《Um...I ruined a Mafia fanfiction? KTH》Shower buddies

The next morning, for the first time when I awoke, there were no smiling men looming over my bed. It was odd, seeing as how usually there were either the mafia members telling me about the next mission we had to do or Yoongi telling me I was stupid. It was a nice difference, but it kind of reminded me of what it was like back home.
Everything was strangely quiet as I crept out of the room and downstairs. There were no gunshots from Namjoon testing out his firearms, no complaints from Jimin, and none of Jin's iconic laughs echoing through the stairs. When I scooted around the dining area, amongst the table where everyone usually sat, no one was there. Has Jackson come and kidnapped everybody? I fretted, quickly rushing towards the kitchen and poking my head into the entry.
There, on one of the benches, I found a large note, scribbled in neat hand writing.
I smiled warmly at the message as I put the note back down on the bench and walked over to the fridge. Just as the note said, inside the fridge was a gorgeous cinnamon scroll. I sighed in pleasure as I took a bite of the delicious pastry. I love this man.
After the scrumptiously delicious cinnamon scroll, I decided it was time to go for my first shower. Literally. See, since the first day here, I'd mostly lived out my nights by being rewritten, so I'd never showered or bathed physically. Sure, I had been to the sparkly pristine toilet, but it was separate from the bathroom. In fact, I wasn't even sure where the bathroom was or how many bathrooms they had. You would assume they'd have enough money to have a bathroom in each room, but apparently not.
Sneaking past empty corners and opening doors to look through the rooms behind them, I finally found the bathroom. It was um...needlessly fancy and almost blinding with the amount of polished marble in there. The steel shower head was as big as one of those plates you take to an all you can eat buffet and was shielded by a long glass wall. Instead of having a small drain, the floor for the shower was several planks of expensive timber, separated to drain out the water. Directly across from the shower was an expansive mirror, positioned in such a way that you could see yourself showering. Jin designed this, didn't he?

Giggling to myself, I closed the door without locking it because, like, no one was home – except Taehyung, who couldn't walk (I'm not going to pretend like I'm wasn't glad about that detail). I stripped myself of Jimin's clothes I was borrowing (because I burnt the other ones), and stepped into the shower.
I turned it on and allowed the hot water to wash me away into serenity, it draining into my hair and running past my shoulders as it flowed down my back. Yeah, Y/N life was great but for the love of all things lovely –hot showers were better, and I used to have tons of those at home.
Not that I got to stay in them long back at home. Mum would come running up to the shower with a spatula for my ass if I spent any longer than five minutes.
Grimacing at the memories, I looked up at the variety of soaps on the shelf beside me. Unsurprisingly, they were all for males. I looked through all the incorrectly spelt brands of the soaps, trying to find something at least gender neutral. Whilst I had nothing against women wearing men's soap, I preferred to smell more like a flower than Rexona.
It's to make up for my lack of femininity, ok? Don't question it.
Sexy mAhn, el Gwapo, Mintee fresness, Linx, Inperil leather. Yikes, is everything I read here going to be this bad? If only I had been put into a fanfiction that was actually written in correct grammar-
I grasped the 'Mintee fresness' (i.e. Minty Freshness) off the shelf and poured some into my hand, watching as the substance poured into my hands and left stringy goo all over them. In a way, it looked like the glittery green slime I used to play with as a child. A wiped the mixture all over my body, relishing in how real it felt. Like everything else.
The shower, the soap, the people, the food – everything was so real. It was almost like life itself rather than a book. I hadn't really thought of it when I stepped into the story. What if I hadn't really been thrown into any fanfiction, and I was just in a dream? Or was this a parallel universe? It was the oddest phenomenon.
Suddenly, I was knocked out of my shower thoughts when the door was thrown open. What the hell?! I quickly hugged myself, trying to hide all the parts of me I didn't want to be seen by the intruder. However, when I caught sight of the intruder's face, however, I realised they had already seen those parts I was trying to hide.

Taehyung was standing – or rather, limping - just outside the large glass wall, gaping at me with a dropped jaw as the water from the shower ran down my back. All I could do was gape back at him, pathetically covering myself up from his perverted gaze.
Within an instant, Taehyung's tanned face had blossomed into a red hue. He didn't dare look downwards from my face, staring straight in my eyes with a look that asked me what the hell I was doing there and said sorry at the same time. I watched as he suddenly threw his hands over his eyes and tried to dash out of the bathroom, only to slip backwards on a puddle of water, smashing his head on the tiles as he fell limp to the floor.
Cautiously, I turned off the shower and waited for him to get up and run out the door, but the man didn't move – not even an inch. Shit, I think I've killed him. I thought to myself as I carefully hopped past him to grab a towel from the rack and wrap it around myself. Being butt naked and exposed to another male was not something I wanted to happen again.
After doing so, I held the towel to my chest as I leant down to where the man was laying lifelessly on the floor. His blonde hair was dishevelled, sprawled out across the floor as his mouth hung open. His eyes had rolled back into his head, opened just slightly. He looked hilariously stupid, but it was not the time to think like that. "Hey! Taehyung!" I whispered, patting his face lightly to wake him up. There was no response.
"Taehyung, you can't die. Yoongi would kill me." I hissed, this time flapping his head side to side in another attempt to wake him. Once again, it didn't work.
I groaned in frustration. It looked like it was time for plan B.
"Taehyung, if you don't get up now, you're a chicken."
Once again, Taehyung didn't even answer.
It was then I heard footsteps behind me. "I can't believe this." A grumble came from the other intruder. I whipped my head around to find the mint haired man staring down at me with a blank look. He looked over the pathetic towel I was wearing with a frown. "You really don't like him, do you?"
"He fell." I scoffed. "I didn't kill him."
"He wasn't even meant to be here," I added, "The book said nothing about Taehyung walking in on Y/N whilst she was trying to have a private shower."
He quickly averted his gaze from me and bent down to inspect the unconscious man. "I think you'll find that the book has totally changed with you being here," He responded. "In a way, you've ruined it." Before I could protest, he gestured for me to be quiet, placing his fingers against his lips. I watched as he removed the fingers from his lips and placed them against Taehyung's neck. "He's still alive."
A breathed a sigh of relief.
"Help me take him up to the room." He told me, pulling the limp man up halfway by the arm. "Can't you just teleport him there?" I asked, looking down at Taehyung, who looked far heavier than something I wanted to carry.
"No." He refused to look at me.
I shot him a glare. "Also, aren't you meant to do a rewrite?" It was pretty typical for Yoongi to just rewrite the scene. At this point I wondered why he didn't just insert himself as Y/N.
Again, I was given a curt, 'No'.
"Why not?"
"He's still alive - number one." Yoongi explained as he pulled Taehyung to his feet this time, handing an arm to me, "Number two, by the looks of his condition, it's likely he won't remember anything anyway."
Oh, that made sense.
"Now, help me carry him. You wouldn't want him waking up here and having it all come back to him."
Anyway, Baiii!
