《charlie - corbyn besson》chapter two

You woke up slowly, rubbing the sleep from your eyes and shutting off the alarm blaring next to you. 6:45am. Ugh. You swung your legs off the bed and threw on a crewneck to shield yourself from the cold air in Corbyn's house. You went downstairs and popped a coffee pod into the Keurig, spying a pink post-it on the fridge when you went to grab creamer.
You smiled at the note, he was such a sweetheart. You were excited to bring Charlie to the studio with you because the boys were recording some parts of a new song and she always has such a good time with them. She's been going to the studio since she was an infant; Corbyn would have one ear covered by his headphones to listen to the track and a hand feeding the drowsy baby girl in his arms as he sang. The guys anticipated having a newborn around being a huge issue, but it actually turned out to be a good thing. The boys loved having Charlie at the studio and they took turns entertaining her if Corbyn really had to put her down. You made your mug of coffee and popped some waffles into the toaster. After preparing her breakfast consisting of waffles, strawberries and a cup of juice, you headed back upstairs to wake Charlie up. You snuck into her room, her tiny figure still curled up sound asleep in her bed. You lightly shook her, brushing the hair out of her face. "Charlie, it's time to get up." She rolled over, letting out a deep breath. She opened her eyes slowly and you smiled, ruffling her hair. "Wanna pick out an outfit before or after breakfast?" "After." "Alright, there's waffles waiting for you downstairs come on." You rubbed her arm and grabbed her hand, walking with her down the stairs.

After Charlie finished her breakfast, she changed and you did her hair for her. You let her decide what she wanted, and she picked pigtails for the day. Once she was all ready, you made her stop in front of the front door. "Let me send Daddy a picture of you." you said and she smiled wide, her eyes scrunching up. You smiled back at her and sent it to Corbyn.
You locked your phone and got Charlie in the car and began the drive to school. You pulled up and got out with her, walking her up to the line. You waved to her teacher and bent down next to her, "Alright sweet girl, I'll be back at 11:30 to pick you up. Have a good day!" you said and kissed her head. "Bye Y/N!" she said excitedly and waved at you until you got back into the car. You went back to Corbyn's and did a few things around the house to pass the time until 11:30. You picked Charlie up and drove over to the studio, trying to keep your road rage towards L.A. traffic to a minimum around her. You pulled up to the studio and took Charlie's hand, walking in and saying hello to the receptionist on your way. As soon as you opened the door, Corbyn spotted the two of you from the other side of the glass and smiled. He held up a finger telling you to wait a minute but Jonah came out immediately. "My favorite Besson is here!" he yelled and picked her up, spinning her around. "Uncle Jo, stop! That tickles!" she giggled and he paused, "Oh, you mean this?" He continued to tickle her sides and she laughed until she couldn't breathe. "Is that Charlie or am I hearing things?" Jack said as he came around the corner. "I'm right here! Uncle Jack!" she squealed and he kissed her cheek. "Hey, pumpkin." You stood off to the side and watched Charlie play with them until Corbyn finally came out. "You're here!" he smiled and kissed your cheek, "And there's my girl." Corbyn picked Charlie up and she hugged him tight, wrapping her small arms around his neck.

Daniel came out and said hello to everyone and stood next to Zach, elbowing him in the side. "You seeing what I'm seeing?" he smirked and Zach turned his attention to you and Corbyn, smiling and playing with Charlie. "When is he gonna finally tell her he's in love with her?" Zach said and Daniel sighed. "I'm not sure. Maybe never."
