Character POV Ty
GAWD DAYUM! I shouted
“This dude really just went up and boomed that thing! Here I thought I was stronger than him!”
I said, almost laughing as I palmed my face.
“You got some shi- to tell us after we finish Poles trials.”
“I see your done talking normal Ty,” Leo said laughing”
“Well, I feel comfortable around little dude now. So he might as well know that Master Polos' nickname is Pole.”
Marco seemed a little bit weirded out giving me a look.
“Now don't look at me like that?! We can run the ones right here right now!” I said
Marco chuckled at that statement.
“Didn't you just see what I did?”
“You sure got some attitude! My mama would beat yo ass if I talked to her like that
Leo was choking trying not to laugh
I looked at him with a stare that said if he said some stupid shit ill be throwing hands. And hands being bullets.
“Round three will commence shortly, This isn't a combat round so you have a minute to prepare.” That robot shawty said.
Character Pov Marco.
This Ty guy was awfully funny. Glad we all weren't stale bricks.
Thinking back to when I fought the snake. I don't know how I even figured out how to conjure weapons to fight with the wind. This will help me with versatility in my fighting. But ifI weren'tt so abnormally strong compared to my enemies I would be out-skilled and defeated. Or that's what Nyle told me after beating that snake. But I need to figure out where or how to improve.
“Round three has begun.”
Appearing from the bottom t the top like sand dropping from an hourglass, a giant iron door spawned. It had a long handlebarr with 3 white segements on the handle.
“Please open the door to continue,” The peaceful robot's voice said,
“Hang I got this” Leo did clapping his smacking his hands together creating sparks.
He grabbed the door and tried to pull. No budge. “Okay wanna be difficult? No problem!”
I sensed as he imbued a majority of his ki into his arms. A visible aura reminiscing his own flames emanated from his arms. However, even though his strength in those arms would be able to pummel a boulder, the door didn't move an inch.

“Alright this thing is stupid I give up.”
“You sure did try pretty hard,” Ty said obviously mocking him for not being able to move it.
“Lemme show you how it's done”
Flicking his hands up like two guns, spinning out of his palms was two hand cannons.
“You gotta show its weak points!” He said with utter confidence.
One, two, three, four loud shots echoed throughout the giant metal box area we were in.
Looking at the door, the only distinguishing marks that were left from the four shots were smooshed bullets on the floor and black residue left on the wall from the bullets. Besides that there was no actual damage to the door.
“Damn, well, I tried. Your turn wind boy”
“Wind boy? Is that what you're calling me? I said cocking an eyebrow
“It is catchy,” Leo said chuckling.
Cracking my fingers trying to hope I don't end up on the opposing end of the mockery.
Speed I thought, it must have to do with that. Dashing towards the door, grabbing onto the handlebars, and using the wind to pull me back! Did absolutely nothing besies remove the black powder…
“ Now what the hell,” I said scratching my head
“Maybe it has to do with the three white marks on the handle?” Ty remarked
“Nah that's too obvious, Pole would never make something that simple.”
While those two talked over what to do next I walked towards the door and put my hand on the handle. I watched in confusion as the middle white mark disappeared and reappeared when my hand was on it.
“Hey, guys come over here!”
“Figure something out wind boy?”
“That's my name for his Leo! Find your own nickname.” Ty said rolling his eyes
Palming my face as they said even more stupid things.
“Look” I put my hand on the bar and one of the white marks disappeared. “Now you grab.”
Soon after the other two marks disappeared.
“Now what?”
“We pull dumbass,” Ty said
We pulled back the door as if it wasn't even there. It was so light.
Appearing on the other side of the now despawning door was a giant glass ball.

In the center of the ball was a purple sphere that occasionally shot out a streak of purple lightning.
Ty immediately ran up to the ball and touching it a huge tendrill of lightning shot out to where his hand was touching.
“Woah this is dope,” Ty said as he put his other hand causing another purple streak to shoot out of the other hand.
Looking beyond the ball was yet again another door. But it had no handle. I ran over to the door using wind to blow me over Ty. Looking at the door I noticed three lines o runes stretching from the bottom to the top. The middle row of runes was lit up halfway. I looked back as Leo touched the glass ball. The right row of runes lit up entirely and the middle row was now unlit up.
“Hey what the hell? The lightning went all to Leo!”
I think I get it.
“Leo, Ty. I think I know how to get past this level.”
“Yo that's great because I'm hungry as shit right now,” Ty said
“Tell us how to get out of here Marco.”
“I think the plasma connects to our Ki and is linked to the door somehow. I'm not one hundred percent sure though. Let me try some things. Let's all put our hands on the glass right now.”
As we put our hands on the glass the plasma immediately shot out to Leo
It must have to do with his amount of Ki. I cant sense Ki yet, but it's obvious he has an insane amount of it. Looking at the door I can see that the right row of runes were all lit up.
“Leo let go of it please”
He released and the plasma shot out to Ty and me. Mine was about sixty-five perfect on the way up and Ty's was about forty-five the way up. I relaxed my breathing trying to balance out to equal it fifty-fifty. But doing that just made the middle runes shoot up to almost eighty percent.
“What is this supposed to do?” Ty asked
“I think we have to not overpower eachother and have a balanced power level”
“That makes sense from looking at the door.” Leo said
Leo put his hands on the ball but this time it didnt arc all the plasma towars him.
It was more even than before. Leo had his forty percent while Ty and Me had about twenty,
“Leo relax and little bit. Ty try to output more out of your soul.”
I watched as Leos runed went down while Ty and Mine rose up. While they got more even it was almost impossible to keep the same level for more than a few moments,
“This is annoying. We get even and then mess up and we brake balance.” Leo said
“ I think these test are trying to make us work better as a team.” I said
“Lets keep trying, not like we can leave without finishing these things.” said Ty
“Let me grab your shoulders!” I said
‘Why?”
“Just let me!”
If my plan was correct I can link us as one making our balance of our Ki enough to get us passed this level,
I held on the their shoulder and instantly I felt their Ki travel through me. I made a circuit, Looking at the door and it was opened.
“Great lets get on with this!” Ty said making a fist into his other hand.
I think the first trail was to make us realize that we need teamwork and the second was to implement teamwork and make us work together as a unit.
Walking through the door there was a giant. Atleast twenty-feet tall. It was wielding a giant shield that was about half his size.
“Use your newfound chemistry to brake his shield” Vyries clear robotic voice said.
“ Well that leaves the detective work to no one” Leo said

Gangs From Another World
This story takes place in a world like our own where magic and high technology rule the day. This particular world is ruled by a feline race. The race is divided up into 12 clans (like Greek city-states), with their own territories, solar systems and planets. These 12 clans answer to the original Home World for external disputes, negations, emergencies or to direct military operations only. Within the time-frame of this story, a new Emperor has recently ascended the throne, approximately a year has past since the ascension. He was the previous ruler of the Clan Ya-kith-Thar or Clan founding #3, world of the artisan cats. Unfortunately, not all residents have benefited from technological wonders. The forgotten, who were not lucky enough to be Royal born or middle class and above, experience a hard life, like those of the colonial worlds. The poorer denizens see the technological marvels from their windows, and yet experience little of it. This is the story of one such group living in the ghetto of the Capital city, written by Horus Blackburn, leader of the North-Central Gang.

Rage: Crisis / Consequence / ???
Its been ten years since Seth was given his powers, ten years since his town was driven mad by that very same power, and ten years since its source was shunted into his head. A species of energy beings, a people filled with regret for what their entrance onto this world caused. Regret for the deaths that town perpetuated, the devastation they brought, the blow they served to the once proud heroes of this world. Heroes Seth now hopes to join, hopes to heal and atone to for what transpired. But their wounds run deep, their ire sharp, and their acceptance thin. And to top it all off... Seth's power is run far deeper than he knows, and sees his world in a light all its own. This series is my first foray into authoring, with two parts out of at best four if the readership stands. But part three will still book end nicely otherwise. And I'm not stopping till then. It is action heavy with varied and ramping up fight scenes through out. (Book 1 is heavy / Book 2 a little lighter) It is bloody in places, mildly gory in others, and heavily gory in simulated places. Nothing truly horrifying, I think, but be warned. It has trauma. PTSD is a major part of the story, but I will never trust that I got it completely right, so your mileage may vary on how believable or impactful it is. Lastly it has language. Swearing ebbs and flows as the story progresses and attitudes harden or soften. Sometimes bleeding through into the narration... somehow.

It is nice to be able to summon swords out of thin air, but not really that useful ability in a peaceful country, where enchanted items are so cheap.
