I took hold of Astrid's hand as we started walking towards the Rainbow bridge. I decided to walk on the Rainbow bride instead of ride horses. So Astrid can get some of her nerves out. Astrid just rambled on and on about how she thinks everyone will react for her return. Normally when people ramble it gets on my nerves, but with Astrid I don't mind. We were finally at the door of the palace, As the doors slowly opened I could feel Astrid squeeze my hand tighter, she was afraid and I couldn't do anything. I saw mother waiting for us, she ran over and gave Astrid a hug, then me.
I was so scared, I held on to dad tighter, I just wanted to hide, but I couldn't. My nerves went away when Grandmother hugged me, I missed her so much! But next was Grandfather, I didn't see him waiting, so we all walked to the throne room, he was just sitting on that stupid chair, completely emotionless. Father and I walked closer while Grandmother took Grandfathers side. Uncle Thor was already there. I was in Midgardian clothes, I felt so out of place I was wearing, Jeanes, and an oversized shirt. I cant wait to get into my normal clothes. "Welcome back Loki, and Astrid." Grandfathers voice boomed, It made me flinch. I was trying to say words, but It didn't work my nerves came back like a wave. I think dad noticed, "Good to be back."
Frigga reminded Astrid of the room she designed. She told Astrid, "I made some minor changes that I think you would like now that you are older." The 3 of them walked to were Astrid's room was, Astrid took a deep breath and opened the door. Loki and Astrid gasped at the same time. They were in awe. Astrid quickly went inside too look around. It was beautiful! Frigga told Astrid "I thought now that you are 13 and not 9 you would like more of a bedroom like this." She was right!

Astrid changed into more of an Asgardian outfit, Astrid went into Loki's room, she asked "Can we practice magic, pleases?" Loki was overjoyed that she wanted to practice magic! They both sat on his bed, "close your eyes and imagine what you want me to see around you." She did it! The room looked like the Avengers compound! Then as she opened her eyes it changed back to normal.
Everyone gathered in the dinning room, and celebrated! The festivities lasted a week. There was dancing, and parading in the streets. Everyone was overjoyed. Loki was happy to have his daughter back, and Asgard was happy to have their princess back.
