thank god i explored the school, so i know exactly where namra is

suhyeok ran behind me as i finally get to her, the unbothered queen moment of her not realizing there were zombies right infront of her, i grabbed her hand as she looked up and saw the rabid students, she ran with me and suhyeok as i searched for a entrance to a classroom, spotting the janitor on the ladder

he quickly fell off so i rushed to get the two of them up, "hurry, hurry" i whispered as the zombies stopped eating the man and looked at me

"holy shit!" i shouted as i ran up the ladder, right as it falls over i managed to get in the room

"fucking hell" i panted, that was horrible

"are you guys okay?" gyeongsu asked

"what the hell were those?!" one of them said

"zombies, aren't they?" suhyeok said, panting on the floor

gyeongsu then gets the shit scared out of him as daesu enters with the white stuff from the fire extinguisher all over him

"what the hell happened to you?" gyeongsu asked

"some crazy asshole shot a fire extinguisher at me" he wiped his face with a towel nearby, i tried to hide my smile, knowing exactly who had done it

i didn't realize as nayeon sat by me, pulling her legs up to her chest as she looked at me

"are you okay?" she whispered

"im...okay, are you?" she nodded, ive already sort of accepted they were all gonna act strange, but this was definitely unexpected

"does anyone have their phone? check for a phone" nayeon told the others, as half of them searched through the bags left behind when isak found one

"here! yeonju's desk, oh no, it needs a passcode" "do something!" "i just said it needed a passcode, what am i supposed to do?"

cheongsan looked out the door "she's there, give me" he took the phone from them and held it up to her face, you laughed from behind him

"dumbass" i said, cheongsan looked at me "well what do you think we should do?"

"you don't need a passcode to make emergency calls" me and onjo say at the same time

"oh..." cheongsan said, pulling over the emergency call button and calling the police

"hello?" i couldn't hear the other side, but i assume they're saying the same as the show

"please help us, we're at hyosan high school, there are zombies here" i rolled my eyes, great thinking cheongsan

"it's not a prank- just, come quickly!" as he ended the call i smacked the back of his head

"ow! what was that for?!" he rubbed his head

"for being a idiot" i laughed "you can't just tell them theres zombies! no way they'd believe that, you're lucky you're cute" he blushed and looked down with a shy smile, such a loser

"onjo, call your dad, say theres a fire or something, they'll have to come that way" although i highly doubt they'll come

she nods, taking the phone and calling his department, i space out for a second but come back a second later when gyeongsu tapped my shoulder

"huh?" i blink "you good? you're acting kind of strange, If it's cause of the zombies don't worry, we'll be out soon" more like a few days from now

"im fine, its not everyday you get to witness zombies eating your classmates, right?" i tried to joke as he smiled, i didn't notice the glare nayeon sent his way

then that teacher ran in, giving us all a heart attack for a good second

he panted "are you all okay?" they nodded but i was busy staring at the mark on his arm

"you weren't bitten, were you?" cheongsan asked "of course not, im fine, really" lying ass

i tried to speak about it but got interrupted by him

"move the desks and chairs to cover the doors, hurry, come on" he encouraged them as they hurried to grab them and stock them up

"guys-" "come on, everyone, hurry up" interrupted again, for fucks sake

i walk to onjo who hadn't started helping yet "onjo!" i call out her name, "yes?" she said "take a close look at mr kang" i whispered to her

she looked at him "i don't get it... what's wrong?" "his arm" when she looked she gasped loud enough for the others to notice

"whats wrong?" gyeongsu asked

"mr kang..." she started "whats that on your arm?"

he looked down at his arm, and quickly shoved the sleeves over his bite

"its nothing really, come and help the others"

"well thats bullshit, what else could've caused a huge bite mark?" i said

"really, i said im fine!"

"i think you should leave...for our safety" isak said

"leave? after everything i did to get here?"

"just leave, it'll be better for all of us" i said, his nose started bleeding as he hot angry

"you brat!" he tried to walk to me but i kicked him where the sun doesn't shine and backed off

he fell to the ground, bones cracking in all the wrong directions

he slowly stood up, screeching unnecessarily loudly and ran for me

"holy fuck!" i shout as he got way too close to me but I kicked him again, accidentally sending him in minji's direction

he grabbed ahold of her and bit her face, daesu pulled him off and threw him

"what do i do?" minji said, voice laced with fear "daesu what do i do? i don't want to die..." her nose started bleeding fairly quick

"guys get rid of the border on the door!" i said, pulling onjo with me to help

we quickly started moving everything with wujin's help, ignoring the poor girl turning right behind us

"I'm sorry" i whispered

one of them cage the teacher in-between the wall and a chair

we finally get the door open "hurry, guys it's open!"

we all start running in the halls, some tripped (daesu & nayeon) while running but quickly got up

we run into a problem as every door seemed to be locked, and the zombies caught up to us

some of the boys take down the windows and doors to classrooms and begin hitting them and shattering the glass onto their heads

the girls aren't doing much, as if they were just there to look pretty, but my heart was racing and i already seemed exhausted, just a few minutes until we reach the science room

the zombies get knocked to the ground soon enough, and we all ran up the stairs to reach the room

unfortunately the door was locked as the others tried to keep the zombies from running towards us with the windows they had took

i remember what happens during this scene thankfully, i look towards isak who was helping with the barrier and saw the zombie about to take a bite of her ankle

i kick it in the face and smash my foot on his head, letting out a "ew" at the sound it made

onjo had already grabbed the rope and hit it against the lock, opening the door as we all ran in

i sighed, leaning my head on the wall

isak walked up to me and hugged me tightly

"y/n" she cried "thank you, when the zombie grabbed me i thought it was all over for me, but you saved me" you patted her head

"i don't want any of you to die, I'll save you all if i can" i said, i really did mean it, i cried too much watching the show

"don't exhaust yourself-" daesu interrupted wujin with a surprised scream as a zombie broke the window and grabbed ahold of his face

joonyeong grabbed something and tried hitting it away, but hit a window instead

isak hesitantly let go of me and walked to onjo

only day one, and im already exhausted, but at least i saved someone...

when im going to wake up? this feels too weird...
