I sighed as I watched Risa show me her phone while almost bursting with excitement. Naalala ko tuloy 'yung video ni Neri na tumatalon-talon siya. 'Yung bouncing Neri ba 'yun? Oh, gano'n na gano'n si Risa ngayon.

"Please, Panggaaa?" She stuck out her bottom lip and gave me a pleading look.

Ang cute pero hindi tayo marupok for today's video.

"Ga, hindi pwede. Marami pa tayong kailangan asikasuhin." I shook my head and went back to what I was doing earlier.

She walked towards me and smiled. Hindi ito 'yung ngiting masaya makita kay Risa eh. 'Yung ngiti na 'to parang may binabalak na hindi maganda. "Please po?"

Araw-araw akong binibigyan ng Diyos ng mga pagsubok pero dito ako talagang nahihirapan.

"Mahal, hindi nga pwede."

"Ang damot, date lang eh."

"Pwede tayo mag-date dyan sa labas. Dinner date, street food date, mall date. Ang daming pwede."

"So bakit ito bawal?"

"Ano'ng gagawin natin dyan eh ang tatanda na natin?"

She groaned in frustration and hugged my shoulders from behind. Nakaupo kasi ako sa upuan kaya hindi niya ako mayakap nang tuluyan. "Please, pangga? Date tayo dito?" She kissed my cheek repeatedly at tumigil lang siya when I sighed.

Sinandal niya 'yung pisngi niya sa pisngi ko and said, "Are you giving in to my charm na? Is that a yes?"

"Fine. Oo na, we'll go to EK this weekend."

She squealed and sat on my lap, hugging me. "Thank you, thank you, thank you, Ga!" I held her waist and she pecked my lips over and over again. Natatawa na lang ako sa ka-cutean nitong babaeng 'to eh.

As promised, Risa and I will go to Enchanted Kingdom today. Siya 'tong excited na pumunta pero tulog na tulog pa. "Good morning, Pangga. Kapag hindi ka pa tumayo dyan, hindi na tayo tutuloy."

She stood up faster than lightning and zoomed to the bathroom para mag-ayos na. "Good morning din sa'yo, Risa!"

"Sorry, Ga. Good morning! Tuloy tayo ha." She shouted from inside the bathroom.

In record time, she was ready to go. "Halika na, dalian mo." Hinahatak niya na ako palabas.

"Ako pa ang dalian eh kanina pa ako tapos mag-ayos. Ikaw lang hinihintay ko."

"It's a good day, Ga. 'Wag mo na ako awayin." She kissed my nose and tugged me to the car. I shook my head and laughed at her antics.

We had the day to ourselves kasi maaga ko na tinapos 'yung kailangan kong gawin. Between wrapping up executive projects and wedding planning, the both of us have been very busy. Kaya rin siguro naisipan ni Risa na mag-date kami out of town.

Ang hindi ko lang talaga magets, bakit sa EK pa?

I love EK, I love its vibes and its energy pero ano bang gagawin ko do'n? Magrarides?

"Ang hot mo kapag nagdadrive." Risa suddenly stated.

"Huh?"

"Ang hot mo kapag nagdadrive sabi ko. Naka-shades ka pa." She giggled. Kala mo teenager eh.

"Thank you?" I laughed, glancing at her slightly then turning my attention back to the road. I put my hand on her thigh and gave it a light squeeze. "I love you."

"I love you more, Pangga."

"I missed you, EK!" Risa shouted as soon as we arrived inside. Wala masyadong tao ngayon, hindi ko rin alam kung bakit but I liked it that way.

Kahit naman announced na publicly na magpapakasal na kami ni Risa in a few months time, I was still the president na may trabahong dapat gawin. And I still treasured my privacy. A few people stopped to greet us and take pictures.

"Gusto ko lang pong sabihin sa inyong dalawa na hanga po ako sa inyo and naeexcite na po ako sa kasal niyo!" One of the supporters who asked for a picture said.

Iba pala sa pakiramdam na marinig nang harapan 'yung suporta kaysa sa nakikita lang sa social media. Risa and I smiled at each other and thanked the supporter before going our own way.

I locked our fingers together and grinned at her, "Ang saya palang makarinig nang gano'n, Ga."

"It feels like a burden has been lifted off us 'no?"

I nodded in agreement. "Saan muna tayo pupunta?"

"Rides!" Risa exclaimed happily.

"Tignan mo mukha mo dito!" I clutched my stomach as I saw Risa's face caught on the picture habang nakasakay kami sa isang ride. I was laughing beside her while she was screaming, both shock and fright evident in her face.

"Ang pangit nyan! Ayoko nyan."

"Pwes ako gusto ko nito. Magkano po sa picture?" I asked the staff beside me. He told me the price and I paid for it, still laughing at Risa.

"Gaaa, mahal kita pero ano ba pwede bang itapon na lang natin 'yang picture na 'yan?"

"Ayaw. I love this picture. Imamagnet ko 'to sa ref sa palace."

"Gaga ka, makikita ng mga staff mo 'yan."

"Edi makita lang nila. Cute mo nga dito eh." I kissed her nose and walked ahead of her kasi baka hablutin niya 'yung picture at biglang punitin.

"Hindi pa natin 'to natatry diba?" I asked, pointing to a new ride.

"Hindi pa..." She replied, her frown now replaced by a playful smirk. "Kanina ayaw mo mag-rides ngayon mas excited ka pa sa akin."

"Eh kung ganitong souvenir ba naman makukuha ko after ng bawat ride na sasakyan natin, talagang gaganahan akong sumakay."

"Bwisit ka talaga!" She complained, smacking my arm faintly.

"Bump cars? Seryoso ka ba?" I asked her disbelievingly.

"Oo, halika na please?Namiss ko 'to."

"Okay, sige. Pero padamihan ng bangga tapos matalo may sagot ng meryenda ha?"

"Deal."

Natalo si Risa kaya libre niya meryenda namin. Tili siya nang tili habang nababangga 'yung sasakyan niya and there I was, trying to focus kasi hindi ko mapigilan 'yung tawa ko habang pinapanood siyang mabaliw sa pagdadrive.

"Parang ayoko na kumain."

"Gutom na ako kaya libre mo na lang ako kung ayaw mo kumain."

"Hindi ko pala na-miss mag-bump cars. Nahilo ako do'n."

"Palusot ka pa. Ang sabihin mo, distracted ka kasi ang hot ko mag-drive." I teased, referencing her earlier comment. Agad akong tumakbo palayo sa kanya kasi alam ko na agad na hahampasin niya ako.

"Leonor, ang kapal mo talaga!" She shouted and ran towards me. I stopped running and waited for her to come closer, then held her waist as she did. Risa lifted my cap off to kiss me. "Tara na, libre mo na ako."

Risa and I were on our last ride of the day. It was already late and we were tired pero like always, masaya kami. Sobrang saya.

Malapit na kami sa tuktok and it was what we've been anticipating since we were in line pa. "It's been a looong time since I've been on a ferris wheel, Ga." She spoke softly.

"Ako rin. Hindi ko na nga maalala kailan ba 'yung huli. Sobrang tagal na ata nang nakalipas."

"I'm happy na pumayag kang mag-date tayo dito."

"I'm happier kasi niyaya mo akong pumunta. Sobrang nag-enjoy ako, Ga."

"I know," Risa smiled, "Kitang-kita ko 'yung saya sa mga mata mo."

The cold air blew on us at nanlalamig na kami parehas. Risa pulled me closer to her, letting me lay my head on her shoulder while her fingers intertwined with mine. I admired the engagement ring on her finger at naalala ko na naman 'yung sinabi ng nagpapicture sa amin kanina.

As soon as I noticed na nasa pinaka-tuktok na kami, I separated from her and leaned towards the railing, careful as to not endanger myself, and shouted, "I love you, Risa Hontiveros!"

The people inside the other cars heard and cheered. One of them even shouted "LenRisa layag" which made everyone chuckle.

I sat back down and Risa whispered, "Ang perfect ng araw na 'to."

"Mas perfect kung magpipicture tayo," I replied cheekily.

Bilang human selfie stick, she took my phone and snapped a lot of pictures of us. Sobrang dami na naming picture sa araw na 'to but I didn't mind. I'd love to be able to relive everything that happened today.

"Hindi na ako makapaghintay na ikasal sa'yo." She said, eyes brimming with tears. I knew they were happy ones.

"Konting panahon na lang. Then we can live happily ever after."

"Dahil nasa Enchanted Kingdom na rin naman tayo, I think this is the perfect time to say this."

"Ang alin?"

"I was enchanted to meet you, Leni."

Napangiti na lang ako kaagad sa Taylor Swift reference niya. She knew it was one of my favorite songs kasi palaging pinapatugtog ni Jillian dati.

"I was enchanted to meet you too, Risa."
