A NEW START
"Aw~ look at her. She's adorable."
"She looks a lot like you."
Wait...who's talking?
"Oh my! She's waking up dear!"
"What!? Really!?"
I opened my eyes to see a woman with (E/C) eyes and a man with (H/C) haired.
"Ohayo, (Y/N) sweetheart~"
Wait…(Y/N)? How do they know my...wait...
I GOT REINCARNATED?!?!
So yeah, I got reincarnated. In all honesty, my new life isn't that bad. I was reborn in the year 2001. A good year to be born, actually.
For some miraculous reason, I still remember my life during the Taisho period. Why was I able to keep my memories? I'm not really sure of that myself.
Anyways, I have a nice family. That didn't abandon me at birth.
I have a great mom; And let me tell you, she is the sweetest and most caring person I have ever met! She was a former karate teacher, thus she taught me a few self defense skills when I was younger. She's an AMAZING cook. So~ she taught me how to find my way around the kitchen, and I was able to regain my lost cooking skills.
My dad is...THE BEST! He is a CEO of a business for numerous apps and software. He is strict when it comes to cleanliness, but he loves me and my mom dearly.
No, I have no siblings. I'm an only child. Which can kinda get lonely sometimes. During my previous childhood, I always had Doma to hang out with.
Luckily for me, in my neighborhood I met someone. Someone I held dearly during my days as a Demon Slayer.
Kagaya.
He was my neighbor's son. He was 2 years younger than me, but he still had that calm and positive attitude. He didn't have that dammit curse anymore. Never did I see him so healthy and strong. Knowing that, it made me happy for him.
Although, I was so scared to talk to him. For weeks, I contemplated in my head if he still remembers me. Part of me told me to try and ask him and the other part told me it's not worth it.

Until one day, I was just picking some purple flowers in front of my house. I was surprised when I felt someone hug me from the back. Then I heard sobs and crying.
When I turned back, I saw Kagaya hugging me tightly. "Ms. (Y/N)..." he sobbed. "I missed you…"
Instantly, I hugged him back. I was so happy that he still remembered me. No words could describe the joy I was feeling.
After that, we caught up with both our lives and eventually became close friends again! I finally have a playmate!!!
Aside from that, I excelled when it came to my studies. I have always been the valedictorian of the class. Ever since elementary to college. It's a bit of a flex, if I may say.
When I became 20, I started my own company. Thanks to my dad's tutoring around the business industry, I was able to rise to the tops in an impressive span of time.
Sure I had some ups and downs here and there, but I was able to find a solution to all of those.
One of those downs was...um...a real life changer actually.
I was in desperate need of more employees. As my company started to grow, I needed more people to help me with my work. Thankfully, the heavens gave me a good opportunity. 16! 16! People signed up for the jobs.
I didn't even bother to read their info on their files. I was just so happy that I forgot to.
The next day, I had an interview with them. Before I stepped into the interview lobby with my little clipboard, I heard shouting and screaming coming from the room. To investigate what was happening, I entered the room.
A man with white hair and two scars on his face was yelling at a guy with black hair tied into a ponytail.
There was a girl with pink and green hair and a guy that had black hair. He had a white mask on his face. Honestly, they looked like a couple.

Three girls with black hair, were wearing the same butterfly hair clips on their head.
There was this really tall dude whose hands were clasped together, like he was praying. Beside him was this kid that had black hair with mint green tips.
A dude with SO MANY jewelry on him was sitting beside a guy with yellow hair and red tips.
A boy with balck/red hair was happily talking to the youngest girl wearing the butterfly clips. Beside him was a girl with black hair and a boy with blonde hair.
One kid with black and blue hair was yelling to the dude with scars to stop. I almost mistook him as a female.
Behind the guy with scars was a guy with a sorta mohawk hairstyle. He was telling the guy with scars to shut up. "ANI! Keep your voice down! What if our boss comes down any moment!"
Even with all the yelling, I felt my entire body freeze on the spot. I dropped my clipboard, which made the whole room quiet. They all looked at me with wide eyes, as I stared right back at them.
"Morning!...um…"
In just a blink of an eye, they all came rushing towards me. I didn't even have time to process what was going on when they all shouted at the same time. "OKAASAN!!!"
I felt my butt hit the floor, as I was tackled by hugs. They were all hugging me so tightly, but I didn't mind. My internal organs are getting squeezed, but that's ok.
"Ms. (Y/N), Are you alri…"
Everyone looked at the male who had just entered the room to check on me.
"MASTER?!?!"
"Run Kagaya! Squashed ribs don't look good on you!"
Kagaya chuckled and walked closer to the group. He stretched out his arms and gave the group a gentle hug. They all started smiling, making me smile myself.
"C'mon guys." I said standing up. I fixed my clothes and looked back at them. "Well? Do you all want the jobs or not?"
They instantly stood up. I laughed at how tensed they looked. I picked up my clipboard and scanned through the pages.
I cleared my throat and smiled. "Are you all above 18?"
They all answered "yes", as I nodded.
"Well then, you all start tomorrow." I said, walking to the door of the interview room. I heard them all cheer with happiness.
"Oh, one more thing." I said, opening the door. "Please try to not beat each other up when you're in my building."
After I said that, I closed the door and walked back to my office.
Two years after that, my company grew bigger and bigger. My time spent with my children (well technically friends/family) was awesome!
Sure Insouke almost burnt down my office twice, and Sanemi got in several fights with my other employees. But with a quick hundred apologies and a few of my homemade cupcakes, all is well!
Oh! Oh! I forgot to mention Kagaya got married.
Guess who to?
TO MS. AMANE OF COURSE!
I don't know the exact story, but Kagaya said they met in a cafe.
The wedding was so beautiful. Ofcourse, I was the one who insisted on paying for everything. Thank the Heavens that I bought two cakes. Inosuke ruined the first one by smashing his face into it.
So you could say that I like my life right now…
Ah, who am I kidding? I LOVE MY NEW LIFE!!!
I have everyone I have ever loved right by my side!
Well, almost everyone.
