Klaus hadn't waited nor gave anyone a chance to change their minds because the next day everyones bags where packed and they made there way to New Orleans. Both Leah and Klaus loved New Orleans for centuries and they'd agreed they would marry there. As they stood in their compound Leah grinned noticing how well it was maintained.

After a day, Klaus had compelled almost a hundred people to decorate the compound for the wedding. Leah walked into the courtyard and noticed him compelling a man to do what he had to do and to do it correctly.

"You should be upstairs, getting ready," Klaus spoke and Leah cleared her throat walking in front of him.

"I need a dress," She spoke and he his eyes grew wide.

"I'll compel a dress shop you can have whichever you want my love," he spoke and a Rebekah rushed to the two.

"No need I have hundreds of wedding dresses in this home, come with me," she spoke excited grabbing Leah's arm.

Taking her to the room where she kept her dresses leah grinned at her. As she told her to pick anyone she'd liked. Her hand touched every dress until she felt one in her hand and took it out from the closet.

"Good choice, that one is made by a tailor during the war, he was the best tailor and he was a very nice man and I have no doubt it'll look beautiful on you, now change onto it," Rebekah spoke demanding and leah chuckled putting on the dress her hair already done.

Both Joy and Hope helped do her makeup with a grin.

"Mom you look beautiful," Joy spoke as she turned around in her dress with pure happiness.

"You really do, you look gorgeous Aunt," Hope spoke as Hayley walked in with both Freya and Rebekah.

"Wow," Rebekah spoke and leah blushed with a small smile.

"You look amazing," Freya spoke lightly as she watched her gulp nervously.

"You look nervous, don't be nervous it's Niklaus you've known him for really long time," Rebekah spoke taking her hand and everyone walked out the room.

"I'm scared," she said and Rebekah smiled at her.

"It's okay to be scared, you're starting fresh, so here you go, it's time," Rebekah spoke handing her, her flowers and she gulped nervously.

"No one deserves this more than you," Rebekah spoke kissing her cheek with a smile.

"If it's not to presumptuous I might escort you?" Elijah asked taking her arm and she grinned at him widely.

"You're late," Rebekah spoke and he smiled at his sister.

"Fashionably so," he spoke with a small grin and Rebekah ran out to the courtyard letting everyone know she was ready.

"Are you ready?" Elijah asked and she nodded.

"I am," she spoke as he connected her arm into his.

Walking out the room and across courtyard where Klaus was waiting with Marcel he watched her as she walked to him with a smile. Kol grinned watching his best friend as she walked towards his brother.

"Niklaus, you will treat her good this time or I will rip your heart out myself," Elijah said handing Leahs hand to Klaus.

"I wouldn't dare."

"You look amazing," Klaus spoke his eyes filled with happiness as he watched Leah.

"You clean up well yourself," she spoke with a slight grin as he leaned in to kiss her.

"Stop it the both of you," Kol spoke as he pushed his best friends face away from his brothers as he cleared his throat and continued to speak. "Dearly beloved, now not to make this all about me but we know how families work sometimes it's dinner and sometimes it's daggers, right Nik?" Kol spoke amused as Klaus looked away as Kol watched him before continuing. "I don't know why it takes losing something like this to wake us all up, to make us aware of the beauty in the moment, during the moment, and to be grateful for what we have why we have it, I for one am grateful for today, and for all of you," he said looking at the whole family.

"Leah when I first met you, you instantly became my best friend and I would never have predicted that you would become my sister, I've known you for a thousand years and you've been married to my brother for a lot of those before he messed up a million times, you where always there for him no matter what and I've always admired the two of you, leah you're strong, and beautiful and deserve nothing but the best in life."

"Nik, I've known you my whole life and god has it been a long one with you, we got on as children then we became vampires and disliked one another, mainly because you'd shove me in a box, but I've always admired your love for the little things such as music and art, I remember once you'd married Leah I'd grown so jealous since you'd taken my friend I'd never leave the two of you alone, but I saw how beautiful you where to one another and you deserved to be happy, Niklaus I just wish you treat her right this time and if not I'll gladly help Elijah rip out your heart."

"Rings please Joy," he said as Joy picked up the rings and handed them to him as he put the first in Leah's hand. "I believe the two of you have your own vows."

"We don't," leah spoke and he rolled his eyes.

"Well make them up now," he spoke and she chuckled with a small laugh.

"Niklaus, eleven years ago I would not imagine myself to be in this place, the place where I'd had my heart broken and cried most nights, but I also had the best times here, I look into your eyes and I've never been more happier than I am right now, you've been the sweetest, and caring and loving person I've known recently and I truly believe you have changed, I also believe that you'll be the best father to both Joy and Hope, these past months you've believed in me and showered me with unconditional love even as I've loved another, but I have no doubt you are the person I'd end up with, you're my soulmate, and together we're truly amazing, I'm not sure what the future hold but I have no doubt I'll enjoy every step of the way with you this time in our immortal life I promise to laugh with you, inspire you, cherish you and love you. I believe I will love you, always and forever," she spoke silent tears falling from her face as she slipped on his ring.

Before starting he wiped her face with a small smile taking the ring from Joys hand.

"My love, before I met you I was truly lost, my life had no direction, but then I watched you dance around that bonfire with beautiful flowers in your hair and I watched you dance with happiness. As much as you would deny the fact that you'd loved me, I could see through your facade, I could see you where hurt and I wanted nothing more than to make you happy from that moment a thousand years ago. The day you and Joy left a part of me did to. A pet that screamed without this woman I truly am nothing. I am the reason you'd be so hurt time and time again and if I could go back I'd change everything. From that day you left you became my mission o wanted to show you I'd changed and that I'd do anything to make you happy and give you the love you deserved. I wanted nothing more than to give you my love without betrayal. I have and will love you always and forever as we vowed a thousand years ago," with that he slipped the ring on her finger wiping her wet face once again watching her with adoration.

"Well by the power invested with me by a monk in the thirteenth century, and the internet a few hours just to be on the safe side, I now pronounce You married, Nik you may kiss Leah," Kol spoke with a grin as Nik leaned in kissing his wife with a smile and her kissing him back.

Hope waved her hand muttering some words as the flowers above them sprinkled over them and they looked up with a grin. Klaus only watched his wife with a smile, and not his usual smirk and she couldn't help but grin at him.

As it grew dark everyone danced in the beautiful garden. Niklaus had compelled a few people to add lights and flowers and some other stuff. As the two danced Leah couldn't help but smile at him.

"Nik, this is truly beautiful," Leah spoke watching him as he moved back and forth with his wife.

"I did it for you," he said kissing her with a small smile.

"Dad will you dance with me?" Joy spoke and he nodded kissing Leah on the cheek as she danced with Kol.

"Did you like my speech?" He asked and she laughed slightly.

"I loved it, it meant a lot that you did that Kol," Leah spoke as she danced with him laughing.

"Do you mind if I cut in?" Elijah spoke grinning and Kol shook his head.

"Of course not," he spoke handing Leah's hand in his.

"Did you enjoy the wedding?" He asked and she smiled lightly.

"I did, I adored it and I wanted to thank you, for walking me down, for the second time."

"It is my pleasure, I truly hope you're happy this time."

"I am," she said as he laughed at her lightly as the song finished and another began so leah grabbed Hopes hand with a small smile.

"Dance with me," she said and she nodded laughing with her as the both of them danced.

Klaus danced with Joy as they spoke. Hayley with Elijah. Kol with Davina and Marcel and Rebekah chatted as they sat on a table drinking champagne, along with Freya and Keelin. Hope fell towards Leah and she caught her with a small smile.

"Is she okay?" Klaus spoke twirling Joy and Leah nodded watching the two.

"I'd say she's a little tipsy, so are you Joy," Leah spoke as the two stumbled slightly.

"We want some more," Joy spoke downing the glass of champagne along with hop.

"That's enough," Leah spoke taking another glass out of their hands.

"You truly are your fathers daughters," Kol spoke with a laugh and leah chuckled.

"Maybe it's time we go home," Leah spoke laughing and holding hands with both Joy and Hope.

"You guy have fun, I'm going to take these guys home and get out of this beautiful dress," Leah spoke and they nodded.

"We'll be right behind you," Klaus spoke as leah walked home with two very tipsy young girls.

"Mom I can't find my feet," Joy spoke and leah chuckled at her.

"Darling you're a little drunk."

"This means you're like officially my step mom but you're my aunt too, I'm so confused," Hope spoke and Leah laughed as they entered the compound.

"Come you two let's get you into bed," Leah spoke as Leah guided them to there old shared nursery which was now spilt into two rooms one for Hope and one for Joy.

As the two of them got into bed Leah strapped off their heels and and they'd instantly fell asleep. Kissing Joys head and smiling at Leaving water and aspirin for the two she left the rooms with a small smile.

Walking back into her room she took of her dress and laughed noticing the pyjama set on her bed. She knew it was Nik who picked it out with the help of Rebekah. On the bed there was a lingerie set with a Gartner and a beautiful lace and silk robe. Taking off her clothes and putting on the outfit she tied the robe on. Opening her bag she put on a pair of beige heels.

Nik walked into the room noticing his wife sat in the chair. Noticing his presence she stood to her feet with a small smile.

"I'm taking it you chose this," she said and he nodded watching her body intently.

Taking of the robe and standing in her lingerie he gulped nervously with a small smile moving closer to kiss her. Growing more and more annoyed he ripped off her bra as she kicked off the heels kissing her. She only kissed him with the same amount of need as him.

Waking up early the next morning leah watched her husband as he slept soundly. Playing with his small curl and she grinned moving it out of his face. Moving out of bed she got dressed into her pyjamas and walked down the stairs towards the table sitting opposite her daughter and next to Hope who smiled at her lightly.

"Mom remember when you said I could attend the same school as Hope?" Joy asked as she sat on the table.

"Yes darling I remember."

"Hope leaves tonight can I go with her?" She asked sitting opposite her mother holding her hand.

"Are you sure you want to leave?" She asked watching her daughter who nodded at her.

"Dad called principal Saltzman he said Joy would be welcome to come any time," Hope spoke excited.

"I guess I can't argue with you girls, I hope you both have fun," Leah said and the two grinned at each other nervously.

"Thanks mom," Joy spoke as both her and Hope went upstairs.

Before Joy and Hope left that evening the family would have an amazing dinner.

"Guys Nik and I are going to stay in New Orleans," Leah spoke and everyone watched them shocked.

"You are?" Rebekah asked and he nodded at her.

"You're coming with the rest of us?" Kol asked and she shook her head. "Well I guess it's the last time I get to bitch about Nik because let's be honest, he is a tremendous ass."

"That he is, but he oh so secretly adored his younger brother," Nik spoke watching him with a grin.

For an hour they all sat on the table laughing and joking. Until Marcel took his mother's hand and spoke.

"Whenever you need us all you have to do is call," he said and she nodded with a smile.

"Well before we leave I believe it's time for an old fashioned wish burning ceremony," Rebekah spoke and Freya grinned at her.

Everyone began scribbling things onto the paper and folded it into half. As leah held her glass of wine she wrote what she'd hoped would be true, one for everyone. Throwing them all in they gathered around the fire before everyone left to do there own things.

"As much as I've loved tormenting everyone of yous over the past years, I must confess that you all mean something to me," Klaus spoke.

This was the first time everyone were going their own ways and it terrified the hell out of him and Leah.

"Your loyalty and you your love is definitely the only reason I've survived these past years, and I don't want this to be the last time we have a dinner together just because we won't be together," Klaus spoke continuing and they nodded.

"I wouldn't leave Leah alone with you Klaus, I'll be here ever possible moment," Hayley spoke and laughed before they hugged and where on there ways

Both Marcel and Rebekah where moving to New York. Freya and Keelin to France. Kol and Davina to Australia and Hayley and Elijah to their home in Mystic Falls. Leah and Klaus stayed in New Orleans and it was hard on the family since they'd always been together.

"Just because we're leaving, it doesn't mean I won't be here for you always and Forever," Rebekah spoke and Kol nodded.

"I'm going to miss you guys," Leah spoke hugging them.

As everyone left one by one and Joy insisted that she leave with both Elijah and Hayley. Reluctantly leah agreed.

"I'm going to miss you," Leah spoke hugging her daughter crying slightly.

"Mom don't cry, please don't cry you'll see me on Christmas break it's not that long," she spoke and her mom nodded watching her hug her father who just pulled out from the hug with Hope.

"Joy I don't know what's hallway with you and that werewolf boy but he's not allowed in your room or I'll kill him," Klaus spoke and she nodded telling him she wouldn't let her in the room.

As everyone left the room and towards their own homes, Leah sat on the end he of the fountain in of the compound Klaus went and sat next to her.

"And then there where two," Leah spoke her head on her husbands Shoulder. "I'm going to miss them, every single one of them."

"I know you will," Klaus spoke chuckling lightly At him

Sitting for a few seconds Klaus grabbed her hand with a smile. "Who would have thought the first time in a thousand years we'd finally get out honeymoon."

"We have the whole place to ourselves," Leah spoke slightly smirking.

Crashing his lips on hers he pulled of her shirt exposing her perfect boobs as he kissed her once and she pulled of his shirt.
