《My Lazy Prince》Chapter 7
Advertisement
It has been 5 months, since (Y/N) met Mr. Sato. She had been drinking her pills three times a day as Mr. Sato said (In secret, of course).
By the day, (Y/N)’s conditions worsen. Her coughing has become so painful, that it is already unbearable to withstand. The young female also started having trouble breathing. She gets tired easily and her energy drains quite quickly.
It was a miracle that Doma hasn’t been catching up on what was going on. Or so (Y/N) thought.
Doma actually has been suspicious for a long time now. He observed his beloved’s actions very often and every time, he would see how (Y/N) was growing weaker.
Although, whenever he would confront her about it, she would just give him a wide smile, and say that she was ok. He believed her, kinda. He didn’t want to question her any farther, so he let it slide. But he still had an uneasy feeling something was wrong.
{Present Day}: That Evening
(Y/N's POV)
"Where are you going, (Y/N)-chan?" Doma asked.
"I’ll just get something, I’ll be back." I said, as I walked to my room.
I was walking at a fast pace, since I promised to have dinner with Doma tonight. I almost forgot that I needed to take my evening pills, so I had to excuse myself for a bit.
I reached my sleeping quarters and slid the door open. After I slid the door shut, I walked to my closet. But for some reason, I felt dizzy. Very dizzy.
My whole view started to spin, as I struggled to reach for her pills. I took one step at a time, but my whole vision became blurry. After a few more steps, I collapsed.
(Doma's POV)
"(Y/N)-chan? Are you done?" I asked, knocking. She was taking a long time to come back, so I decided to check on her.

I slid the door open and peeked inside.
"(Y/N), are-" My eyes widened when I saw (Y/N)'s body on the floor. I rushed to her side, repeatedly shouting her name.
"(Y/N), Wake up!" I looked around and saw a bottle filled with pills. Without thinking, I grabbed it and took out a pill. I opened (Y/N)’s mouth and made sure she swallowed it.
"C’mon, (Y/N). Swallow." I begged. I saw (Y/N)’s throat move, meaning she swallowed the pill.
Her eyes slowly opened, as I sighed in relief.
"D-Doma…" (Y/N) struggled to speak. I brought (Y/N) up and hugged her.
"I really thought I lost you." I said. "What’s going on, my love? Please tell me. You have been acting strange for these couple of months."
(Y/N) was silent for a few seconds, but suddenly started crying on my shoulder. She hugged me tightly, while tears streamed down her face. "I’m so sorry, my prince. I can’t act strong anymore." she cried out.
"What do you mean?" I asked concerned and confused, while I wiped the tears that streamed down (Y/N)’s face.
"I’m so sorry, Doma. I thought I could hide my illness from you."
"Illness?"
(Y/N) nodded. "I'm sick, Doma. I have been diagnosed with a rare illness that could probably kill me." she confessed.
Those words struck me like a bullet. I felt cold. What was this feeling? Sadness? Anxiety? It was all so confusing.
(Y/N) started sniffling. I immediately wrapped my arms around her waist, and brought her closer to me. "Shhhh, It's gonna be ok." The blonde male comforted.
After a few more minutes, (Y/N) fell asleep. She had exhausted herself from crying.
I laid my beloved on her futon. I looked at the beautiful person that I loved so much. She looks so peaceful when she's asleep.
I smiled a bit, but that immediately dropped.
"I’m also sorry, my diligent wife. For not noticing sooner." and with that, I kissed (Y/N)’s forehead and left the room.
I didn't even dare to finish the food that night. I just went directly to my room.
I really hope...she gets better.

Young bloods (WIP)
" So-called leaders prostituted their people to wars and abuse. They destroyed families, culture and economies; their hands dyed red by the blood of the children, the families trampled by their lecherous motivations and diabolical war machines. Trained and taught by the Revenants or rather “young bloods” from their war-torn world, we were going to build a better world for us and for the later generations, a world when there shall be no more wars waged over territory, a world where boys and girls can frolic around for all of eternity." -Sasha, Terutan regular army cadet. ‘History is determined by the victors, and here we stand transcended over those who abused us. History is filled with liars, broken promises of eternal prosperity and peace. The more things change, the more things stayed the same: ideology change, location shift but power will always find a place to rest its head. We fought and bled for the adults, the grown men and women who preached of us being their future, preached us of the freedom from tyranny and slavery; no wonder why we hated them so. History is determined by the victor, and there shall be no victors when we’re done.’- Yulia Bronskavya, Red Army Homeguard. As the first modern war came to a close in November 1st, 1918, rows of passed juveniles laid the battlefields. In the name of some royal fat cats or some shitty national leader, cruelty and crimes were committed against the weak and the vulnerable younglings; in other words, adults were assholes. Their deaths marked a new beginning, a new beginning in a strange and magical land that was and had only been dreamt of in stories and folk tale, they had arrived to Terruta. The first ones regarded themselves as Revenants, heroes who had been able to be reborn in this world and began their adventure to explore this strange foreign land. However, “every coin have two sides, like everyone have two faces”. 'As they left their former life behind, the young soldiers and operators found themselves being deceived, abused and taken advantaged off again by the elders of this world. Many were abused, tortured, raped and sold to slavery, Revenants were quite sought after due to their timeless charm, strength, intellect and immortality, they were unable to be killed no matter what; many were bought and used as pets, slaves and entertainers for their masters’ entertainment. Fed up with the similar treatment and abuse by the adults of this world, many revolted and founded ICC, International Cooperative Coalition.'-Sasaki Kotegawa, JSDF Private.
