《I Am One Of Them Now (Antisepticeye x Reader)》Ch 4: Feelings I Cant Explain

(Anti's POV)
Ugh! It's just so weird... there is something different about Y/N that I've never seen before in a person! She didn't cry or scream.... how?! I was literally peeling her skin off but still there was nothing! Not a single tear! I mean I guess I could rip her fingernails off one at a time..... then I thought of her face while I was peeling her skin..... that look in her eyes... for once in my immortal life I felt.... I felt... guilty.... I felt guilty for torturing her.... it's such a weird feeling to feel guilt and sympathy for another. Is it normal for a demon to feel this way? I'm not sure what to do... I can't keep torturing her... I just can't... I walked into my torturing room, for some odd reason I always had a first-aid kit handy idk why considering demons can heal at a pretty fast rate. I opened it up and took out the hydrogen peroxide and some Bandages. I can't believe I was doing this. I lifted her sleeve on her arm and cleaned out the cut and wrapped it in bandages, I then did the same thing to her leg making sure to be very careful... then I did something that I probably shouldn't do... I untied her. I then sat in the corner of the room brought my knees up to my chest and waited... she should be waking up soon...
(Your POV)
I woke up again only to be met by more pain and memories.... wait... pain? I then realized that the pain level went down a lot... I looked over to my arm to see it bandaged up along with my leg.... I was confused. I thought he wanted to torture me... why would he bandage up the cuts he made? Then I noticed something else I was free. There were no more chains chaining me to the metal table I got up and sat on the table. Then when I saw Anti in the corner. He was staring at me. Was he watching me the whole time I was asleep? He looked almost exited to see that I was up. He got up and started to walk towards me, I slowly backed away scared, this had to be some trick he wouldn't just let me go... this had to be some other form of entertainment.

(Anti's POV)
She was finally up she looked confused by the fact that I bandaged her cuts and unchained her. I was so excited to see that she was up. I started to walk towards her, but she backed away. She was scared, I mean who wouldn't be? I tortured her just a few hours ago and now I'm setting her free, I would think of this as a trap. I kept moving towards her until she was stuck against a wall she closed her eyes not wanted to see what I would do... then I did something that was very unexpected, even to me. I leaned in and hugged her. She flinched for a moment then melted into the hug. I then said two words that I hadn't said in more then 100 years..... I'm sorry....

Summon Imp!
Travel with a newly born demon as he grows and learns in his own world as well as in other worlds as he gets summoned again and again. Usually to die or kill for others in strange and exciting places, but it's never certain what the next one will bring. It has its perks. With each new world comes a new story with new experiences and new lessons. There is always more to see, more to learn and more to know. Maybe, someday, it will all make sense. For now he will just work hard to become stronger, to be useful and, hopefully, survive that way. A coming-of-age story, but different. Things start to slow down to a crawl. Colors blur into one another until my vision is completely white. All I can think is "Shit, not this again!" I hate being summoned. _________________________________ updates once a week until I get more time The idea for this story began in two places. One was the ridiculously rapid pace of gaining power in many novels. Both in games and in novels, I enjoy the struggle of the beginning character, why always the rush? The other was the way many monster or non-human MCs always seem to hurry to become human (again). It always felt like a cheap way to grant the character extra powers without the difficulty of writing a non-standard thought process. Thus I wanted to write the slow(ish) progression of a monster character gaining strength and intelligence, while remaining distinctly non-human. There are no stats, xp or systems, no reincarnated soul or completely formed being to start with - unless I want to make fun of those. While the MC 'evolves', the process takes months if not years to proceed step by little step. Sit down with me and imagine, what would it be like if...

Paradigm Shift - New Beginnings
The known universe is facing an invasion from a foe that can rewrite the natural laws and that will destroy everyting we know. Derrick is ripped from his world and sent to the newest incursion point of an enemy he doesn't even know exists. He is the hail mary or kitchen sink of the universe and it will be up to him to adapt to his new world and become strong enough to survive and to save the universe. ********* Author's Note ********* This is my first published book so feedback would be appreciated. A couple of caveats. First this story is about the details, if you don't enjoy reading and finding the easter eggs or just like to speed read through the chapters you will probably not enjoy it. Second for those that do not like the Harem tag I just want to state that this is going to be a matriarchal society and the women will outnumber the men 5-1. That being the case and because of the culture that I imagine would arise from this I felt it fair to put that tag out there. However, the main character isn't going to be picking up women left and right. This is not a typical harem story. Image was googled so I have no rights to it

Vanisher
Joshua Hall is an intelligent and promising college sophomore. But when he accidentally witnesses Sara Wilder, a new and quirky acquaintance, receive an eldritch mark of possibility from her mother, everything changes. Josh can now see marks, eldritch symbols of power brought from another plane of existence that empower the weak and the futureless, that are invisible to most. But that's not the only thing that he's seeing, as strange dreams haunt Josh's sleep and threaten to destroy his sanity. With his mind and body struggling to handle the impossible things he can now perceive, Josh has to decide: accept a mark himself, or attempt to forget everything. This is a bit of an experimental project for me, as it isn't my norm in genre or topic. Expect: -Slow build storytelling -Character details -Foreshadowing -Dialogue driven narrative -Dynamic action scenes -Some mild graphic descriptions of injury -Sexuality is a factor -No explicit content (at least not directly) -Mild body horror -Light cosmic horror Reviews and critique are highly encouraged. I am a civil and fair responder, don't be afraid to initiate a conversation.
