《Black Belly Boss's Pet Wife》13. Metamorphosis

Mo Wen hung up the phone, the corners of his mouth twitched, sanitary napkins? Waking him up at night and asking him to go out to buy sanitary pads? That kind of woman thing?
Take a breath, he told himself not to be angry!
Mo Wen owns a house in the capital, but in order to concentrate manpower to ensure safety, he and Bai Han both lived on Xiahou Xuan's side. When he opened the door, the dedicated butler suddenly appeared at his door, scaring him. The soul is half gone!
"Master Mo is going out?" The housekeeper wore a black tuxedo, neatly combed hair, a decent tone, and a proper smile.
"Yes, help me prepare the car." Mo Wen breathed out the cool air he had just inhaled, and put down the pistol he instinctively held in his hand. He didn't ask the housekeeper to send someone to buy sanitary pads, because he knew it was for Wei Yang, and subconsciously, he wanted to do things for Wei Yang himself.
When he started the car, Mo Wen couldn't help turning his head and asked, "It's so late, the housekeeper, why don't you sleep?"
"Back to Young Master Mo, I just happened to come to the hall to drink water." The butler bowed, the black swallowtail was slightly raised, with a polite attitude.
Mo Wen twitched the corner of his mouth and stepped on the gas pedal before rushing out. Drink water? Believe you have a ghost! Why is the housekeeper of the Xiahou family so elusive? The old man in the main house is like this, and the same here?
In front of the Walmart in Beijing, Mo Wen got out of the car, wrinkled his brows, and then reached out and took out a pair of sunglasses from the car window. After hesitating for a while, he finally took off the sunglasses and threw them back into the car.
Still can't do it, isn't this just trying to cover up? Who goes to the supermarket with sunglasses at night? Doesn't that make it obvious that you're a pervert? Mo Wen was in a hurry, so he almost walked in circles around his car.

"Huh? Isn't this Young Master Mo? It's so late to go out? It's not like he came out to hunt for beauty, right? It's strange. It's not that the family leader Mo has a strict family style. The sound came from Mo Wen's side.
The corners of Mo Wen's mouth twitched slightly, and then he turned to look. Sure enough, a well-dressed man with two beautiful fairies walked over with a flat face. When the two women beside him heard the man's words, they both twisted their waists and hips and laughed. When they looked at Mo Wen vaguely, they brought a trace of hope. One was handsome and seemed to be very Rich men are always liked by women like them.
"Chu Dongtang, when will your mouth be clean?" Mo Wen resisted the urge to roll his eyes and said angrily.
"Hey, I can't!" Chu Dongtang smiled brightly, with a cynical look, which really made people unable to see how clever he was in the business world in secret.
There is a building next to Wal-Mart, there are many singing and dancing venues, Chu Dongtang came from there, and he didn't believe that the young master of the Mo family would go to the supermarket, so there was such a "beautiful" misunderstanding.
The girl at home was waiting for that thing, so Mo Wen naturally wouldn't "skill" with Chu Dongtang as before, but just waved his hand and walked to Wal-Mart, looking at death as if at home.
"Hey, wait!" Chu Dongtang looked at Mo Wen's movements suspiciously, then let go of the beauties on both sides, grabbed Mo Wen's wrist with one hand, and said, "Cough! Why can't you let the servants in the family go? It's such an unremarkable thing, thanks to you for doing it!"
"I'm not like a narcissistic peacock like you, I don't care whether it's gorgeous or not." Mo Wen rolled his eyes, got his hands out of the opponent's trap, and hugged his chest and said, "If it's all right, Young Master Chu, Just stay with your warm fragrant nephrites. As for me, I really want to go to the supermarket to buy something, and I will not accompany you."

Chu Dongtang looked at Mo Wen's back, raised his eyebrows, and then waved his hand, letting the two behind him go to the hotel to wait for him first, while he quickly followed.
Sometimes when something goes wrong, Mo Wen also goes to a convenience store that is open 24 hours a day to buy things, but this is the first time for him to come to such a large supermarket. What's embarrassing is that he doesn't know where To buy that kind of thing, I would have known he would have driven farther to find a convenience store!
"Hey boy! What are you going to buy?" Chu Dongtang followed Mo Wen all the way. He couldn't help but slapped it with one hand.
Mo Wen coughed, looked left and right, then tilted his head and whispered: "For women, er... sanitary napkins..."
The last three words were spoken very softly, not like Mo Wen's usual voice at all, but Chu Dongtang could still hear it clearly. He stared at Mo Wen's blushing face. Said: "What?"
"I'm going! You give Laozi a little peace!" Mo Wen was startled and hurriedly pulled down Chu Dongtang's neck.
Chu Dongtang's neck was sore from the pressure, and he nodded repeatedly, indicating that he would be very good. Seeing this, Mo Wen slowly let go of his hand and said with a dark face: "Don't ask! Find me!"
"What are you looking for?" Chu Dongtang's brain seemed to be useless. He couldn't react for a while, and was slapped again by the angry man, who made him scream in pain. Fortunately, it was very late at this time. Not many people there!
"Do you know what you're looking for?" Mo Wen gritted his teeth. Is this an act of anger?
"I know, I know!" Chu Dongtang nodded, like a chicken pecking at the rice. He's an asshole! Why are you following along?
Three minutes later, two big men pushed you a bunch of things to me, and I pushed you and hugged them to the cashier.
The person at the cashier looked at the handsome faces of the two men and first blushed, then looked down at the tampon that was holding a bit of reluctance in both hands, then looked up to see how the two were twisted together, the corners of his mouth twitched, his eyes twitched. It's a pity, how can two good men become perverts?
After walking out of the supermarket and putting a pile of things in the back seat of the car, Chu Dongtang finally broke out. When he recalled the eyes of those people in the supermarket, he became furious, pulling on Mo Wen's collar, and he shouted: "Come on! Who did you buy it for?" Shame to death!
"I'm going back in a hurry, please do." Mo Wen gave him a cool look, and calmly pulled the hand off his chest, secretly delighted that although he was regarded as a pervert, he still had someone to accompany him. Is it not? What he didn't know was that because it was two men who bought that thing, he was regarded as a pervert!
Just starting the car, Mo Wen frowned, turned to look at Chu Dongtang, who had already entered the co-pilot, and said, "What are you doing?"
"I have to see, who is the beauty that made me suffer this crime!" Chu Dongtang pouted in a very unremarkable manner...
Mo Wen rolled his eyes, ignoring him.
Hearing the sound of the car downstairs, Xia Houxuan's eyes lit up. After comforting the girl who had been sitting in the bathroom, he ran downstairs.
"Chu Dongtang?" Xia Houxuan went downstairs and saw the two people walking in, frowning, but now was not the time to ask anything, he took the supermarket bag, said "sit downstairs" and turned upstairs went.
"Uh? It was Xiahou Xuanyao, didn't you want it?" Chu Dongtang was dumbfounded, and then said these words in a daze.
How twisted this sentence was, a series of black lines hung on Mo Wen's forehead, and then he shouted: "You only want it! Your whole family wants it!" ".

The story starts off slowly, more like a slice of life than action-adventure, but it gets there! I’m going to be posting M-W-F I do know how the story ends, and I promise if it ever gets dropped, or I stop doing this, I will post the ending. There will be no random “this is the last chapter” out of the blue. [participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge]

The Silver Mana - Book 1: Initiate
I used to be a healthy, young guy with a normal life - I had a career planned in professional soccer, a girlfriend, lots of hobbies, and loads of fun. Until the accident. Which changed my life. A few years later I had adjusted to my new reality, adjusted to being in a wheelchair, adjusted to having someone take care of me 24/7. And then the world changed. Old people and kids did not make it. And neither was I supposed to make it. But never count me out. If anything, I am tenacious. This new world was different. People could do magic. And there were monsters. And what about me? I had mana as well, silver mana. Which no one else seemed to have. The only problem was, I did not know what to do with it. Until I really needed to. Author's note: This is the rewrite of Silver Mana. The first bunch of chapters (until I will have caught up to level 2 of the dungeon) should be quite familiar to people that have read the original. There are some changes in content, but the story follows the original fairly closely for at least the first 150-200 pages. Most of the changes are in the writing, and some of the details of how things work. A few of the side characters get a bit more attention too. Some general comments to avoid disappointment: 1. The MC likes to swear. If you object to reading the word "fuck" at least once and usually multiple times each chapter don't read the book. "Fuck" is such a great, allencompassing word... fuck that; what the fuck?; fuck me! Fuck! one word, expressing so many nuances. And, frankly, the people I know that use fuck as a swear word.. they often use it a lot. 2. If you are looking for immediate progression, rapid advancement of the story, etc.... read another book. This one takes a bit. 3. I am NOT Pirateaba (who is writing The Wandering Inn) or anyone close to that level of productivity. If you expect to read 10k words every 3 days, or even just once a week... sorry. I've got a busy life. This is for fun, I have no patreon, paypal, anything, so I write when it is fun and however much is fun. Not more. And sometimes that turns out to be a decent amount, sometimes nothing. I have another book (Marrow) so that complicated things - basically I switch between the two whenever the muse strikes me.
