I haven't played sports for a long time, today I decided to try on old clothes and "do sports". I actually bought a protein shake like I'm really an athlete lol.
Doing exercises:

When it was time to rest, I ate 3 protein bars and washed it all down with a protein shake. You need to reward yourself during such a "hard" workout, lol.
After that, I felt very heavy and bloated..
This probably means that the workout is over and it's time to go to bed to stroke tummy!..
I think I liked this workout, lol! I feel like a tired athlete..
