She dropped into the world like a nuclear bomb.

BANG! It was like the shot heard around the world. The loud bang had sounded like a canon , but it was nothing more than the backfire of a roaring car engine.

A candy-apple-red 1970 Corvette Stingray with California plates pulled into the Bangkok Motel. The Corvette flaunted its chrome wheels and bumpers. The T-tops were off and the driver's long mane of hair whipped out the top.

All the men on the street stood admiring the Corvette from afar. The red 1970 Corvette was a magnificent machine. A thing of beauty from the past and a rarity to be seen anywhere.

As the men admired the Corvette, the driver's door opened and out stepped a pair long hot legs wearing red high-heel pumps. A woman rose and from the angle the men on the street were looking, the she disappeared as she stepped into the path of the afternoon setting sun. For a brief moment, all one could see was the perfect silhouette of a woman inside a large golden orb.

A cool breeze appeared out of nowhere. the woman's hair whipped wildly, appearing to change color depending on how the rays of the sun hit it.

In the passenger seat , on top of a mound of boxes and bags from various clothing stores was the latest copy of People Magazine with the picture of the very women who had just stepped out of the Corvette, with the caption; SUNNY BUNNY--THE MOST BEAUTIFUL WOMAN IN THE WORLD.

Here was the woman of Rico's dream. Sunny Bunny, in the flesh. She wore a pair of rose colored sunglasses. She was a creature of perfection wearing red summer dress that was cut high and showcased her long smooth legs.

Sunny stepped back from the Corvette and checked herself in the mirror. She fixed her hair then pulled out a lipstick and touched up her already perfect lips.

She was startled by a sound. She turned around and found a crowd behind her. Every man on the street--construction crew, the drug dealers, the homeless men, the workers on the food trucks, and some who had simply gotten out of their cars and left their cars idling in the street, were standing behind her with a wide eye look of awe.

Sunny Bunny smiled.

Any other woman would have been terrified for her life, but Sunny was all to familiar with it. Everywhere she went, people noticed her. But when men saw her, they acted like she'd just stepped out of a spaceship from planet Venus.

"Good gosh," said Sunny. "It's surprising to see all you lovely men here. Why, all of you are just as cute as buttons. Now, I had wondered if maybe one or two of you kind men would come to my rescue, in my time of need and all; but I had never thought the whole town would show up."

Sunny had arrived with a car full of bags and packages that were too many and too heavy to carry all by her self all the way up to her room. She would have simply called her husband Rico for help, but her cellphone was dead.

"You're her, aren't you? You're Sunny Bunny," said a man said.

"I am, Shug," said Sunny with a smile that sent a wave of excitement through the crowd. Sunny Bunny was a celebrity, yet she had no idea how far her fame had reached. Wherever she went people were always happy to see her.

"I knew it. It's Sunny Bunny, it's really her," said the man to the other men who cheered and giggled.

"Can I be of service to you," said the man.

"Why, you sure can, Shug. I've been shopping all day and could use some help. If you wouldn't mind helping me carry them to my room," said Sunny.

"I'd be happy to," said the man.

"You're a sweet man," said Sunny and the man blushed.

Another man stepped up to carry her packages and another followed suit. Soon the men were arguing over who was going carry the packages.

Sunny was also too familiar with this. Men fighting over who would get to help her. Men never seemed happy unless they were doing something for her.

"No need to fight, boys, you can all help. Everyone grab a bag and follow me," said Sunny.

One by one, the men grabbed packages from the Corvette and followed Sunny through the parking lot like a parade. They followed her up the stairs and around the corner. A few of the men right behind Sunny stared at her perfect heart shaped butt that wiggled side to side in a hypnotic rhythm.

"Boys will be boys. Be nice, boys. Ain't very gentleman like to stare that way at a lady."

"Yes, mam," said the men.

Sunny smiled knowing how men were, and even though she thought them to be funny creatures, who were sometimes naughty, she loved them.

She walked into the room With a small bag in hand

"Rico, I'm home," said Sunny.

Rico on the bed wathing TV.

"Sunny, where have you been? I've been calling you. i've been so worried," said Rico.

"I'm sorry, honey buns, I just got caught up in a whirlwind and lost track of time." She gave Rico a quick passion-filled kiss that quickly put a smile on his face. "My phone died, and I couldn't call you to let you know I was all right. Rico an you tip these nice men that hlped me,"

Rico saw the crowd of men at the door that were all smiles. Some were smiling too much. He knew some were just star struck and memorized but a few had the devil inside and wold have loved to been able to play Little Red Riding Hood with Sunny.

Rico was used to it. He didn't like it but he was used to it. He knew there was nothing he could do. It came with the territory. Where ever Sunny went there was always a litter of men caught in her wake.

"Okay. Back away, guys. Thanks for helping my beautiful wife, but the show is over," said Rico. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a large wad of cash. He started to hand out tips as one of the men blurted out, "You're so lucky," and gave Rico a wink.

If ever there was a wrong thing to say to Rico, that was it. He never wanted to be called "Lucky" ever again. Rico looked at the man with disdain. If Sunny wasn't there, he would have taught the man how to respect Tony Montana.

Rico snatched the money out of the man's hand and slammed the door in his face. He lauged like Ricky Ricardo.

"That wasn't very nice, Rico," said Sunny as she unpacked her bags and placed her newly bought clothes on the bed.

"Sunny, c'mon, those men had bad intentions. Did you see how they were looking at you?" said Rico.

"Nonsense, Rico, they were just being nice. In Kansas, men are always happy to help a lady in distress," said Sunny.

"Sunny, you're not in Kansas anymore, you can't trust everybody," said Rico.

"Good gosh, Rico, you're so paranoid. Not everyone has bad intentions, this ain't Miami," said Sunny.

Sunny finished unpacking then undressed and stood in bra and panties and Rico stood an awe at the goddess in front of him.

He pulled her to him. Sunny wrapped her arms around his neck and looked into his eyes.

"Don't be jealous, Rico. You can't be mad because the world's in love with me. Besides, you made me," said Sunny.

"How?" said Rico.

"In Kansas, there's a saying, when you love something, you make it beautiful," said Sunny. "You saw something in me, something that I had never seen in myself. Your love made me beautiful, Rico."

"Well, if I did make you beautiful, I did it for me, not for the rest of the world," said Rico.

"Too late, honey buns, you opened up Pandora's Box and now there's no turning back," said Sunny.

"I just want you to be safe, Sunny. Rico. He wrapped his strong arms around Sunny, and she gushed. She kissed Rico on the lips, and they held it long.

She got up and gave him a fashion show of all sh'e bought. She looked bueatilf. for the grand finale, Sunny came out the bathroom in a long white evening gown

"Wow," said Rico. "You look like an angel."

Rico picked up her and took her to bed. Sunny said not to rip the dress

"Baby, after tomorrow, I will buy you a hundred dresses better than this," said Rico.

"Really. You got the movie deal. I can feel it. Oh, I knew it was going to happen. I just had this great feeling about coming to Vegas," said Sunny. She gushed with excitement. She was so turned on and Rico could see it. "So you're going to be in Scary-face?" said Sunny.

"Scarface," said Rico and chuckled at Sunny's cuteness.

Rico didn't want to tell Sunny about the real deal he had with Mitsubishi, and how he had to buy a ceramic fish from his friend Ravish using Sunny's money; well their money. If Sunny knew Rico was going to spend all of their money to buy a glass fish from a drug lord (Ravish), she would have probably dropped him on the spot and gone back to Kansas.

"Oh good gosh, Rico, my sweet Rico, all of this just sound so amazing. I feel like a princess in some fairy tale. All this: you, me, becoming a star, it's all like a dream It's like heaven put you in my life, and I'm so lucky for it. You're the one person I trust with my whole life. ," said Sunny.

"You can always trust me, Sunny," said Rico, and he pushed Sunny back on the bed. "And now time for some boom-boom."

Rico and Sunny kissed. Sunny's scent was intoxicating and Rico was on fire. . Sunny figured it was the perfect time to ask.

"Rico, where's Toto," said Sunny.

Sunny's question was one of those million dollar question. Rico didn't answer. Rico wondered what would Tony Montana would do. Tony would probably go out with his guns drawn, shooting his way through a mob of enforcers waiting for him. He would go down fighting to the bitter end and he would take as many as he could with him.

Rico decided to play dumb.

"Who's Toto?" said Rico.

"Toto, our dog. You bought him for me at the puppy shop in West Hollywood remember," said Sunny.

"That was a dog. I thought it was a hamster," said Rico

"He's a puppy toy chihuahua. He's supposed to be small so I can fit him in my purse. I hope he didn't get out," said Sunny.

Sunny slid away from Rico . She started looking around for Toto.

Rico laid in bed, sipping a glass of Amontillado. From where hey lay, he could see the toilet. Then he heard a faint thump like a faint heart beat.

Sunny scoured the room. she searched the closets, the cabinets, and under the bed. All the while, Rico was wishing he'd never bought her the damn rat dog. it.

"Sunny the dog is the size of rat, he could be anywhere in this room," Rico looked around and realized that the room was not very big and that Sunny had probably searched every nook and cranny twice over.

"I just got a bad feeling, Rico," said Sunny.

"Feelings. There you go again, Sunny, having those feelings. They never lead you anywhere," said Rico.

"They lead me to you," said Sunny.

"Okay, some feelings are good, but the other feelings you have lead you nowhere

"Which are the good feelings?," asked Sunny.

"These feelings," Rico kissed Sunny on the neck, and she started to melt. " your over reacting. Dodo will be out when he wakes up. The poor little guy was probably just exhausted from our long trip . Just come back to bed. Everything will be okay. Trust me."

Sunny closed her eyes . Then Sunny heard a strange sound.Rico listened. He was hoping not to hear the beating heart again

"Sunny, It's just the pipes. This place is dump. I'll get us a new room or better yet let's just get out of this hotel all together. We can go to any hotel you like as long as it's far-far away from here," said Rico.

Sunny didn't hear him. she followed the sound around the room like a cat chasing a beam of light

Rico followed Sunny as she followed the noise around the room to the bathroom. She had the look of lunacy.

In the bathroom, Sunny went from the mirror to the sink and then down to the floor to the toilet and she gave Rico a curious little grin as if to say, "Bingo."

She'd found the source of the funny noise. Sunny crouched down and opened the toilet lid. There was a whimper coming from inside the toilet.

"There's something in there," said Sunny

"Let's just flush it down, Sunny, it will go away," said Rico. "Only bad things live in there."

"I got a feeling," said Sunny. I wanna see what it is," said Sunny.

"Sunny, stop listening to your feelings. Your acting crazy," said Rico.

"Am I said," Sunny was wide-eyed and looked delirious but something in her heart told her to keep going. She could not stop.

Her arm went into the toilet and she reached deep inside. Rico dry heaved. He was dumbfounded that Sunny would do such a thing.

"Sunny, are you crazy. That's disgusting, what's wrong with you?" said Rico.

Sunny was in her own world at the moment. She was following her instincts. And there was nothing Rico could do to stop her. Sunny reached in and around the curves of the toilets trap and felt something.

Rico heard the beating heart again and the room got dizzy. He could not believe all this was happening. Sunny began to pull something out of the toilet and Rico about fainted. When he saw it was big glob of muck he was so relived.

"Oh my god Sunny, how can you touch that crap," said Rico.

Another bark came. This time the barks very noticeable. Sunny followed her intuition and reached into the toilet again and this time she felt a pair of legs and a small wiggling tail.

Her face went blank then turned red with anger. She looked up at Rico with fire in her eyes.

"You flushed him?" said Sunny."You son of bitch, You flushed, Toto," said Sunny.

"I didn't do it," said Rico. "I swear."

"No. Did he jump in and flush himself? I doubt it. I might be from Kansas, Rico, but I'm not an idiot," said Sunny.

"Sunny, it's not my fault," said Rico.

"No, it's never your fault, Rico, your perfect," said Sunny

"It was an accident, Sunny. I swear. I never meant to hurt him. My brother called and I got so angry. when he bit me I threw i dontk i just threw him. When I found him he just laid there. He was on the ground and he didn't move. I thought he was dead," said Rico.

Sunny reaches into the toilet again and tried to pull Toto out, but he is stuck. She unscrewed one of the wing nuts holding the toilet to the floor. Then when she tried the other side she didn't find a wing nut but a flat head screw.

She ran to her makeup kit and got a large metal nail file. It was large file that looked like a dagger. She ran back to the bathroom.

Rico saw Sunny coming at him with tlog blade and and look of crazy in her eys. She look mad and sinister. He thought she was coming for him. He puched her in th chest an knocked he rdown, tony montana sytle..

"Resptect"

"What's wrong with you, Rico. Why did you hit me?" said Sunny.

"Sunny I saw you coming to stab me. I thought you wanted to kill me. You love Dodo more than me," said Rico.

Sunny began to cry. Rico seeing Sunny in pain went to comfort her, but she pushed him away

She regained her will and crawled trough Rico's parted legs and into the bathroom and closed the door and locked it.

Sunny got to work. unhinged the toilet, pulled the toilet off --there was Toto's hind legs and tail sticking out of a black steel drain pipe.

"Oh, Toto," said Sunny.

Sunny pulled Toto out, and she held him to her breast. Toto shivered, and she wrapped him up in a towel. She cradled little Toto in her arms. Sunny shook little Toto like a baby. She began to cry.

"I guess I'm really not in Kansas anymore, Toto
