Jumping right into it, you can never be fully certain that a crush will be mutual or that an advance will be accepted, but the same can be said for the opposite. If you're not friends and don't have a pre-established relationship, I'm hesitant to say she might reciprocate your feelings, but that doesn't mean she couldn't be interested.

I will say though that opening communication platonically first is the best option. When you see her next, say "hi" and smile and maybe try to start a friendly conversation. From there, you can build. Let your small interactions mount to bigger interactions over time. You have to let her know what sort of person you are in order for her to like you. Trust your feelings and have faith in them. Trust that your feelings for her are enough to win her over.
