《My Lazy Prince》Chapter 2

It has been over 8 years since that night. Both (Y/N) and Doma were already 8. As the couple promised, they raised the two children with absolute care. The cult leader’s wife adored both (Y/N) and her son. She took care of both of them, while her husband managed the cult.
By the age of 5, (Y/N) was taught how to be the perfect maid for Doma. She was taught how to clean, cook, and all the skills you must have if you are a maid.
The cult leader always told (Y/N) that her only duty was to take care of Doma and nothing else. He was...a bit harsh on the poor child.
Of course, the young female child obeyed the leader’s instruction. Although, she couldn’t help but at least be friends with Doma.
Doma on the other hand, was born...emotionless. He had rainbow colored eyes that (Y/N) adored so much. He had beautiful golden blonde hair that the young (H/C) haired girl would comb everyday.
Doma and (Y/N) were the bestest of friends. They loved talking and hanging out with each other. Doma loved listening to (Y/N)'s sweet and gentle voice, and he loved the warmth of her body everytime he would hug her. Although he felt nothing inside, he still felt something towards the young girl. A small spark, that will one day grow into flames of passion.
I woke up at my usual time. I checked outside my window and saw that it was already dawn. Great! Another exhausting day.
I stretched my arms and got up from my futon. I grabbed a new set of clothes (which was my normal cleaning outfit), and went inside the bathroom for a quick shower.
After taking a relaxing shower and changing. I tied my hair into a ponytail and quietly stepped out of my room, sliding the door shut. I started to make my way to the kitchen, to quote on quote "make my master's breakfast."

The entire cult was sleeping peacefully in their own respectful rooms, while I was the only one who was awake.
It is expected for a servant to wake up earlier than her/his master, just so that they can prepare everything. Plus, it's much more peaceful at this time.
I quickly entered the cult’s kitchen, and started making my master’s breakfast. I decided to make grilled fish and rice with Miso soup, and some Ancient Lotus Green tea.
I started grilling the fish, while cooking the rice and Miso soup. After grilled fish, and the rice was done cooking. I placed them both in separate bowls, and started focusing on the Miso soup. After the Miso soup was done, I placed it in a small bowl.
I grabbed the boiling kettle, and started pouring the Ancient Lotus Green tea into two cups. I placed all the dishes into a tray, and started heading to Doma’s room.
When I finally reached his room. I walked inside Doma’s room and placed the tray of food on the Chabudai (the traditional japanese table). I then walked inside his bathroom and began to prepare his bath. Once I was done, I walked outside the bathroom in order to wake that lazy boy/master up. Honestly, can't he wake up on his own?
I saw him peacefully sleeping on his futon. Walking closer to him, I looked down at his sleeping body.
"Doma, wake up. It's time to take a bath." I attempted to wake him up. Doma groaned and turned to his side.
"Five more minutes." he said, half a sleep. Tch, does he think I would accept that as an answer?. I crawled onto his futon, and started shaking him.
"Doma wake up!" I ordered. Once again, he just groaned and swatted me away. I continued to shake him, while ordering him to get his lazy ass out of bed.

"Doma, I swear. If you wont get up this instant, I will-" I was immediately cut off when I felt arms wrap around my waist, and was immediately pulled down to the futon. Before I knew it, my head was on Doma's pillow.
"Stay with me first." Doma insisted. I was about to yell at him, but after seeing his soft, gentle, (fake) smile. How could I resist? Sighing in defeat, I cuddled closer to Doma.
"Fine." I answered. Doma seemed to be content with my answer, and he snuggled closer to me.
…
"Ok, Doma. Time to get up." I said, getting up. I sat up as Doma whined.
"Aww~ But (Y/N)-chan~" I had enough of this. I grabbed him by his shoulders and forced him to sit up.
"There. Now get up you lazy prince." I scolded. Doma yawed a bit, but then he looked at me.
"I’m not lazy!" he argued. I scoffed.
"Yes you are! You're a spoiled, lazy, and ignorant prince!" I yelled back. Doma just kept staring at me like a creep. Well, he is a creep.
He then smiled gently, surprising me.
"If I’m a lazy prince…" he said, while wrapping his arms around my waist. "Then you're my diligent bride."
Doma’s words left me in a blushing mess. "D-Doma-san...don't say such dumb things! Who even said that I'm your bride! What kind of evil spirit possessed you to say that?!" I exclaimed, while trying to get away from Doma’s suffocating hug.
"Because I know you’ll never leave me." He said. Does this boy have no shame?!
"Plus, (Y/N)-chan."he continued. He looked up at me and leaned his face closer to mine. "A prince needs a princess to rule his kingdom."
Once again, I was a blushing mess. I quickly shook my head and stood up. "C’mon, Doma. The water is getting cold." I said, going back to my usual unfazed expression. Doma smiled and stood up from his futon. He then moved a bit closer to me. I was expecting him to give her another suffocating hug.
Instead, I felt a pair of soft gentle lips on my cheek. My eyes widened when the realization hit me. This idiot...
Doma smiled, while I covered my cheek with my hand.
"Oh well, the fun’s over. I better go take a bath now." Doma said. He then walked to his bathroom, leaving me still glaring holes at him.
"Whatever…" I just made my way to the Chabudai and sat there.
Doma finally came out of the showers, wearing his cult outfit. He saw me and walked on the opposite side of the table. He sat down and looked at the delicious food in front of him
He grabbed his chopsticks and started eating.
"Your cooking is the best, (Y/N)-chan!" he complimented, while shoving more food into his mouth.
"Thank you, my lazy prince." I jokingly said, while sipping my tea.
"Your welcome, my diligent bride." Doma said back. I sighed and ignored what Doma just said.
I mean, he will forget that idiotic nickname, right?
