I finished my kickboxing grading earlier today, and it was 4 hours long.
I honestly wasn't expecting grading to be that long, but I didn't know what to expect at the time since this was my first time grading. All my muscles are in absolute pain right now(Yay 🙃) and I'm just chilling in my bed. We started off with fitness stuff, and I was absolutely suffering when we got to planks. I managed to keep myself up the first time, but I didn't even realize that I started biting my left upper arm to get my mind off of my burning abdominal muscles 😂
Once I got home, I started eating like an insane person like I usually do after alot of exercise. And I'm so excited to get my belt on Tuesday!

Unfortunately I'm gonna have to leave again on 20 December because Christmas would be right around the corner by then.
