《The Little Frost Giant》Big day

Uncle Thor came running into my room, he started yelling, "ASTRID WAKE UP ITS TIME TO LEAVE!" I heard dad yelling for uncle Thor "Thor it's 4 in the morning let her sleep, we will leave later today!" I started laughing. Dad sat down on my bed and told me "We are going to Midgard, Uncle Thor has some friends there he would like you to meet." I was so hyped! I wanted to go and wake up grandma and tell her, but dad said not to bother her.
My alarm went off and I raced to get ready, Uncle Thor and dad got me my own suit for my birthday! I think I will wear that to Midgard. But first I need to do my morning routine;
6:30, Wake Up
6:35, Brush Teeth, and Hair (Normally maids will do my hair but I like to do it my self.)
6:45, Get Dressed
6:55, Meet dad in the hallway so we can walk to breakfast together.
7:00, Go sit down and wait for breakfast.
Today I decided to wear something more causal:
Grandma says this dress goes well with my black hair.
Lady Sif, Fandral, Hogun, & Volstagg were also at breakfast. I decided to sit next to dad, but that's pretty normal. I don't sit next to grandpa very much, because when I sat next to grandpa he critiqued everything about me; "Your hair is to greasy" "sit up strait" "You eat too messy" "Be more like your Uncle." Dad get really mad at grandpa every time he does that. I think they have a weird history.
Astrid greeted everyone as we walked in to the dinning room. I saw Odin watching every move she makes and judging it. All I could think is, SHE'S 9 LEAVE HER ALONE! But I couldn't say anything, it drives my crazy how just because of our past, he feels the need to be so cold hearted to my daughter! Once Astrid was done being a good little hostess, she sat down next to me. She was being a chatter box the entire morning. Mostly just asking questions about our trip to Midgard. I couldn't say a lot about who we were meeting, I wanted her to get her own impressions of them.

Mother walked into Astrid's room and told us the remodels will be done when we return. Astrid wanted some room upgrades besides furniture, she only told mother what she wanted. Knowing Astrid, mother most likely had to negotiate with her and tell her when things got a bit to much.
Astrid got packed her suit with her to show who ever she was meeting. All that Thor told her is that that they all fought together. Astrid wanted to know who, or what they fought. But Frigga told Thor before, not to tell Astrid, let Loki do that on his own. Loki told Astrid to meet him in the garden when she was ready to leave. Once she got to the garden she ran to her father, He gave her a small green box, inside was a necklace with the letter A on it. She asked if she could wear it, Loki took the necklace from her and put it around her neck.
Every time Loki would go to the garden he would always think of the pranks he played on Thor as children, or of him getting left behind as Thor would go with his friends. But now he thinks of Astrid, and her first steps, or when she was picking flowers for Odin and Frigga. After Loki got done day dreaming he saw Astrid up in a tree, reading a book. Thor walked behind Loki trying to scare him, but It didn't work. Thor said to Loki while looking up at Astrid "Like Father, Like Daughter." Loki would always read up in that tree as a child. He called Astrid down so they could leave. The 3 of them walked on the rainbow bridge together on the way to the Bifrost.
"To Midgard, please!" Thor usually never said please, but he need to be a good example to Astrid, or what ever Loki said. Astrid was really scared, she had only seen the Bifrost from afar. She hugged her father like her life depended on it, to her it felt like it did. Loki told Astrid, "Look around, welcome to Midgard." She saw a weird looking building with an A on the top. She also saw some guy in a spangled outfit, another guy in what looked like a red and gold metal box. She looked up and saw a person flying around in what looked like a bird costume. She also saw a red headed woman drive up the dirt road. Astrid thought all of this was cool, but scary.

Astrid's POV:
Someone came and took my bag. He has brown hair and was in a suit. I didn't have much in my bag, just some books and some outfits. Dad said not to bring much along, but enough to keep me busy for the week. Uncle Thor told us to go inside. I just held dad's hand. I didn't know what was happening. I only trust 2 people here, and one of them is talking with his friends. The guy who was in the metal box, who's name is Apparently Tony, Tony Stark, told me to sit down. I looked at dad and he nodded. He wasn't saying much, not even to me. I sat down hesitantly. Then everyone came inside and sat around a large table. There was 13 people at the table including me. Tony introduced everyone, by the 'hero name' and 'real name.' Starting with himself. I remember the hero names better so I will just use that. At the table was; (he was the once who carried my bags) I obviously already knew dad and Uncle Thor.
Everyone was asking Astrid questions, Astrid was frightened and over whelmed. Loki spoke up, and said "That's enough questions for now, lets make lunch!" Astrid was very hungry and so was everyone else. Astrid pulled Loki and Thor into another room, she asked if they can make flash cards of everyone so she can learn their real names, Loki agreed its a good idea. She only had 3 names memorized, she knew that Iron man is Tony Stark, Captain America is Steve Rogers, And Spider-Man is Peter Parker.

Watch as Li tries to maintain his peaceful daily life in a chaotic world full of magic and knights.===Foreword===Slow Pace: This novel does have a slow pace with things building up piece by piece over time. However, this also means that the further you read, the more connections will begin linking up and the more the story will start building up.OP MC: The MC in this novel is extremely powerful from the very beginning. If this appeals to you, then check this novel out.Crafting/Farming Warning: This is a warning to say that if you are looking for a novel that focuses entirely on a crafting system or farming, then I have to say that this novel does eventually move on from the whole farming premise, getting much larger in scope overall.===Doever Writing Quality Guarantee===I can give a solid guarantee that the writing quality of this novel is of the highest tier on this website. Even though I would like to go through many of the initial chapters for a proofread, I still believe the writing quality is top notch for this website. There will be very few mistakes, and the few that do slip by me will not affect readability at all. Now, you may not agree with how the novel develops, but I can at the least guarantee that you will have no trouble actually reading what happensOf course, I am not perfect, so please feel free to point out mistakes and problems and I will be more than happy to fix them! But most importantly, whether you have criticisms or enjoy the book, thanks for reading!

Legends rise. Country’s fall. Empires wage war. But what supports these great powers, allowing them to function as a single organism. Is it the common man, Farmers and Millers forming the backbone of the land? The Soldiers and Guards keeping public order? The Wives and Widows supporting from the side-lines? The Nobles from their seats of power? Or the elusive Sorcerers who wield power untold? And what maggots crawl in this great creature, all trying to get a piece of its slowly decaying flesh. The gangs of the Underworld hidden in the shadows? The Bandits and Deserters hiding at the edges, ready to pounce on any weakness? Witches and Warlocks working their dark art? Or other Nations clawing at their neighbour’s, salivating over the riches they stand to gain from another’s demise. There is one group that belongs to neither group. They thrive on others misfortune and bring with them salvation and destruction in equal measure. They can raise a kingdom up or tear it down screaming and kicking. These are the merchants, the lifeblood of kingdoms, because what is the one thing above all else men crave. Is it Love? Power? Destruction? All these things can be acquired with one simple thing. Wealth. Wealth is the true power behind the world. Wealth can buy army’s, strangle kingdoms, and turn even the most devout man from his faith. Merchants come in many forms, shapes and sized, some gaudy, bleeding the people for all their worth, some tricky, preferring to make contracts and debts to trap men. And some desperate, doing all they can to sell even the most worthless of junk. This is a story of one merchant who goes against all a merchant stands for. He works not for profit but for some unseen goal, a prophesy aeons old. He comes and goes like a ghost, bringing with him hope and victory. All pray for his arrival to spare them from despair. But what about when he doesn’t show? What about the people he doesn’t save? For this man is no angel, no saint sent to save the masses. His goal was never to deliver hope. It merely isn’t time for their destruction yet. For nothing is eternal. And all things must end. But what comes after? Quick disclaimer in response to the review I got, this is my first story and somewhat of an experiment for me, hopefully my writing will get better the more I practice. Thanks for any helpful advice :)
