Once we moved my boxes upstairs, Jack showed around the upstairs. On the right side of the house were our Parents Room with a balcony, A master bathroom/ensuite and a spare room with a linen Cupboard. On the left side Jack shown me the three relitively small guest rooms and the main bathroom. finally we arrived to his bedroom. once he opened the door my eyes Scanned the room before me. A light Grey colour washed the walls with splashes of colour from the various Posters and pictures.

imagining something like this but with posters on the wall and on the other side there's a few guitars and a desk with a keyboard. On the left of the picture there's an ensuite(shown below)
(With a shower)
Jack: do you like it? I designed and decorated it myself
He said proudly smiling at me
y/n: I love it, especially the bathroom
I reply looking at Jack as his grows larger.
Jack: thank you! Here let me show you to your room
He says, guiding me to a door with his hand on my lower back, giving me butterflies in my stomach.
My room was across from his, he opened my door to reveal a large empty room, almost the same as his with an ensuite which was also bare except from the sink, bath and shower.
Jack: I know it's empty at the minute but we are going to go shopping in a few minutes and buy you all new furniture, dad's treat.
y/n: Oh no Jack I can't let John pay for all of this! It cdosts soo much money to furnish a new room, nevermind one this big
I say looking at him in shock.
Jack: nonsense, if you can't already tell my dad's a millionaire, it doesn't matter how much you spend

He replies with a slight laugh
y/n: if you say so
I laugh
Jack: come on lest go shopping
* skip boring shopping trip *
Once we arrived back home we carried all our new boxes back up to my room, which took an hour, andplaced them outside. Once everything was upstairs we cracked open a tin of paint, which we bought when we were out, and we began painting. Jack played music by his band, since I hadn't heard of them before. 2 hours went by and before we knew it
The furthest door leads to the ensuite
Y/n: wow Jack, it looks really good!I honestly couldn't have done it without you
I say as I turn to him with a bright smile
Jack: you have an excellent taste
He replies bringing me in for a hug, once again I got that-same floppy feeling in my stomach
I quickly pull away when I hear our parents come to the door
John: wow y/n, I love what you've done to the place.
Y/n: I honestly couldn't have done it without Jack
I say giving him a quick smile
Y/M: it looks great hun, now hurry up you two tea's ready.
* after the general conversation-surrounding tea we rush back upstairs to unpack*
Jack: now this is where we will keep our clothes, once I found out about you guys moving in I cleared out half of the closet for you and built adressing table, your mom said you'd really appreciate it.
Y/ N: yeah I do, thank you for making me feel really at home about the move.
Once again Jack plays some music by his band, I can understand where all their hype comes from, these boys are really talented. I cannot describe how angelic their voices are, I keep saying it to Jack but he's too humble to admit that I'm right.

Jack: I'll have to introduce you to the boys tomorrow, were throwing a welcome party for you and your mum
y/ N: yeah mum mentioned it on the way here, I'd be honoured to
* after 2 more hours of unpacking and singing everything was finally finished and unpacked*
On the other side of the closet were Jack's shoes *
My dressing table area.
Y/n: damn, we've sure got alot done today
I say and laugh with Jack and yawn
Y/n: I'm gonna head to bed, goodnight Jack
I say and wave
Jack: goodnight

*!* This story is currently being continued on a different page, following years of hiatus and extensive rewrites *!* Please follow the link to read the up-to-date version: https://www.royalroad.com/fiction/53863/cycles-of-ruin Basil von Doom is a powerful dungeon keeper with a simple mission: to bring ruin and destruction upon civilized worlds at the height of their decadence and stagnation. Much like his father before him, the new master of House Doom is a prodigy of war, yet the venerable minions of his household still hold strange loyalties toward his missing ancestor, silently comparing the legendary rage of his father to the more pragmatic approach of the son. Adding to Basil’s frustrations is the lack of accomplishment he feels for his work, with the dungeon keeper often taking on handicaps just to give his enemies a fighting chance. With all the power and wealth one could ever dream of already within his grasp, Basil now finds that the achievements of others kindle more joy in his heart than his own crushing victories. Thus Basil has taken up mentoring the next generation of dungeon keepers to try and diagnose the cause for his own lack of passion. With his apprentice, Elnora, managing most of the daily work around the dungeon, Basil can finally turn his attention towards his personal concerns, such as tackling the shadow of his legendary father that still looms large over him.

All you can rely on are mundane medical procedures to help you get back on your feet. And those don't come cheap! Time Can't Heal This
I've always hated the saying "Time heals all wounds." Maybe in most cases that may be true. In my experience with life and pain however, time has only ever bled out the wound. The scars that the wounds left behind though, are often so deep that just looking at them becomes painful to the mind. Time only heals what you let go of. Sometimes letting go and moving on just doesn't feel possible; no matter how much time you let pass you by.These poems signify what time hasn't healed for me.
