(Libra charges at Pegasus, and its perfect timing lets it through the barrage of Pegasus's movement.)
(Pegasus, now nothing to stop it from going forward, hits the side of the stadium, making a dent. It can't get out from there.
Now Libra! "Ultimate Sonic Beam!"
(The same as sonic beam, just more powerful!)
Pegasus survives, but its stamina is draining fast, compared to Libra with his eternal sharp performance tip. Within a few seconds......
