"Nam-Ra, the door" Gyeong-Su noted, making Nam-Ra stand against the door, holding it shut.
Cheong-San held the fire hydrant hose, making knots so everyone can climb out of the window.
"Let's go." Cheong-San said dry, opening the windows and letting the hose loose.
"Are we gonna make it down there?"
Bruh we better
"I'll go down and check the empty rooms. I'll call when it's clear, okay?"
Why does he always have to sacrifice himself.
"Be careful" I said, locking eyes with him.
He nodded giving me a small smile, ensuring me that he will be fine. I looked over at On-jo who is obviously still depressed at the fact that her best friend died in front of her. I frowned leaning on a table.
Cheong-San backed off telling Gyeong-Su to go first.
Lol OK
"Shh- shibal- aish, sh shit damn it shit"
PFFT WHAT IS HE CURSING FOR THIS MUCH. I almost laugh watching Gyeong-Su cursing while climbing down.
Na-yeon pushes me away.
"I wanna go first." She panicked, attempting to climb over the window, but i pushed her back.
"One person at a time. You might fall if it shakes too much."
"Well I won't shake it then, how long do you want me to wait?"
"We all wanna get out of here Na-yeon stop being selffish."
"HEY GUYS, MS PARK IS HERE!!" Gyeong-Su shouted.
"Miss Park is on the second floor!" Cheong-San informed the others, making them sigh, relieved that one of the teachers was there to help us.
"The second floor? Broadcasting room?"
"Come down! Okay?" Gyeong-su yelled. "Come down!"
Of course Na-yeon went first, but after her everyone made it down one by one.
I grabbed onto On-jo ensuring her safety as she climbed inside the window.

"Cheong-San hurry" I shouted about to look up at him, as I saw people fall down.
My heart stopped. Is he.. no no no...
"CHEONG-SAN" I yelled looking up to see if he was still alive.
Oh my God.
I left out a relieved sigh watching him hanging on the hose, Su-hyeok safed Cheong-San from dying. I'm gonna beat his ass when he gets down here.
~-------------------------------------------------------~
"Close it" Na-yeon yelled "close it before they get in!!"
"Close it already will you!"
"What's wrong with you?! Cheong-San and Su-hyeok were still out there!" I talked back "You want us to just shut them out?!"
"Is it a crime to want the window closed."
"How can you possibly be this selfish?"
She sighed "I can't stand your stupid face"
I pushed her away making her fall.
The fuck did this bitch just say.
"Don't mess with me"
"What are you gonna do? Feed me to a Zombie." She asked me, standing up and crossing her arms.
I could smell her fear.
"Yeah, after I fuck you up"
I lounged at her but Mrs. Park came between us before I could do her any damage.
Lucky bitch.
"Hey knock it off! What is going in over here huh?" Mrs Park asked.
"She hit me" Na-yeon snapped acting like an innocent girl.
"Cause you are being a selfish bitch plus you called me ugly." I hissed staring at her in anger, my blood boiling inside of me.
"Is it not true?"
"You can't just say shit like that." Cheong-San defended me.
Hmpf.
"Na-yeon that was wrong dont ever say that again." I grinned, being happy that I was right.
"And Y/N"
oh.
"When you hit people you're the one who ends up losing, do you understand?:

Oh you definitely don't know me.
"No I dont"
"Look we can't be fighting in a situation like this, we don't know what's going on out there with those--"
"Are they zombies?" Su-hyeok asked.
Everyone looked at him and Mrs Park, wating for an Answer.
"What about the other teachers? Has anyone called the cops?"
"Don't worry I'm sure someone already has. I just don't have my phone on me right now-"
"We called them but they're not coming. Neither the police nor first responders."
"I'm sure they will be here soon, we just have to wait a little longer."
"Ms. Park, hyeon-jus hand were cold. So where I-sak's." On-jo informed. "What if all of this started with Hyeon-ju?
"She went to the hospital"
"What if it spread in there as well."
More than half our city would be turned by now...
"Maybe that's why no one is coming..."
"But wait they still work right?" Joon-yeong wondered. "Uh internet, the internet."
He made his way over to the Computer, and starting it.
I looked out the window, staring at the water hose, we climbed down from, swinging from side to side. Ignoring the other students bickering in front of me.
"AHH!"
"Shit!" I covered my face.
The glass of our window broke, causing it to shatter everywhere, even my face.
It cut my cheek.
"Get over here, come here." We all hid in a corner, not wanting to find out what is about to happen.
Cheong-San slowly approached the window. The water hose still swinging against the window.
"Watch out!"
The glass shattered beneath his feet as he stood by the window.
"Do you see anything?"
"It's just the wind guys"
"God that scared me."
OH SHIT
All of the sudden a Zombie fell down the window, it's leg getting tangled in the water hose.
"It's coming in guys!"
"Watch out!!"

Oh ohhh cliffhanger.

The Infinite Labyrinth
(Story complete - Book 1 "Shanghaied", 2 "Shortcuts", 3 "Secrets" and 4 "Sanctions") It is the 19th century, and war smoulders between England and France. Any hope for a quick end to Napoleon's rampage across Europe ended when the Great Gates opened in 1800. For a fortunate few, the strange world of the Infinite Labyrinth offers opportunities, strange descriptors popping in their minds, informing them of growth, and status beyond that of a mere mortal. The materials and power crystal they bring back foster a new age, both military and civilian. Aether-powered Skyships prowl the skies, as all the great nations blessed by the Gates try to turn the blessings of the Labyrinth into immediate advantages. But for Jonas, an apprentice leatherworker, his friend Ira, and so many Londoners, the fabled ones that walk the Labyrinth are distant heroes, seen from afar. They fell short when their Potential was measured, and they fill their mundane lives with distant dreams. One man wants to break the stalemate. The Tyrant of the Dominion of France, Napoleon Bonaparte, has a plan. Eighteen years after the world changed, he will force it to change again. And when civilians are caught in the fallout, the unthinkable happens. Six people, unqualified, forbidden to ever enter the Labyrinth, find themselves stranded in a distant zone, forcefully turned into Professionals. They know little of what that means, but they have to figure out the rules that are now their lot, for they have little hope to escape their predicament otherwise. They need to understand what the descriptors in their minds mean, what each of the strange piece of gear waiting in treasure chests behind terrible guardians can bring them. They have to become Professionals on their own and rejoin the Empire. They will figure out their new lives one way or another. But will there be an Empire waiting for them when the Gates re-open? Caught in a clash of empires and high tiers, they will do what little they can. They will step up and do their best. One way or another. The Infinite Labyrinth is a slice-of-life litRPG adventure set in a real historical setting. It's a hard, crunchy litrpg. Expect blue boxes everywhere, and the system itself is very mathy. It started life as a serial. I prepared some proper worldbuilding, with enough details and background for lots of different potential story arcs, but as I wrote, I realized the main story needs to have a definitive end. So, there are four books in total, for a bit under 1500 pages, plus additional side stories, and even maybe a sequel one day. The Gore tag was added as a precaution because there are a few scenes with some light gore.

Reasons to Stay
Immortality has a cost, it differs from person to person. Some regret seeing their loved ones die, some regret they themselves cannot die, some regret the boredom and some regret nothing. This man regrets not having a choice, so after millions of years of getting shot, beheaded, beaten, stabbed and stoned he escaped from the world by hiding in a bunker with his books. He had studied all forms of science, he had lived history and created art, he was content with being alone with his mind until one day a man with a monocle appears, and he learns the truth. Hi! This is my second novel and I just had this idea when I was trying to sleep and my mind was making me re-live all those goddamn nightmares you don't want when it's 1 am and dark as shit, so I thought of happy things like the fantasy genre and my inevitable death and i'm like why not?
