Conclusion 1.52 - That time I was reincarnated into another world and set out on my first journey
I inhaled deeply and took a breath as I stood at the top of the Adventurer Guild's towering housing complex. The Badass LitRPG Fantasy Isekai Starter Town spread out below me, the broken glass sparkling in the sunlight. The smoke from various burning buildings below danced in the cool wind as it blew across the landscape.
I smiled nostalgically as I looked down at a pack of loose slaves throwing a large rock through the window of a local bank. I'd miss this place. I'd only spent a few days in this Kickass Gamelike Fantasy RPG Starter Town, but for some reason it felt like I'd been here for months.

Still, it was the starter town, after all, and it wouldn't make much sense for me to stick around forever. Moving on and continuing your journey was important for personal growth, probably. I wasn't really sure why, but I'd heard somebody say that once.
I quickly added the Starter Town's coordinates to my [Mental Rolodex] so that I could [Instant Transmission] back here at literally any instant, then hopped off the tower, throwing the board under my feet as I slid vertically down the side.
Wanda and Bonbon were waiting for me by the gates. I couldn't [Instant Transmission] to a place I hadn't been or seen yet, and I didn't want to use [Clairvoyance] to scout ahead because that'd be spoilers. So I'd tasked them with collecting food or clothes or grandfather clocks or whatever kind of bullshit we'd need for the journey.
I ramped off one of those window roof-things and launched through the air, hitting a Christ Air+720+Double Backflip before landing directly into a Frontside 5-0 grind on one of the eaves of the now-defunct Thrall*Mart. I kickflipped past the flames spewing from the window and hopped down into the next street.
The gate was just a few streets away, so I figured I'd call Kamiko while I waited, and hailed her on my CODEC.
"Moshi-moshi, Hiro-kun!" Kamiko answered, her voice high and excited. "I knew you could beat Juan!"
I nodded to myself, scratching my nose as I weaved my way through a mob of [Police Cops] clashing with a squad of [Demons] wearing slave collars and flying handmade banners.
"Yeah, he wasn't actually that tough." I told her, "Turns out he was allergic to bullets the whole time."
"Huh..." Kamiko muttered. "He didn't put that on his health history..."
"What was that?" I asked, skating towards the black hole floating where that one restaurant used to be. They'd put up safety ribbons, labeled with a generic "Caution: Spacetime anomaly" message. I ramped off some plywood that was leaned against a pile of corpses, and launched into the air, using the black hole to gravity slingshot myself higher into the air.

"Uh, nothing." Kamiko said. "I've never met him after all."
I nodded. Coming from anybody else, that might be suspicious, but Kamiko was both a religious authority and a cute little girl, the top two most trustworthy figures in both RPG and anime.
"We're about to go on a journey," I told her. "We're going to go help one of your temples or something."
"Well!" She replied, "Perhaps there may be surprises in store for me yet. At least I don't have to worry about you adding another girl to your party. Most of my temples are full of old fogies or nerds. Um... don't tell them I said that."
I nodded to myself, doing a backflip and sliding down another street. I'd finally made it to the wall of the city, and up ahead, I could see Bonbon and Wanda sitting in a cart, with between 1-4 horses pulling it.
"Which temple are you going to? Do you know?"
"Yeah," I replied, letting my excitement show. "The All-Female Paladin Order!"
Kamiko let out a quiet gasp, then started to stammer. "W-wait, Hiro-san, you can't-"
"Gotta go, Kamiko!" I told her, landing on my feet and sheathing my board with a [Skill]. "Adventure awaits!"
"Hiro-kun! Choutto wait a second, Hiiiiiiirooooo-kuuuuu--"
I cut the call and turned, grinning a smile at my two companions.
"Are we all ready to go?" I asked.
Bonbon sighed. "Wanda spent all the money you gave us on drugs and alcohol."
Wanda nodded stoically. Huh... that was a bit odd, but I didn't really see much of a problem I guess.
"Well, medicine is probably a good idea," I told her. "We don't know what kind of things we might run into out there."
I smiled and reached out to give them both dual headpats. Wanda accepted them, but Bonbon still stepped back and gave me an irritated look. I couldn't help but smile at her tsun-tsun nature. (TL Note: tsun-tsun means 'It's not like I like you or anything, baka').
"Besides, I can probably use some skill to make whatever other supplies we might need," I assumed arbitrarily.
"See, wan?' Wanda told her, thrusting one arm out to me. "I told you it'd be okay, wan!"
I hopped up onto the wagon as they argued about something that was probably unimportant. I couldn't believe I was about to start my first real Isekai journey! I'd had a lot of zany adventures, but I was sure that there were plenty more on the horizon!
After all, by my count, the [Demon Lord] still had at least 30 [Elite Four] members left, and it was unlikely that they would be defeated if I didn't personally do it myself.
Plus, there were those Icons or whatever. That Godhood was pretty enticing, if you asked me! And of course, looming on the horizon, the princess. I couldn't wait. I was too excited!
I hit the ignition switch on the reins and twisted it once, spurring the horse(s) into action. They trotted calmly towards the gate, and we passed through, into the bright sun and the wild unknown, leaving the calming screams of civilization behind us.
I wasn't sure what might lay ahead of us in this Badass Isekai LitRPG Fantasy Gamelike Adventure in Another World, but I knew one thing for certain:
This was just the beginning!
