနသလိုပဲ”
သူမ၏စကားမ်ားေၾကာင့္ လီက်န္းတို႔သည္ သူမကို ေခြးလားထင္သြားၾကကာ ေရွာင္ဝမ္ရွင္းေနာက္တြင္ ပုန္းေနသည့္ ဖန္ယုမင္းက လင္းခ်င္းကို လွမ္းေအာ္ေျပာသည္။
“ငါတို႔ နင့္ကိုမသိဘူး။ တျခားသူေတြနဲ႕ အနံ႕ေရာတာ ေနမွာပါ”
သူသည္ အခုသံသယႀကီးႏွင့္ ျဖစ္ေနသည္။ ဇြန္ဘီကို ၾကည့္သည့္အခါ တကယ့္ဇြန္ဘီျဖစ္သည္။ ဇြန္ဘီက စကားေျပာနိုင္သလို သန့္ရွင္းေနကာ သူတို႔လိုပဲ အဝတ္မ်ားဝတ္သည္။ ထို႔အျပင္ သူတို႔ကို ဇြန္ဘီက ကယ္ခဲ့ေသးသည္။ ဒီဇြန္ဘီတြင္ နယ္ေျမႀကီးလည္းရွိေနကာ တျခားသူမ်ားလည္း ဒီေနရာတြင္ ရွိေနေသးသည္။ ထို႔အတူ ဒီလူမ်ားက သူတို႔ရွာေနသည့္သူမ်ားပင္။ သူအထင္မွားေနတာ ျဖစ္နိုင္သည္။ ဒါသည္ ထင္ေယာင္ထင္မွားသာ။
ဒီလိုအေတြးျဖင့္ ဖန္ယုမင္းသည္ မ်က္လုံးကိုမွိတ္ကာ သူ႕ဟာသူေရ႐ြတ္သည္။
“ဒါကထင္ေယာင္ထင္မွားျဖစ္ေနာတာ ငါျမင္ခ်င္တာေတြ ျဖစ္ေနတာျဖစ္မယ္ ဒါကတကယ္မဟုတ္ဘူး”

သူသည္ စြမ္းအားရွင္ျဖစ္ေသာ္လည္း တိုက္ခိုက္နိုင္စြမ္းသိပ္မရွိသျဖင့္ မၾကာခနဆိုသလို ေရွာင္ဝမ္ရွင္းထံမွ သူ႕မွာႏွိပ္ဆက္ခံရေလ့ရွိသည္။
“နင္တို႔ၿပီးၿပီလား? ၿပီးရင္ဟိုမွာသြားထိုင္ၾက”

Part 2 has been temporarily delayed due to me getting a frozen shoulder in the middle of June, which has been very slow to properly clear up. It is getting better, though, but Shoulder/neck is the worst set of muscles to have issues with ;( You can currently pick up most story threads after the rewritten chapters, starting from chapter 13-14 (old) Genre-wise, this is a bit hard to pin down. It's technically a Xianxia (because cultivators!), but it also veers towards Xuanhuan and has more traditional High Fantasy elements and a bit of Gods and Monsters and All Myths Are (on some levels) Valid. It also has a fairly large, ensemble cast, so if multiple point's of view are not your thing I am sorry. It won't ever really be considered 'grimdark' by any real measure of that definition but it does go to some complicated and fairly places dark occasionally, which I will note in author pre-chapter notes when expedient!. About the Author I mainly write fiction for my own hobby, it makes a nice change from academic scribbling! I started writing this quite a number of years ago. It has grown somewhat organically out of a bunch of different interests in all kinds of Mythology, World Building, Drawing Maps, Archaeology, Anthropology, History and Epic Fantasy fiction into what it is today. However, oblivious to everyone, the illusion of peace everyone took lightly had already been shattered by a force in the shadows. Now it was only a matter of time before the need for those like the green-eyed boy, the heir of mana, would arise again. But would the boy help them?

This setting was intended to be a comic series but I never found an artist for the job... probably for lack of trying. The "art" is for concept only... it took me far too long to make and it's still all sub-par.
