《My Brothers Gang》Chapter 28 ~ City at Night
Advertisement
The streets of California seem calmer in the nights than in the sun light. It's weird, but I'm not complaining. I could walk through these streets all night long.
Me and the boys all wanted a night out to relax since all they have done for the past week is business. My brother wasn't too happy about the plan but I eventually got him to agree and so now he's tagging along with us.
The guys have somewhat come to terms with me and Zed being a couple which I'm thankful for, I don't know how I would deal with everyone hating us for our decisions.
I've been a little on edge since Zack told me that my parents were in Los Angeles. I don't know why, I mean, I love my parents but I like my life here and I don't want them to take me home. My life is here now, in Los Angeles, with The Gang.
"Maddie" Zed's whispers, bringing me out of my daze.
"Yeah?" I reply, smiling up at him
"We're here" He claims as we all stop walking.
The building in front of us is loud and busy. You can hear the music all the way from out here! I don't remember night clubs being like this. Max nods at the security guard and then we all walk in.
We wouldn't be aloud in if it wasn't for Max having a very popular Gang around here, he's aloud anywhere he wants which I find pretty cool. I'm underaged but here I am standing near a bar, ordering alcohol.
"She'll have a manhattan" Zed orders for me
"Thank you, Zed" I kiss his cheek which earn me a smile.
"Is She underaged?" The bar staff ask as he looks me up and down, biting his bottom lip.
"She's with Max Brown" Zed assures
"Alright then" the bar staff hands us our drinks and ask's no further questions.
See! AWESOME right?
We swallow our drinks and then start walking towards the dance floor. We've already lost most of the guys to other girls here, I spot Payton grinding against some girl on the dance floor. Typical
Zed leads me towards the side of the club and then he leans against a wall while I stand near him. I continue to watch everyone as they bounce in beat with the loud music, not having a worry or care in the whole world.

"The Guys seem to be having fun" Zed points out, a big grin appearing on his face as he watches everyone. I wrap my arms around his neck which causes an unexpected wink from him, I playfully roll my eyes and peck his soft lips.
"I want to get out of here" I admit, locking eyes with Zed.
"Want to go for a walk?" He asks as he pushes off the wall. I stumble back a little but his hands find their way to my back to steady my balance. I remove my arms from his neck and we start walking towards the exit.
As we walk to the main doors, Max walks over to us in his half drunk state. His hair is messed up and I think I see lip stick on the edge of his mouth. I quietly laugh to myself at the current state my own brother is in, I've never seen him like this but it's kinda funny.
"Where are you going?" Max questions, his arms crossing over his chest as he flicks his messy hair.
"We need air so I'm taking Maddie for a walk" Zed explains although I don't think Max is even listening.
"Mmmhh yep, okay I got you" Max lets the words fall from his mouth as he watches girls on the dance floor. He leans closer to us and whispers, "I'm gonna go get a girlfriend!" And with that, He disappears into the crowd of drunk idiots.
Me and Zed laugh as we continue to walk out of the club and onto the main streets. The city was quiet but there were a few cars and people now and then. London was a lot busier in the nights, people always rushing around trying to find things or having to work night shifts. It was always mayhem.
"So, your parents—" Zed starts but I cut him off
"How did you know my parents were here?" I ask, nervously. I don't remember even telling him.
My parents are still in Los Angeles but lucky for us, they haven't stopped by to say hello. I rather them leave without trying to get ahold of us because I'm worried they'll try to take me back now that I'm allowed home. I don't even know how I'm allowed since it was supposed to be a year and it's only been 2 months.
"Max told me" Zed admits, snapping me from my thoughts.

"Oh" is all I can make out. My eyes look down at the floor, watching every step I take as my thoughts take over my entire mind. "Can we change the topic?" I ask with sadness lacing my tone.
"Sure," he pauses to think and then smirks, "How is your boyfriend" Zed ask's with his smirk growing bigger as he let each word slip from his lips. I playfully roll my eyes and smile.
"Oh I don't know, why don't you ask him?" I look around for the closes tall object I could find. I point to the street light pole and look at Zed with a smile. "There he is! He's been feeling a little stuck for the past few years but he's the best" I tease
I feel Zed stop walking so I stop. I turn to look at him but he ducks low and throws me over his shoulder effortlessly. I hit his back with my fists but like usual, it doesn't effect him.
"Zed! What are you doing?" I ask as he starts to slowly walk forward.
"Since you love your boyfriend so much, I figured you'd want to talk to him" He shrugs and then stops next to the pole I had pointed at moments ago.
"Put me down" I demand, all he does is chuckle at me and then pulls me off his shoulder but keeps me in the air. My feet don't even touch the floor.
He makes my arms wrap around the middle of the pole and then he wraps my legs around it. He takes steps back and then laughs at me. I'm literally clinging onto this thing for dear life! I don't want to slide down it because I'll get carpet burns. I'm going to kill him when I get off this thing!
"Awww I Ship!" Zed says, pulling his phone out of his pocket and taking a quick picture of me.
"Alright you've made your point, now help me get off this thing" I command. He grabs ahold of me and helps me off the pole. I swat his arm as my feet touch the ground and then I stomp on his foot. "Never do that again!" I laugh
We both laugh as we continue walking down the streets of the bright city. I rarely see the goofy side of Zed but I'm happy that I'm one of the few that do see that side of him.
Just as we are walking around the city, out of all people I would of thought of running into, I spot Walker. His back was against the wall as he sat on the floor, his head in his hands. Is he crying?
"Zed, come with me for a second" I sort of ask sort of demand. He nods, not asking any questions and then follows me across the road to walker.
I lean on my knees in front of walker as I hear him mumbling to himself some words that will never be repeated. I place my hand on his shoulder and he immediately snaps his head up to look at me.
"What happened?" I ask, curiosity filling my mind with possible reasons.
Walker looks at Zed and then stands up. I stand up too and place myself next to Zed. Walker's fists clench and his nostrils flare slightly. Did Zed do something to Walker? Or is walker just angry at everyone tonight?
"You" Walker shouts, clearly talking about Zed. "I should of killed you when I had the chance! You've ruined everything!" He continues, Anger clear in his voice as he shouts.
"I didn't do anything so stop your whining and tell us what's going on" Zed speaks up, calmer than I am right now.
"My parents just stopped by my apartment to talk to me because some how they had heard about all the things that have happened between you and me. That's when they told me after all these bloody years!" Walker steps closer to us. My heart was picking up the pace as it races fast and fast.
"What the hell are you talking about?" Zed raises an eyebrow as Walker chuckles a weird sort of laugh.
"You don't know? Both our... your parents didn't tell you?" Walker questions as if he's just realised that both me or Zed have no idea what on earth he's talking about.
"I don't know what your even talking about so no, I don't know what my parents told me since I rarely see them" Zed starts to sound a little more annoyed than angry as the situation unfolds.
"Well I'm sorry I had to be the one to tell you this but...." Walker stops, meets Zed's eyes and frowns, "We're brothers" He finishes.
Zed and Walker are brothers?
BROTHERS?

His Flower (Rewritten)
Copyrighted 2018**This is the rewritten version of His Flower. I hope you enjoy!** There was only one word to describe my life: Hell. It was all I had ever known, the only thing I was used to. I didn't want it any other way. Why the fuck couldn't she see that?-&- Having a normal childhood was completely foreign to the two polar opposites Rosalyn Summers and Rex Turner. Both grew up in the closest thing they knew to Hell, each with terrible problems of their own. Perhaps, that is why they were so drawn to each other. Rose might have been that typical shy, quiet girl roaming the school's halls, no friends to speak of and no genuine interest in learning, but even she couldn't deny that attraction towards the school's resident 'bad boy'. The one no one else dared speak to. Rex's anger issues always got the best of him, even when that idiot girl came tumbling into his life. She just wouldn't leave him the fuck alone. No matter how much he liked it. He could convince himself he wasn't good for her as much as he wanted. It didn't matter, she wouldn't let him be and he would soon refuse to let her go. Completely oblivious to her own darkness raging beneath the surface.*WARNING: This story has quite a few very possessive and controlling men. If that kind of thing isn't for you, this book definitely won't be.** There is also talk of anxiety, panic attacks, and some drug-use mentions.ALSO this story will have a LOT of chapters! It's filled with triggers (mentioned above), but also a bunch of cute scenes, fluff moments, adoring toe-curling moments, and a plot you won't see coming!
