《The Thong》Chapter 1: The Wager

I have a really good friend named Aisha. She's an Indian girl with dark hair, brown eyes and thick lips. Can't really deny that she's beautiful now, but back then, she was such a tomboy and immature. She was super-competitive, always believed in gambling during a competition and the loser should be humiliated. She still does today, the only difference being that she used to win our competitions back then.
Flashback to about six years ago during winter break. We were in eighth grade and I had went over to her house to hang out. Her mom wasn't home (both of our fathers died when we were young, kinda how we became friends), but her older sister was and she had a couple of friends over. They were upstairs while we went down to the basement to play some video games. The other cool thing about Aisha was that she was a big sports fan, mainly football and basketball.
We were playing Madden downstairs. I was wearing a long-sleeve gray thermal shirt and jeans. She wore a black t-shirt, red flannel shirt, skinny jeans and a beanie. We had a pretty good game going. By the end of the first half, I was winning by 14. I decided to gloat for the hell of it, see if she got pissed. "I'm already 20 bucks richer"
Aisha put on a sarcastic smile then said, "Just cause you're winning in the first half doesn't mean that you've won"
Me, being cocky, responds. "But I probably will win anyway"
She pauses the game and looked at me as though I've said something ridiculous. "Oh really? And why's that?"
I sarcastically responded, "Because I'm a guy and all guys are better at video games than girls"
With mock astonishment, she said, "Wow! How sexist is that?"

"But true. I mean, I'm better at you when it comes to video games"
"Just cause you've won more times than I have doesn't mean that all guys are better than girls. In fact, let's make a new bet. You need to be taught a lesson in humiliation!"
"All right, fine! But don't think that I'm the one who needs to learn!"
I didn't realize it at the time, but we were kinda yelling at each other. Aisha's sister, Padma, and her friends came downstairs to see what was up.
Quick thing about Padma that you should know. Aisha pretty much looks like Padma, only Padma actually looks like a girl. She was never really a tomboy like her sister. She's pretty nice to people, but she can be super scary, especially if she threatens you.
She said, "Whoa, you two! Calm down. Don't tell me this is another one of your stupid bets"
We explained to her the whole situation and she said, "So this isn't just about money now. It's about dignity"
We nodded in agreement. Normally, Padma is the one who would stop us from doing ridiculous bets and talk some sense into us. This time, however, she had somewhat of a mischievous smile on her face.
She then asked, "And you want the loser to be totally humiliated?"
We both said, "Yes!"
"Something that they will never live down?"
"Absolutely!"
She raised an eyebrow and smirked. Then she looked back at her friends who were trying not to laugh.
She turned back to us and said, "Then how about this? The three of us will decide the punishment. You guys come up and meet us when you're done"
That seemed like a good idea. But at the same time, very terrifying. I looked at Aisha and she looked back at me. We both nodded in agreement, then nodded to Padma.
Padma looked somewhat satisfied. She then started walking back upstairs and said, "Great! See you soon! And I promise that this punishment will be truly embarrassing"
Her friends chimed in agreement and they went upstairs.

Heroes of Midlaris
Heroes of Midlaris is on hiatus until I finish writing Arc 2, and will resume once Arc 2 has been completely written. There is no ETA for this. After a long, exhausting day at work, where he faced the usual harassment from some of his coworkers, Luke just wanted to return some books to the library, head home, and rest. Instead, he died on the way and became reincarnated into the world of Midlaris, a world of myth and magic. There, he was found and raised by seven elders, who each taught him their craft as he grew up. When he turned sixteen, he began to attend university in the nearby kingdom, beginning a tale of love and friendship, of creativity and growth, and of an ancient past that begins to return. The first several chapters covers his childhood, for those coming to read about him at university. Posting Schedule: Alternating between 2 days and 3 days (so two chapters in a 5-day period). Patrons can read up to 15 chapters early.

Truck-kun Gets Sacrificed
Driscoll is my own version of a world with a game-like "system" of endless possibilities. MC has his own status, classes, skills, magic, and a living greatswordstaff in a world of monsters, demi-humans of all kinds, and even the supernatural. Sound good? Well, at first for Tru, it was a dream come true(I'm sorry). At least until reality hits him again and again. His quest from God is vague and must be discovered by him along the way. Hopefully, he can figure that out someday but for now, this new world's threats and his potential for power are motivation aplenty. With His new partner by his side, he's ready to embark on his mission of infinite sacrifice, however many lives it takes. The setting is pretty standard for fantasy, with my beginner attempts at writing. Litrpg elements are definitely involved here but It'll calm down as the story progresses and the world's foundation is laid. Judeo/Christian themes and principles take a major role and will be a backbone for much of the story. The fights will paint a picture in the mind rather than just be a bunch of number crunching. While he is meant to be a sacrifice to save all of Driscoll, he needs to gain enough power and influence to be a worthwhile sacrifice, or so he thinks. And so carnage will ensue as he avoids death as best he can while at the same time sacking himself for others. Truck Coon is your average determined, jiu-jitsu practitioner, tax associate that just started his new career. He dies to save kids from a semi-truck(Truck Coon got truck-kun'd, making him Truck-kun) and is transported to another world rather conventionally by God. Upon his arrival, he is quickly confronted with his first conflicts in the wild. Give it a shot and let me know what you think. Chapters are currently between 2300 and 4000 words and I try to post weekly, but also deal with severe limitations that cause late posts often. I have zero actual experience with writing stories and only recently started reading web novels in 2020. If you end up hating it, let me know your thoughts in a detailed comment or review, especially if you love it though :D I want to get better and welcome the feedback, so expect changes to be made with any flaws that y'all point out which I don't already have plans to address in future chapters. That being said, keep it constructive in nature, please. I have no Idea how the formatting and such will go, so if you like or dislike some techniques I try, give me that well-appreciated feedback! Thank you for reading.
