Gingka and the others reach Africa where a star fragment is said to be landed.

"Whoa! Awesome! The savannah stretches a lot you see....look there are some zebras!", said Gingka.

"There are elephants too!", said Yuki.

"And even giraffes too!", said Benkei.

"Look! Warhogs!", said Madoka.

"So how much longer until we get to this Mist Mountain place?", asked Kyoya.

"We're almost there...", said Nile.

"The star fragment is there right?", asked Gen.

"Yes, as long as you sent us the data from Russia is accurate, that's where it will be...", said Nile.

"Of course things may be difficult", said Demure.

"Difficult?", asked Madoka.

"Mist mountain is dodgy, it rises from the jungle at some very strange angles...for some reason, the entire mountain is covered in mist all year long because of that once you enter the mountain, you can lose your sense of direction, get lost and never find you way out, thats why it is known by another name , 'The Mountain of No Return'", said Nile.

"(smirks) So it has to fall there from all places?", asked Kyoya.

"Well actually it might be that it wasn't just by chance...", said Demure.

"Huh? What do you mean?", asked Gen.

"The fact is that there are ruins there...ruins of an ancient civilisation, a large no of ancient beys were found in the ruins, it is a proof that a civilisation that flourished because of beys existed on mist mountain...", said Nile.

"Whoa...", exclaimed everyone.

"A civilization based on beys?", asked Yuki.

"Yes, there is more my friends, it is rumoured that a guardian who protects those ruins even today, the descendant of the ancient civilization", said Demure.

"So we have to assume that this guardian is a legendary blader, isnt that right?", asked Benkei.

"The descendant of an ancient civilization who respects beys sure sounds like someone the star fragment would choose...", said Yuki.

"Wonder what that person is like really like? I am started to get pumped I tell you", said Gingka with excitement.

"As long as its not another one like that King guy we ran into", said Kyoya.

"Yeah...you got a point he was summoned by a bey that possesed a star fragment Variares DD ", said Gingka.

"I just dont get it...how did the star fragment choose the legenadry bladers that was gonna fall on..", said Yuki weirdly.

"Speaking of star fragments, was it alright to leave King back in the US like that?", asked Madoka.

"We didn't have a choice right? He and Masamune hitted off so well that he didn't want to leave the US", said Gingka.

"In the dungeon gym, Toby and Zeo will with him too and Coach Steel will keep eye on him as well...", said Yuki.

"I guess you are right...", said Madoka.

"Well that doesn't matter to me, because Miss Gen is finally travelling with us which I am really excited to see...I guarentess you Miss Gen, that we are gonna fun together...You can always ask me anything you like....", said Yuki blushing and looking at Gen who does a sweat drop.

"Geez...sure, thanks Yuki...", said Gen laughing weirdly.

"Oh looks like someone is interested in Gen (Yuki shocks) well let's see how it goes till the very end...", said Madoka weirdly.

"What?! She is a nice person and she is pretty cool...", said Yuki looking away from Gen who smiles weirdly at him.

"Now that you said it, it would be super cool if Tsubasa was with us you know (Gen shocks) If he was with us, he could help us with this too...", said Gingka as Gen looks down.

"Yeah that's true...I wonder why he left so suddenly back to Bey City...hey Gen! (Gen looks up to Madoka) you might know right? I mean you both were travelling with each other and you did run after him yesterday...", said Madoka.

"Tsubasa? (looks down) I...", said Gen as she remembers a flashback.

"No more excuses...I said it all...I never want to see your face ever again...like you said, we are not friends anymore...(looks back at Tsubasa) this is goodbye forever, Tsubasa Otori..."

Gen was in deep thought about it.

"Gen?! Gen?! (she snaps out of it and looks at Gingka) Hey, are you okay? You seem pretty down when you heard Tsubasa's name?"

"Me? I am perfectly fine...and about Tsubasa....well...he just wanted to train so much more and become more stronger than you guys...he was sad when he didn't get to be a legendary blader so he went back....that's why...", said Gen laughing weirdly.

"But you came back with an angry face yesterday? What really happen to you two? He was like angry and ignoring you in that final battle...", said Gingka.

"Huh? He wasn't angry at me and would never be...you know how he is, always serious in a battle...and I am just sad that I got eliminated at the final battle thats why I got angry...", said Gen with a fake smile.

"Okay?...", said Gingka who doubts what's wrong with her.

Gingka and Co. arrived at the Mist Mountain, only to see a huge maze in front of them. Using his map, Nile leads them through the maze. As they were walking and walking, the mist got harder. After walking a long distance, Gingka and Co. take a break. Madoka accidentally placed her hand on the wall, triggering a trap hole below her. Quickly Gingka managed to grab her, preventing her from falling into the darkness. However Gingka pressed the wall and he fell inside the hole.

"Gingka!", said everyone looking at the hole.

"Are you dead, Gingka? (Everyone look at her weirdly) What? You guys wanted to know whether he is alright right? And basically if he is dead, its better...", said Gen.

"Oh really? (Gen shocks) Nice to know that someone wants me dead already...well bad luck for you but I am still alive, Gen!...", said Gingka from the hole which made Gen in sweat drop.

"Seriously? You're still alive?", asked Gen annoyed.

Gingka still manages to send them a message and told them that he saw something bright in the darkness and wanted to investigate. At first, his friends were reluctant, but had given in to Gingka. They told him that they will be proceeding on with the maze and asked him to take care.

The gang reached the location.

"We finally made it", said Madoka.

"I'm really exhausted", said Yuki.

"But we didn't find Gingka (Everyone looks at her) Now what? He is alive or maybe dead...anyways he is still my brother by birth...", said Gen annoyed.

"Maybe he got here first", said Benkei.

"What should we do Nile?", asked Demure.

"I will go back. I have to go back. I have to go and find him. You guys stay here", said Nile. Suddenly the earth started to tremble. They saw a bey crashed near them.

"A bey? But it is not Pegasus, which is practically impossible... Whoa! But the bey is even cooler than Pegasus...", said Gen as she went and took the bey. She observed the bey and realized the bey was similar to L-Drago. That's when Pegasus came near her which scared her.

"Yikes! What in the world?", Gen exclaimed.

"Good job, Pegasus", said Gingka as he came.

"Gingka? Wait, I thought you were dead...", said Gen which made everyone do a face palm.

"Hey guys, when did I get outside?", said Gingka looking around.

"When he asks us?", asked Madoka.

"He is his father's son...for a while, I thought he might have hit his head and got transformed into a different person...I guess I am stuck with him till my death...", said Gen in disappointment.

"Where is my bey Dragonas?", said a boy to them.

"Oh is this yours? Here you go", said Gen as she gave the bey to him.

"Thanks, wait...I have seen you around...somewhere...", said the boy thinking.

"Who me? Of course everybody knows me...as Gingka Hagane's sister...", said Gen looking weird at Gingka who gets startled at her.

"Now I really wish that you didn't come with us, Gen...", said Gingka in sweat drop.

"Mr Gingka, who is that?", asked Yuki.

"Well actually I never got his name I guess... but that doesn't really matter anyway. Hey Nameless. Go and tell Yohannas this. No matter how you try to interfere, I will not give you my star fragment", said Gingka.

"Who?", said the boy.

"Yohannas", said Kyoya.

"Who is that exactly?", said the boy.

"Aren't you just another one of his pack of hyenas?", said Gingka.

"I have no idea what you are talking about dude. I just happen lose this time okay. I won't hand over my treasure, Robber", said the boy.

"Robber? I am not any robber", said Gingka.

"What?", said the boy.

After a few minutes...

"Huh? You are that Gingka? That's why you are so awesome. Sorry about that since you are in these ruins. I just assumed you're with the grave robbers that's all. The name's Ryuto. I'm a treasure hunter travelling the world in search of a treasure called the star fragment ", said the boy.

"Star Fragment?", said Gen.

"What do you want the star fragment anyway?", said Gingka.

"Its kind of obvious, isn't it? I want to be the strongest in the world that's why", said Ryuto as he decides to assist the group on their quest.

They were walking to the temple.

"So you are Gen Hagane, the owner of the legendary bey Accalia....I heard you are also an awesome blader just like Gingka is...", said Ryuto.

"Huh? Yeah, well not that awesome actually...I am actually stronger than he is, you know...", said Gen in confident.

"Since when?", asked Gingka.

"Since I don't know...maybe none of your business...", said Gen in annoyance. Gingka gets angry but he calms down.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa! Rivalry between siblings, this is so cool!", said Ryuto.

"You think so? Oh well, guess I will be winning soon from Gingka Hagane...so get ready with the popcorn cause I am gonna be kicking his butt worldwide....", said Gen.

"What did you say?", asked Gingka.

"What did you say", imitated Gen as Gingka got angry.

"Can you guys give it a rest?", asked Madoka in sweat drop.

"He/She started it!", said Gingka and Gen. Madoka does a face palm.

"(laughs) I will be sure be ready with popcorn when you are ready to kick his butt....But one thing I didn't know that I was so shocked about you know....", said Ryuto.

"Huh? What is it?", asked Gen.

"I didn't know.... you were this pretty! (Gen shocks) Hey, have by any chance, are you single? Like don't have a boyfriend? Because I want to go out with a girl like you....you are really awesome I mean...", asked Ryuto in excitement.

"You didn't get anyone else but my sister for a date?", asked Gingka in sweat drop.

"Have you noticed that your sister is this hot? Man, no wonder she hates you like anything...so Gen? What about it? You don't happen to have a boyfriend, do you?"

"A boyfriend?! (blushes) No way and besides I am in love with Tsu-(realizes she was with them) I mean I am not in love with anybody...and will never be...because I am Gen Hagane so love is a real distraction...(looks down) now I am just focused on being stronger you see...so relationships are kind of not my thing anyways so...", said Gen thinking about Tsubasa.

"Oh I see...", said Ryuto. Gingka still doubts about what is going on with her.
