《Entangled: Playfully》Chapter-47

"You may now kiss the bride."

As soon as those words left the mouth of the priest I claimed the lips of my wife.

"I had been waiting to kiss you as my wife," I whispered, resting my forehead against hers.

"I too had been waiting to kiss you as my husband." She mumbled, smiling.

Finally, I was married. Eloise became officially mine in the presence of God and our family. I vowed to love her, respect her, comfort her, protect her, and care for her for the rest of my life.

She looked like an angel when she walked down the aisle with her father and mother followed by the bridesmaids, Trish, Ariana, and Lauren. And not to forget the little flower girl, Amara, sitting in a decorated cart, wearing a huge crown on her head accompanied by one other flower girl. The groomsmen were obviously Sean, Evan, and Xavier.

I almost cried when I saw her approaching the altar. It was not only her who was coming to me but it was our baby too, growing day by day inside her. At that moment, I couldn't ask for more.

Now, I had my own little family. Now I knew what it feels like to have someone close to you that you can call officially yours. My Eloise, my love, our child, and our family.

"Welcome to married life, Mrs. Eloise Nicole Adams. I can't even tell you how happy I'm right now. And at the same, It feels like a dream." I whispered, grinning like a fool.

Eloise raised her hand and wiggled her fingers before my eyes, showing the wedding ring. "This surely isn't a dream, Mr. Adams."

"You truly got me entangled with you in your playful ways."

We both chuckled at her comment. Our friends and family were ecstatic to watch us getting married. Our family gave us blessings and then we headed to the reception hall.

"May I have the honor to dance with my wife?" I asked her, extending my hand for her.

"Sure, Husband." She bowed dramatically before grasping my hand.

I took her to the dance floor and possessively snaked my hands around her waist. Without taking our eyes off of each other we first danced to the slow music and then to the fast and loud music, enjoying every beat. I twirled her on the floor, took her in my arms, and swirled her around. We danced crazily without caring for anything in the world. It was our day to celebrate and no one could stop us from doing what we wanted. Her loud laughter was encouraging me to keep her on the dance floor, attached to me as she was enjoying every second of it and I wanted nothing else than that.

Eloise's father then asked for a dance with his daughter and I gladly gave her hand to him. I then stood near the stage, looking at her while she danced with her father. Xavier and Sean came and stood either side of me.

"It took me a little longer to realize but now I can proudly say that being married is the most beautiful feeling in the world."

It was Xavier who commented. And I couldn't agree more.

"It surely is," I mumbled.

"Well, I'm happy for both of you but I still don't understand what makes you so happy? I mean isn't being single gives you freedom? As a married man, you have to bear the tantrums of a single woman all your life. Isn't this boring?" Sean said.

"You do everything for love and bearing is not a correct word, Sean. It's being together in good and bad." Xavier explained to him.

"You'll learn soon, Sean," I smirked, facing him. "When you'll find the one, you won't be able to resist getting married to her. She'll give you the happiness you need."

"How will this happen? I mean, how would I know that I love someone?" Sean asked, not looking at us but straight at the dance floor where Eloise was dancing with her father.

I shared a look with Xavier and we both smirked before Xavier went and stood at another side of Sean. We both put our arms around his shoulder.

"Someone is dying to fall in love." Xavier and I commented in unison.

Sean's body went stiff and he jerked our hands away from his shoulders. "Stop this nonsense. I'm not dying for anything or anyone." He grumbled.

"Aww, Sean babe, don't turn grumpy. Your friends are here to guide you through the path." I laughed and Xavier joined me.

"Yes, you can come to us whenever you want to talk about love. And I could sense that you'll come to us very soon." Xavier said patting his shoulder.

"Fuck off both of you." He whisper-yelled and walked away from us.

"Any idea what kind of woman will make him fall for her?" Xavier asked me while looking at Sean who was now standing with Evan.

"Considering his grumpy and reserved self, he needs a loud and bold woman," I said.

"I guess you're right. I won't be surprised if he falls for a crazy one."

"Same. He desperately needs a permanent woman in his life." I chuckled.

All the ladies including Ariana with Amara in her arms, Trish, Elena, Lauren, and Aunt Myla came near me together.

"Congratulations, son," Elena said. "And start a family soon. I'm waiting to hold my grandchild."

"It's not a force though but I would be happy if my daughter gets a friend to play with," Ariana added.

"We want one more baby to be added to our family." Aunt Myla exclaimed.

I laughed silently. Only if they knew. We hadn't revealed the news to them yet as we wanted to surprise them at the wedding. I asked all of them to gather together and I stood with Eloise, holding her hand.

"On this precious day of our wedding, I and Eloise want to share something with you all," I said.

I then looked at Eloise and bobbed my head telling her to reveal the good news. She nodded her head, blushing. She bit the corner of her lip and faced them.

"I honestly never imagined that we would be announcing this so soon but it is what it is. We learned something just two days ago that made us happier than ever before." She said, smiling all along.

"What is it?"

I intertwined my fingers with hers and gave a little squeeze to her hand.

"We're going to be parents."

As soon as Eloise announced it everyone present there gasped and in no seconds, all the ladies lunged onto us, squealing loudly and crazily.

"Finally, I would get the priority to be the favorite uncle. No competition." Sean exclaimed.

"What do you mean by no competition? I'm in the line too and I too want to be the favorite uncle of Daniel and Eloise's child." Xavier interfered.

"Don't forget me," Evan added.

"You already have the priority of being the only uncle from the mother's side of the child. You're not included in the competition." Sean and Xavier snapped together.

"And the bickering continues." Uncle Rupert, Xavier's father commented and we all laughed.

Married. An incredible and extraordinary feeling and adding to that... mother, a parent even more remarkable feeling in the world. And when you know you have amazing people with you to support you and love you, the feeling becomes a lot more intense.

"I thought you were glowing because of the wedding but no..." Trish said and then looked at my belly. "...the little bunny in here is the reason."

I laughed at her choice of words.

"We will celebrate every moment of your motherhood." Ariana gushed excitedly. "This girl gang will make sure of that."

"Yes." Lauren and Trish clapped their hands.

Mom and dad approached me and hugged me.

"Do you see Elena? Our daughter is a grown-up lady now. She's a married woman and soon going to be a mother." Dad said, patting my back.

"I know, Ross." Mom said and cupped my face. "You've grown up gracefully, Eloise. You have all our blessings, dear. I wish I could give you inspiration but I can't. I am sure that you'll become the best wife and a mother that I never became."

"Mom, don't say that." Grabbing her wrists I pushed her hands down and embraced her. "Forget the past, mom, and brace yourself to become a grandmother," I whispered.

"Oh, I surely will be the best grandmother for my grandchild." She cried.

I held both of my parent's hands. "Be good to each other, okay? I don't want to hear about any conflict between the two of you. If you need anything I and Daniel are always there for you. Just take care of yourself, okay?"

"As parents, we should be the ones saying so." Dad chuckled and kissed my forehead.

"And Daniel you better take care of my daughter otherwise you'd have to go through my wrath," Dad said firmly, narrowing his eyes.

"Of course. Don't want to die early." Daniel raised his hands in surrender. I laughed at him. He had become my reason to laugh. I was sure that in his company there wouldn't be a single day without the dose of laughter.

Soon the time to leave arrived and I performed the tradition of throwing the bouquet. Everyone cheered when the bouquet landed in Lauren's hands.

"Guess another wedding is in the way." I winked at her.

She blushed profusely and placed the bouquet on the chair. "No. Not me. It's a mistake. One needs a partner to get married and I don't have one, so no chance."

"Whatever you say, Lauren." I, Ariana, and Trish sang the song.

Daniel and I then left for home. As soon as we reached home Daniel picked me up in bridal style for the sake of tradition and took me to our room.

"Now, time for another tradition." His husky voice and lusty eyes provoked a delicious shiver to run in my body.

"And what that could be?" I asked, acting all innocent but from inside I was bubbling in desire.

"The most important tradition that the groom and the bride wait for after the wedding ceremony."

He held my wrist and turned me around so that my back was facing him. He grazed his nose on my neck and inhaled deeply.

"It's time to consummate our marriage."

He whispered huskily, untying the bow of my dress. I shivered when his fingers touched my back while trying to open the zipper of the gown. Slowly and sensually, his fingers worked on my zipper, and with both of his hands, he slid down the gown from my upper body, touching my curves in the process. He then turned me to face him and claimed my lips in a heated kiss. My hands worked on unbuttoning his shirt while his hands played with my upper body.

I removed his shirt in urgency and he removed my gown that was hung on my abdomen. Without breaking the kiss he lifted me up and deposited on the bed.

"Tonight, I will make love to you like never before." He rasped, brushing his fingers on my inner thighs.

"Tonight, I'll show my wife how much I love her. Does my wife want to see my love?" He asked huskily, kissing my neck.

"I'm more than ready to see my husband make love to me." I moaned as I fisted his hair.

He raised up on his knees and unbuckled his belt and then threw slipped out of his pants and then boxers. He smirked when he saw me watching his glory.

"You're watching like it's a new scene for your eyes."

I bit my lower lip and raised myself in the sitting position. "Every day, every night and every moment with you is always new to me."

Saying that I grabbed the back of his neck and claimed his lips. And soon we lost ourselves in our erotic fantasies.
