《Holders》018: A New Journey

A blissful morning comes soon after the cold night of rest. Birds singing atop of the roofs, the hazy view that is about to disperse as the sunlight melts down the freezing condition outside, and so its warm kiss touched their soft cheeks. Among everyeone, it seems Rine turned the be the last one to rise.
"Uu-- Ah!" yawned the young man as if he's utterly encumbered from yesterday. It is peculiar for him to rise at these hours since he is used waking up two or three hours earlier instead. Though the clock is already at Eight, I guess its time for him to stop spending a worthless time in the bed and start being productive. "My, Its already 10?? I must be way too exhausted last night."
His left hand were used to scan the drawer beside the bed where he typically drops his glasses before the sleep, but things comes more different this time as the sudden change of the environment brought him to realization.
"Ugh... That's the 8th pair I lost this month. I should be more careful next time." He then pointed all five of his fingers against his eye, thus it shone a vague glow. "Guess I'll be using my Procure at the meantime."
Attempting to go out of the cushions, an overlapping object bound half of his body to the bed. "Huh?" Covered by a white blanket, it is not much heavier to think and rather soft than crushing. However on the contrary, it entangled his arm and leg into restriction which explained his current crisis.
As curiosity kicked in, Rine went to open a small peek under the blanket to see its content, though instead to be alarmed, he slowly closed the gap and started to redden as he have seen Reika, hugging his right arm while her legs does the same to his. "W-Woman..."
Shakingly pulling himself out of her grasp, he tried but his courage wasn't enough to instantly spring away. However, even if he loose it bit by bit, The girl's grasp will just pull it back to its previous state as if she was conscious to do so.
Suddenly, her voice came out lazily. "Mm... Not yet." she then pulled his entirety much closer. "Stay with me... Just a little longer..."
"Eh? Rei? You're awake."
Without a word. She snuggled his arms touching her chest, only to reply a single word: "Stay."
Maybe Reika wasn't aware, but Rine's right elbow was already touching her breasts down there. And to think this woman si wearing a sleeveless shirt, her rack is beginning to exit the fabric from the side which alarmed Rine's manly instincts in a jiffy.
"W-Wait! Your breasts---"
She fastly replied. "What's the business with my tits?"
"----N-No. I-I could feel my elbow hitting it."
"So what? If that will make you stay for a bit longer, then perhaps I should let it go by." she blushingly answered and constricted his right arm once again.
Even so hearing that coming from Reika herself, Rine still cannot turn a blind eye. His manly instincts are totally bound into the moral valuesand awareness of having sexual intercourse or even a shameless touch is forbidden to be perfomed. A pure gentleman if one could say, though he was unable to retort anyway.
At last, he gave in and just moved closed his eyes, seeking for peace. "F-Fine. Just five minutes, okay?"
The girl disagreed. "No, Make it ten."
"--Ugh ten???"
"No, Twenty."
"--Wait, Stop extending it everytime I decline!"

"Alright. Thirty, Last bet."
"---Seriously???"
Almost no bullets to load, Rine had no choice but to quit talking and remain calm for the next thirty minutes of his life.
Though, its not even half a minute yet when Akari came running towards the door. "Reika! Good morni--" but her dielogue turned static as seeing both of them in the same bed. "Ah-"
"Did I bother some important moments of you two."
Reika just shrugged unaffected and constricte him in a cuddle. "Nah, We're about to get up, actually. Y'know just enjoying the moment."
Rine followed with a shuddering nod. "Y-Yeah."
"--Hmm? You sound so confident today eh, girl? What's news?" Akari held her chin, seemingly her views turned odd.
The blonde girl lacked eye contact when she answered, but appeared unfazed. "Maybe. Just saw a lot of green flags lately."
"--Really!? Care to tell me atleast?"
Reika then gave a smug. "Maybe later downstairs. Just gonna enjoy this for a while."
"---Downstairs huh. Well there's an woman came in a limo a few minutes ago. He's with your brother at the Living room and they're talking about... I don't know? About you two going abroad with her?"
"Old woman? That must be grandmother." Reika suddenly had the urge to stand up. While pulling Rine alongside her, she sauntered towards outside of the room while
Akari tailed downstairs as well. "Wait, Grandmother??"
At the same time, Jin was there leaning beside the staircases with crossed arms. He was quietly waiting for his young master to descend from the second floor when the three passed by.
"Master! What a beautifu-" suddenly, he denied, seeing Rine pale white and powerless while being grabbed by the hand.
His thoughts wandered all off a sudden. "Just what happened last night???" Though, he was left unnoticed, and so followed them along towards the living room.
From there was the old woman Akari mentioned afront Matsuo which both the two looked conversing in a certain context.
Though described, the old man looks very simplistic in clothing. From the upper, only wearing a plain Dark Blouse, a pear necklance on her left wrist, a white cap that conceals her facial appearances. Even if you look closely, even a trace of a makeup looks inexistent throughout her face for a long time and it is only sheer beauty you can see. Crossed legs, you could see her jeans contracting while she moves it back down the floor, not to mention her long, curly golden Hair just like the siblings goes down to her slim waistline. Even you will question everything about her.
"Is she really your grandmother!?" Akari went closer for a clear look. "What the- How- This Gorgeus woman is your grandmothern!? She looks more like in her thirties!"
The old woman stood firmly, hence suddenly, everyone felt small. To think this woman will be a six-feet tall and the hand grabbed Akari's head and genly caresses it as if she looks like a little pet being spoiled.
"My, My. You don't have to be so loud~ Old hag's already fifty-nine, you know?"
"----FIFTY-NINE!?" everyone in the shouted the same line.
Akari exclaimingly confirmed it once more. "Fifty-Nine!? But I thought---"
The woman turned a bashful look while sitting down. "Dear, you don't have to say that~ I've been living quite a long time to accept those compliments from almost everyone~"
Matsuo then followed. "Well, you see. Grandma is overly concerned through his health ever since. She's mentioned before that the old ones tend to be so frail and weak after reaching a certain age, so she's been insecure everytime and to think she would keep those young assets of hers for a long time... She still looks the same way back a decade if you ask me."

"---Seriously..."
Tension's subsiding, the woman giggle while looking at the new faces. " Fufu~ You seem to have a lot of guests for today. Especially that White haired boy." she then pointed towards Rine, thus everybody's focus averted on him.
"Eh?" the young man was clueless.
"---Yes, You. You've familiarized the Second Mastery of Concealment aren't you?"
All of them turned their eyes into him. Rine, which everyone thought to be most refined Holder around them whose possessed a greater mastery of hiding his mystical presence have his identity busted out in mere seconds.
"Wait, How---"
The old woman riposted. "A small leak is lingering out of you, boy. Have you completely mastered the second stage yet?"
"--I am confident say a Yes alteast, Ma'am. Though, I must admit that my skills were still unrefined throughout my progress."
"Hm... I see. However, I should suggest you to remain vigilant at times. There's still a lot of Holders out bearing the same vision as mine~" the woman affirmed politely and proceeded. "Well, may I even know your name? Your face seemed familiar when I first glanced."
Rine looked down for a second and answered. "I live by the name Rine Ishida, Ma'am."
"Uhuh~ What a nice name. It leads me way back to my youths when I first met someone with a similar surname as you--- Oh, even you had a portrait hanging in here somewhere. Were you something special in the eyes of my granchildren?" the old woman sighed out of feeling nostalgic. Suddenly, she snaps back and continued. "And then? How long will you and my precious granddaughter clasp your hands like that~?"
"Eeek!"
Shocked and is about to release, Reika grabbed it beforehand. "No. I won't let you." then stared fiercely, totally focused at him."
"---Fufu~ It appears you had quite a stapled connection with her boy. I can't blame her since all women in our bloodline is born ready for domination~
"Grandma! No spoilers!" the girl suddenly exclaimed.
"O-Oh my. How rude of me~" the old woman smirked while covering her mouth by the hand.
The young man had no clue to anything and so he told himself. "I can't get a single clue..."
These two seem to know each other much better than Rine. Inside his mind turned to a spinning chaos of cluelessness as he couldn't catch up from what they were talking about from its origin. Even he had heard everything crystal clear, he is just so dense and confused to see through it.
"Well the guests seems to know me less." She cleared her throat and continued. "I am one of the board members of 'Panorama', Dianne Porter. I have heard the yesterday's news so I flew from Philippines to see my little grandchildren once again!."
She followed. "However, since a lot of terrible things happened this past week, I am now troubled regarding their safety in this land. So I am thinking if I could take them away from here and start transfer into Panorama for further security.
Amidst her talking, Jin was able to slip beside Rine and talked whispering behind his hand. "Master, Panorama she said? Isn't that---"
Meanwhile on the other side, Reika was somehow intruiged and stood against. "I am utterly disagreeing with that request Grandma!"
"Shush, Little Miss~ If you're worried about your 'boyfriend' there, then you'd better ask him first."
Reika immediately retorted. "He's not my boyfriend! And besides what's the worth of asking him that?"
The boy mentioned finally went to meddle. "Panorama. I have once entered its premises before..."
"Really?" She asked.
Rine nodded slightly. "Yes."
"--See? I told you, he's familiar with that school. He's a student of ours four years ago."
Dianne added. "And so you know, this is the first I've seen him bearing emotions. Back then, he is just a stoic little boy, never studies but possesses a surprisingly broad sense and knowledge, always the cream of the crop, but somehow this boy's eyes were burning into anguish. I guess Kenichi had a prodigal grandson."
"--Wait, You know Grandpa?"
The woman agreed. "Indeed. Kenichi is also the one whom shifted into 'that' class, don't you remember?"
Rine finally had a reason to agree. "Ah yes, I recalled. The Arch... Grandpa stickied me into that class on my first arrival."
"Look at you~ You're remembering now."
Rine turned a slight sour face. "Yes... Those days I've spent there is none other than an offset Showdowns and heartlessness. Though only I could recall the last thing our instructor said to us." He downed for a pause and look directly into the old woman's eyes. "That Mercy only Foreshadows Failure and Defeat."
He continued looking down. "But do mistake me, I am not one of them anymore. My mind has only one thing to achieve back then and it is to avenge my parent's death. Though, for the sake of doing so, I have to stay low and not into drowning to complete animosity."
"--I see. Then you must've achieved self-control throughout your past experiences perhaps. However, maybe atleast you remembered your instructor said during your graduation?" Dianne lookked seriously towards his eyes. "You're fated to go back, aren't you?"
Memories unfold inside Rine once more, and the past times constructed another timeline once again. The time where Rine was sitting by his desk among the students of the class.
Sharp smiles, Gloomy faces, Murderous intents... All of them were utterly genuine compared to each other's traits. As such, their talents grows much different from the other persons of the class. Their bodies were displayed through black shadows sitting the same way as him while a bright man standing to their front.
Rine's thoughts still recalls his anguish back then, and so his eyes looked forward into the whiteboard, sealing his lips as properly listening to the bright man.
The same as the students around, his face seemed unrecognizable inside Rine's memories, but his overwhelmingly calm appearance were etched to the boy's mind which depicted him as a bright, glowing man amongst everyone. Finally, he took the pen and weaved something onto the board.
Various set of small lines appeared simultaneously into the board, being referred each of them as one line as the other. Horizontal, Diagonal, Slant, Vertical, each types of lines displayed into the board. Though while he writes it down, Rine couldn't even bother listening, but just stares on the board with his thoughts wandering into something else.
At last, the man spoke over and drew the attention of everyone present. "My children, think of yourselves by representing each line. Such resembles your uniqueness in everyway. Then, the bright man extending each lines dramatically." You see, every direction of each line has corresponds in a different of pathing, or you're own selective paths to choose. Straight lines resembles your fate's moment as every extension is produced, even so everyone will end up in the same ending, still, they will come to several points in life."
Suddenly, he continued extending those lines scattering around the board, and so everyone crossed or merged from each other. "Despite decisions were made by the owner's choice, it is far impossible for everyone of you to be in separation for the rest of your lives." he dropped the pen and followed. "Even so, your fate's will intertwine in time, some of you, or might be all of you will cross paths once again. The fight is not over yet, everyone should be eliminated in order to gain true victory. That's the path of all inside the Arch."
These words is seemingly carved into Rine's mind that day. He have thought, that soon their paths will cross once more, and the only choices they could choose it to either Progress in life or Be buried deep underground. The ruthless ideology of that 'Arch' still haunts him even in his sleep. Especially, the bright man's last words.
"Remember, Mercy is not an option if it you ever crossed lines once again. "hence everyone elapsed before him, bringing him back to his present state.
"You're remembering don't you?" Dianne called, which snapped Rine back.
He replied. "Somehow, Yes. My apologies for spacing out."
"---No, No. It's alright. Anyone can be like that sometimes so it a common thing." she answered.
"So, got a clue?"
The young man nodded. "Guess so."
And so the old woman replied. "I know you're utterly ready before I came here." thus she rose from the sofa and took the initiative to take the tea from the idling attendant and placed into the small table at their center. Took a sip, and spoke. "As expected from Kenichi's Grandson~"
"Well then, perhaps we should set a date for all this, shall we?"
Matsuo declined to follow. "But Grandma, We haven't agreed to a thing yet! There's still have things for us to reconsider before accepting."
Expecting them to disagree, She took another sip of tea and answered. "Then you can start reconsidering your concerns since I will not allow anyone of you two to disagree. I cannot afford to lose another one in our bloodline anymore."
"Grandma..." Crushed between decisions, Matsuo refrained to vent it out and gave a final reply before ascending upstairs. "F-Fine... Just give me... some space for today."
A sudden reply interrupted him on his way. Diane's tone sounds soft, yet serious. "We're gonna leave today. Make sure your sentiments is resolved before That."
Matsuo seemed to be bothered hearing such notice, however on the other hand, he couldn't defy his guardian's orders, thus half heartedly agreed proceeding upstairs. "O-Okay... Granny."
Leaving the scene with a dejected expression on his face, Matsuo became the topic of the crowd.
"If I was asked the same thing, I would've responded similar like him." Reika looked stoic.
Dianne took a refill on her empty cup. "Not that I can blame him for that. I knew every pain and dread revolving around my grandchildren. Matsu still can't get over from that girl isn't he?" henceforth took a small sip again. "Well, leaving his memories with her must be too hard for him after all. Thought the fact he became a bold man with strong perseverance, but it seems he's still young and developing."
Jin suddenly inserted himself by raising his arms halfway. "Uh, I am sorry if I might get rude, but you said the flight is today?"
The old woman nodded. "Indeed. I've already prepared our private plane for us to board. My time is precious, so I cannot delay it for a day. Old hag's been busy lately~"
The curious lad replied. "Well, regarding that... It sounds we'll behind..."
"Ah, about that?" Dianne took her smartphone out of the hand bag, scrolled a moment and displayed it to the youths where short thread and a call history in LINE showed into the screen, containing a casual talk. "Y'know, I've already had a small talk with Kenichi last night, and he willingly accepted you to come with us."
Jin suddenly sprung out of extreme delight. "Really!? LET'S GOO!!"
Clueless about her status, Akari also had thoughts, yet refrained venting it out. Dianne have seen her face turns utterly intruiged, and so she followed and pointed at her. "And as for you, I have also had a contact with your family just a few hours ago. I've never seen such an energetic pair before that they even crying in joy when I asked their permission to take you."
"--Huh!? How come you knew my parents!?"
Dianne put her index finger at the middle of her own lips."Shush~ It's easy to extract information if you have connections, dear~"
"---Eek! That's Impressively creepy!"
The old woman winked cutely, which turned every guy's libidos into a surprise. "I told ya~" then rose onto her seat to caress both heads of Jin and Akari. "This is quite a shock for me though. I did not expect another two children like us will show up at this time~"
Akari somehow noticed the odd vibe she gives. "Eh? How did you know? We've never mentioned it to you once."
From keeping her eyes closed, the woman averted her eyes to the young girl. "I can tell it one look."and her eyes glows vibrant blue. Little did they knew she bears a higher degree of Mastery similar of
For further explanation: Just like the young man Rine, this old woman possesses the third Mastery of Revelation which is must be the primary reason that he could various auras coming out from one. Though, since Rine uses a partial amount of his power to enhance his vision for the meantime, such displayed a slight presence of magic, therefore a portion of Rine's identity was busted out.
"The Mastery of Revelation... Makes sense."
Dianne was caught by Rine's realization. "Oh, seems you have noticed it already. As expected from Kenichi's grandson. It seems he has taught you well enough~" hence clasped her hands to each other. "Well, no time for an explanation. I should reassure our schedules for today.
Dianne walked into one of the passages leading to the front door of the house by herself. Since she has familiarized the architecture of the place, she could navigate to each passages with ease.
She left a gentle wave of a short farewell. "See you later, my dear children~" then left smoothly out of the picture.
Directing to her perspective, only a few seconds is all she can spend to reach the front door into this endless maze. As she pushes it outside, two of her female attendants were gently waiting for her arrival. In both sides, they gave a polite bow to the woman descending into the aisle. "We are waiting for your arrival, Lady Dianne."
She appeared bashful and looked away, blushing. "E-Eh? You don't have to be so formal, girls. Its not like I'm a strict woman~"
The one on the left retorted. "Do not be bothered, My Lady. It is strongly impolite for us to call you in such a casual." She continued. "Though, I must admit that you had quite some time to convince your progeny."
"---Indeed it is time consuming. You know, kids these days."
"And about that boy. Could he possibly become a potential hindrance?"
Dianne replied serious, but maintains her typical pace. "Hm. Rine Ishida, is he? I could say that I did not expect him to be so clever. He had exceeded my anticipation, but I could assure he is a complete ally. And not to mention he captured Reika's heart! Wonder if how this cute couple will be~"
Both then withdrew back. "If that's what you say, Lady Dianne."
The two went ahead to accompany the woman towards outside, going inside the car for a reassurance of the current plans.
"Rine Ishida... I guess I don't have to worry about him after all..." she drew the final smile and slammed the front car's door shut.
On the other side, Reika felt a slight worry and headed upstairs to check his brother while Rine and the others remained idling at the living room to stay low while things are being processed by.
"To think I would attend Panorama with Master! This will be a great chance to reacreate our bonds!" Jin excitingly shook his arms.
Rine repelled his happiness back. "Meh, Drop it. Panorama is not like the typical School life of one. Studying there will be so intense that you might end up being expelled in the first day."
"---Eh? Was their studies that hard??"
"Not actually. They're following the same curriculum just like the ordinary universities out there, but there is more than studies you can encounter in that place."
Jin curiously replied. "Hm? Like what?"
Suddenly cutting out their talk, Reika descended down, holding a huge two-wheeled baggage on her hand. Along side her was Carlo holding two baggagrs of the same size and is seemingly handing it to the young men.
"I have ordered Carlo to prepare your things for the trip." Reika uttered.
"Oh No No, You don't really have to do that. We could actually do that ourselves though, but about Matsuo? Is he alright? He walked out earlier."
"--Yes. Just a bit shocked from the sudden change of events, but he's good to go."
Rine worriedly asked. "Are you sure? I saw his face turning so sour before he went up."
Though, Reika replied certain. "Worry not, I can assure you he's good to go."
At the same moment, Matsuo arrived downstairs with his baggages all ready in his grasp. Standing firm, yet he doesn't look good enough to say atleast as he flaunts that bitter look. Rine wants to disclose his concerns, but refrained once more bevause it might just rub more salt into the wound.
"Speak of the devil..." Reika followed.
Matsuo then got his attention drawn and immediately showed his normal pace and combed his hair by the hand stucked at the forehead. "Oh, y'all talking about me for some reason. Or was my popularity that conquering?" He continued sauntering towards the sofa with his bag. "My, my. Can't blame y'all for that."
His composure dramatically dropped down all of a sudden. Slowly sitting at the sofa somehow unfolded a crucial fragment of his memory.
Vaguely portayed since it is made by the thread of his sheer memories, , however its clear enough to recognize a figure of the figure standing upfront. As both wears the same school uniform, that dark, silky smooth hair moves alongside the winds amids the cold night at the front door of his house. She was looking behind so her face is still hidden, rather she turned back looking to Matsuo as he uttered words which made her blissful eyes drown in sorrowful tears. The small school bag she holds between her two hands trembles as if the girl crumbles everytime she speaks. Though, only he could recall is a single she told him among those words.
"Will you hold this until I get back?"
A small shard of sorts were placed at the middle of his palms and a promise was made in the process. Howbeit this promise was never meant to be granted in the first place, therefore he was still safeguarding the fragment in his hands for years of passing.
The necklace he had hidden behind his shirt is the Sixth Shard given unto him, but the promise he is awaiting did not came. Enough reason for him to oppose his grandmother's plans and was able to throw away his own safety just wait for that promise to be fulfilled. But on the other hand, denial is not a great chpice for him to take.
Slowly setting those thoughts aside, Matsuo had the urge to scratch the back of his head. "A-Ah... It seems I didn't got enough sleep last night."
Reika replied to him. "We can rest at the plane later on. We better get ourselves ready soon." she the averted sights on Akari. "How about you, girl?"
The tan girl shifted her gaze as well. "Well, Uh... I admit the the events is too sudden and I still haven't salvaged my things---"
"Eeeek!"
Amidst her talking, one of the butlers slammed the another one of those baggages in front of her. Somehow it doubles the size than the others.
"You do not have to do so, young lady. We have taken everything you need for the trip."
"---Eeek! Seriously?? Everything!?"
The butler nodded gently. "Indeed, young miss. We have also deployed the house with the other staff secure it when you are gone."
Akari touched her cheeks in awe. "Woah!? Just how noble are these people!? I feel so high class!"
The smartphone inside Reika's picket rung wildly given by a call. As she draws it and saw Dianne's name, her thumb automatically accepted the call.
"Ah, Reika. Is it all ready?"
Thus the girl straightly replied. "Certainly. Everything is all in a set up. We're ready to depart."
"That's good to hear! Then I'll be sending a car to pick you all up."
Therefore the call hung up and the youths has started walking towards the outside of the Steel gate. It is not so long ago when the Yellow Lamborghini arrived to pick everyone up including Carlo to serve as their guardian and as well as the guide at the next country. Of course anyone would be shocked in such a classy car which is just supposed to deliver them all at the Private Plane, yet only Carlo and his young masters never felt suprised since they were used to ride these things way back. Soon as they took way too long to stare, The locals were forced to Push them inside the car as James bowed for a farewell, and so everyone waved goodbye before the car advances to the road.
Soon after reaching an open spot in a far forest, the Private Plane was anticipating their arrival. Everyone immediately packed their bags into the vast open seats they could occupy inside.
"I'll take this one..." Rine immediately went ahead to take a spot and found a seat at the third row from the back. . He seemed agitated after he stepped into the Plane. As such, Jin will follow him whenever he goes regardless of the setting.
As both of the boys had taken their preferred seats, Reika took actions, hence picked the spot behind Rine. Similar from the other two, Akari automatically tailed her and slammed her butt against the comfy cushions. "Here, This seat is fine."
Since almost everyone had decided, Matsuo joined Carlo's seat which lies at the second row of the front, while Dianne and her two attendants had occupied the front seats as the old woman owned the rear all by herself for a certain reason.
A few minutes after everyday has been fully prepared, the plane starts to lift off the surface and smoothly took departure towards the skies. Everyone was so excited to board into this avian as none of them had experienced it, nor the siblings never had this moment even once. However on the leftmost middle part where Rine seated beside the glass window, the boy doesn't seem to enjoy it at all. The reasons might be obvious since he had once boarded an avian vehicle, but its actually the motion sickness preventing him to enjoy the rare opportunity. Head's turning blue, good thing he was ready to pull a Square pillow for him to snuggle with.
"Woah! So beautiful! I'm above the clouds!" Akari invited the blond girl to see it as well. "Hey, Hey Reika. Look, Look!"
Rather be struck in awe, Reika took a small glimpse and slightly grinned as if she's interest is stolen away by another thing. Perhaps her minds is wandering from somehwere else in the plane.
"Eh, what's with you today? You've been like that since you woke up. Was it about the 'green flags' you were saying a while ago?"
The girl then drew a smug and whisphered to her ear in omission, probably the fact about Rine's feelings reciprocating hers.
" Seriously!?? That's Awesome!!"Akari suddenly reddened in joy as knowing her friend was sharing the good news regarding the sudden change of mood."So that's the real reason behind that confidence!"
"You've hit the mark." Reika gave a thumbs up mark alongside with both eyes dazzling in determination.
"Hmm... So..." the tan girl took a pause. "When are you planning to confess then??"
"Welll..." Reika took a small pause as well, but instead of intensifying her overwhelming happines, it turned a downfull gloom. "I haven't thought about that yet..."
"---What!??? Then what is all that for!???"
The girl then shifted away with a mix of a flustered and bashful look. "B-But, atleast I already knew that my feelings were being reciprocated right?"
Akari loudly retorted while she pushes her off the seat. "Of course not, You dumbass! Go tell it to him right now!"
Meanwhile, the blond girl refused to arise and clutched her palm at the seat. "No, I'm not gonna go in there and wet myself out of embarassment!"
"---Oh shut up girl. Or perhaps you want me to do it for you eh??"
Reika suddenly drowned in a black and white aura. "I won't let you--"
Fastly, Akari took action in reponse of calling Rine in a sweet, yet mocking tone. "Ishida~"
"Yeah, No Thanks-" While nothing to decide, Reika gave a conceded look as colors came back in a bland mood. She slammed her palms into shutting Akari's mouth completely, and so the skin around her lips swollen due to the impact.
As such, herself will flick from the sudden pain while the other girl was frozen in shudders. Jin, which sits just at the other seats ahead of them heard the conversation clearly and was about to give them a helping hand after the moment Rine went digging out a hole in the bag with his head.
Since he was aware about the intensity of his Extreme Motion Sickness, Jin had the chance to whisper himself in.
"Hey, Soon to be Mrs. Ishi-- I mean, fellow Reika. Yours Truly might want to give you a helping hand."
He stood up gently, sauntered a bit towards Reika's position, thus Akari pushed her out of the seat while Jin pulled her by the arm to the other seat and pinned her shoulders to the backrest of it as they both have planned.
The girl emitted and internal scream. "Eeeeek! What are you two doing!?"
As she turned her gaze, both had already took a serious pose and replied. "We'll let you take care of the rest, Reika."
Now crushed between because of the two's rash decisions, all of Reika's confidence subdued in complete skepticism. Whether will Rine admit the same feeling or give a direct declining, the girl stutters as she speaks. "R-Rin..."
"O-Oh, Rei... Where's Jin?" By her voice, Rine moved the half of his head turning towards his right, noticing the sheepish girl pulling him by the sleeve. Nor Rine was able to react surprised since he was occupied by his motion sickness, but tried to answer a short response.
Reika reddened and shifted herself afront while her index right finger pointed aback. "A-Ah... We shifted seats a while ago. He said he wants to talk with Akari about an important matter..."
Suddenly, his sickness struck again, hence replied afterward. "Urk- I see... I see... Guess I should say sorry to bother you on his behalf."
"N-No, Its alright!" I will be Reika declined the apology. Though, doing so resulted a deep silence between the two. Since both in wits' end, none of them could engage, nor open up a single topic for them to converse.
"U-Uh... This is our first time boarding the same plane aren't we? I think there's nothing special in here except this bright scenery above the clouds."
A plain nod is what he replied. "Yeah... This trip is too sudden that I haven't prepared myself yet."
Reika took a closer look. The boy looked very pale as he snuggles the bag to his face. From a near distance, she could see Rine extremely sweating from his forehead despite the air condition of the vehicle is turned on. "Eh?? Are perhaps suffering from Motion Sickness?" She went taking a white towel on her pocket and gently pulled Rine towards her. "You should've told me earlier."
Even so she pulls him towards her, Rine's conditions doesn't seem to be fine enough for him to move. His motion sickness had already worsened for the past few minutes of the trip given to the small talks earlier. He doesn't budge even the slightest, which forced the girl to be assertive. "Here, Lean on me."
Successful to take Rine's head leaning on her shoulder, Reika removed the bag covering his face and began wiping of the sweat out of him. "You better behave yourself. You might end up bursting out a puke."
The fabric hitting Rine felt gently caressing his dizziness away. Her hand softly touching his face while the other held him on the left shoulder as if he was embraced by a gentle goddess. He averted her eyes to the girl and soon realized her dazzling presence blowing his burdens away.
Rine suddenly had the energy to move his hand and pinch her cheek. "Hm... You Look cute today."
The girl blushed from shock. "Eek! How could say so? I didn't even had the chance to take a bath back at the house and you're starting to give me shady compliments."
"---Nah, It's true though." Rine showed a bashful look and looked away.
The girl wasn't able to reply to his compliments anymore, hence dropped the towel atop her thigh."Well, if you're gonna say it like that..." then the girl moved closer "Want to make me your girl?"
"Ack--- W-What are you saying...?" The boy tried to vault away, but there is no space for him to adjust.
Looking back at her, the bashful face reddened her cheeks turned a confident grin as she pulls him back to her grasp. "Do you want me to repeat it again?"
Then Reika directed her mouth, whispering to his ear. "Hey, Do Want me to be your girl?"
And so that moment, Rine's consciousness terminated to the whole trip.
