Isabelle closed her eyes and awaited her death that was for sure to come. She backed up slightly to gain her a bit more distance to buy her a few precious seconds of life. Just as she was feeling the hot breath of one rogue on her face she started to think of all the things she never did get to do, her main thought being, Jared, I'm so sorry, I wish I could have helped and be there for you when you got out of this. She opened her eyes just in time to see the rogue leap at her and-.
---
The rogue was knocked to the side just in the nick of time. Her eyes widened at the sight of a white wolf attacking the rogue that had just been about to kill her. She then turned her head towards the other wolves that had came along with the rogue only to see them turn towards the white wolf, slowly advancing on them.
Isabelle backed up, fearful for the wolf that had saved her life. The rogues had seemed to be able to tell that the wolf was a much bigger threat than her and seemed to know that the only way to get to her was to get rid of the white wolf.

The wolf turned it's head towards Isabelle and did something that bewildered her. It gave her a wolfish grin. Isabelle shook her head like she was crazy and then saw the wolf make a gesture that seemed to say run.
Isabelle was torn on going but she knew that she wouldn't be able to help this wolf without getting help so she slowly nodded before taking off and running back through the woods, trying to be as unnoticeable as possible.
Isabelle kept running until she made it back to the house. "Luke!" she yelled when she ran inside, looking for him. Pretty soon, she saw him come running down the steps with Abby not to far behind him and asked, "what? Where's Jared?"
"Jared's in trouble...so many rogues...They...surrounded us...and attacked...but Jared sent me back...for help...Go help him. He said to send as many...wolves you can for help," she said in between breaths as she caught her breath again.
She saw Luke's eyes widened and turn towards Abby. He told her, "you stay here with Isabelle, I'll be back as soon as possible." He kissed Abby's forehead and then disappeared from their sight before either of them could protest.
Isabelle sighed and sat down on the couch in the living room and put her head in her hands. All her thoughts were about Jared and hoping that he was alright but there was that one thought about the white wolf that had helped her. Who was that? she thought to herself. She soon felt Abby sit beside her and put a hand on her back. "Hey, it's okay," Abby murmured, "everything's going to be fine."
Isabelle looked over at Abby after a moment and asked, "how do you know that? Can you predict the future?"

"No," Abby said, "but I have faith and I know them. They will get through it, they to always do."
She sighed and nodded, "yeah, they always do," she agreed. Isabelle then looked down at the ground and continued, "there was this white wolf. He just helped me after me almost being killed. I have no idea who it was, but I wish I did, then maybe I could thank them. I just wonder why they would help me. They have no idea who I am. The only people who do are you, Luke, Jared, and his parents."
"They also seemed to give me a weird smile and when I saw it, it looked like I had seen it somewhere before, but I don't know where."
When Isabelle looked at Abby's face, she saw curiousness but all she heard was, "who is this white wolf?"
"I don't know," Isabelle answered, "but I'm going to find out, and soon."
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So, I'm sorry it's short again but it's mostly just an add on of the last chapter. But anyways, who do you think this white wolf is? Comment if you have an idea.
Also, I decided to go with one riddle now to keep everything simpler now and choose one person to dedicate this to. This riddle is....
I'm tall when I'm young and I'm short when I'm old. What am I?

A tiny chirp of fear leaves my lips, as I scoot further back until my back hits the cold wall, and flatten my ears against my head." Come on Angel... We won't hurt you." The man soothes, his already thick voice, due to his sexy British accent, sounding thicker due to his long, ivory fangs that gleam silver in the Moonlight, as he tries to coax me out from under the bed.I shake my head violently, my nose twitching wildly, as my fluffy red tail curls around my dark brown paws, and I lower my head until my chin bangs lightly against the wooden floor. I realize, with a jolt of fear, that the Vampire is gone! Leaving Robyn and myself alone. My glowing amber eyes widen, as his hand suddenly whips out from my left, and closes around the back of my neck.I look to Robyn for help, my claws scraping across the floor, creating scratches in the polished wood, only to see the spot where he once was empty. I give a series of terrified yelps, as the man gently pulls me out by the scruff of the neck, and holds me up in front of him.My tiny, dark brown paws churn wildly in the air, my ears flat, and my tail waving around wildly, as he looks me up and down, and then pulls me into his muscular chest...
