The next day, Gen, Tsubasa, Asuna, Renona and Grandpa started their journey to Mount Kinoshita. It was a big mountain with a high vegetation every where. Grandpa was walking forward, Tsubasa and Asuna behind him and Gen and Renona at the back. Gen looks at Asuna who was talking to Tsubasa very happily.

"So...Renona (Renona looks at Gen) how long have you known Asuna?", asked Gen.

"Asuna? Eversince I was born....she was the one who took care of me and helped Grandpa in any way, she is like a sister to me just like you...we would do everything together....", said Renona.

"Huh? (Looks at Asuna and Tsubasa) So how did she became interested in being a blader?"

"By seeing Tsubasa battle in the tournaments...the first time she saw Tsubasa on screen, she decided that she wants to be a blader....in a way, she has a crush on Tsubasa...at the world tournaments she would stare at him only...", said Renona.

"She has a crush on Tsubasa?", asked Gen looking at Tsubasa who was laughing with Asuna.

"Can I ask you a question?", asked Renona.

"Yeah...", said Gen.

"Are you jealous of Asuna hanging out with Tsubasa? Because you have been staring at them yesterday, you know when Asuna holds Tsubasa's hand...and even today..."

"WHAT? No....I am not jealous of them...they are in front of me so I can't look back and walk, can I? (Renona looks at Gen) It's the truth I tell you...", said Gen.

"Its natural to be jealous, Gen..."

"For the last time, I am not jealous of them!", Gen shouted to Renona who shocks.

"Jealous of who?" Gen shocks as she sees Tsubasa and Asuna looking at her. Gen becomes embarrassed.

"Jealous of no one!...Renona was messing with me like she do always so you guys don't need to worry about it...", said Gen weirdly.

"What? Thats not..." Gen covers Renona's mouth and smiles weirdly at Asuna and Tsubasa.

"She was trying to say the same thing....you guys go ahead...i need a BIG talk with Renona..", said Gen.

"You sure you are okay, Gen?", asked Tsubasa. Gen blushes and looks away. Asuna notices Gen's blushing.

"I am fine...you guys carry on...we will be on our way...", said Gen looking away from Tsubasa.

"Gen?"

"She said they will come, Tsubasa...let's go...", said Asuna taking Tsubasa's hand and walking forward. Gen looks at them and then uncovers Renona's mouth. Renona catches her breath.

"What were you thinking, Renona? Tsubasa would have found out about me...."

"At...some point...of time...you have to tell him how you feel....and...I...was trying to help..."

"For the last time...I don't want him to know..."

"Then why are you being jealous of Asuna?"

"What if Tsubasa starts loving Asuna and forgets about me?"

"That's what jealous means, Gen....man, you are new to this, aren't you?....anyways let's go...the others might be waiting for us...", said Renona and Gen walks forward. After a while, they stopped near a lake side.

"We are here!", said Grandpa.

"Huh? What are we gonna do here?", said Gen.

"Training of course", said Asuna.

"Training? Near a lake? What type of training are you gonna do here?", asked Gen.

"We will just show you....come on", said Renona as she, Asuna and Grandpa went deep into the forest. Gen and Tsubasa follow them. As they went, they saw some bamboo trees, each one of them on rocks and that to they are placed on a stream of water.

"What's all this?", asked Tsubasa.

"These are part of the training...it helps you and your bey balance in any place...whether on a branch or something which is too thin...", said Asuna.

"Balance? Oh...I get it...you mean standing on top of it...", said Gen.

"Not just standing on top of it, from that position, you have to launch your bey...Asuna, Renona why don't you show the new student how to do it?", asked Grandpa.

"Piece of cake", said Asuna.

"You got it...", said Renona as they both stand on top of it on one leg. They looked like flamingos. From there, they launched their beys. Gen and Tsubasa were shocked.

"So what do you say, Gen? Are you up for it?", asked Asuna.

"Yeah...i guess...if you can do it, then so will I", said Gen as she did just like them.

"What do you know? It's so easy...(Gen loses her balance and tries to hold on) why is it so hard? Don't care...(She takes her launcher it)...okay...Let it...(Her leg couldn't hold it) Uh Oh...,(she falls) Aaaahhhhh!", said Gen as she falls into the water stream.

"Gen? Gen? Are you okay?", said Tsubasa coming near the stream. Gen's head pop up from the water.

"You can't achieve it on your first try, Gen...it takes one day to get it...since we have been doing it for the past one month...we can do it easily...", said Renona.

"Past one month?! It would take a year for me...", said Gen getting out from the stream.

"Don't say that, Gen....it would take approximately three years from the way you look...(Gen shocks) I mean where are my manners? I was not trying to be mean, Gen...you will get it someday...", said Asuna looking weird at her which makes Gen angry. After that, they were eating their lunch. Gen was sitting with Tsubasa. Asuna sits on the opposite side of Tsubasa.

"So Tsubasa...can I ask you a personal question? (Gen shocks) You wouldn't hate me, would you?", asked Asuna.

"Yeah right...like Tsubasa is gonna tell yes to you...not in a million years, Asuna", said Gen in her mind with a confident smile.

"Well....sure why not, Asuna", said Tsubasa which shocks Gen.

"Great...so I was wondering you are a great guy and one of the strong bladers in the world...but one thing I noticed that you never had...", said Asuna.

"Huh? What is it?", asked Tsubasa.

"I know its kind of weird question but since you are okay with it....so...hmm...do you have someone that you really can't stop thinking about everyday....(Gen shocks again) I mean like a girlfriend?", asked Asuna looking weird at Gen. Tsubasa shocks and starts to blush.

"Well..I...(Gen gets up from her seat) Huh? Where are you going, Gen?", asked Tsubasa.

"Just getting ready for training...", said Gen running into the forest. Tsubasa doubts and so he gets up but Asuna blocks him.

"I will deal with her...", said Asuna as she also go inside the forest. Gen was looking at the bamboo tree that she stepped on and fell.

"So why did you run off like that? (Gen shocks and turns around) It was not you I asked that question...", said Asuna coming near Gen.

"That's nothing of your concern....", said Gen looking away from Asuna.

"Oh really?"

"Yeah really...just leave me alone, Asuna..."

"Oh I will leave you alone but one thing...stay away from Tsubasa...", said Asuna which shocks Gen.

"Stay away from Tsubasa?"

"Correct...I know you have a thing for him (Gen shocks again) and I know that is the reason why you ran off when I asked him that question because you don't want to hear anyone else's name out of his mouth..."

"What? No....I like him as a friend...and that's not why I ran off..."

"Liar...you think I will believe that...a girl really blushes when she has a crush....I understood that because I am a girl just like you..."

"Why do you care?"

"Well I just want to tell you that sooner or later he will be my boyfriend (Gen shocks) so...either you tell him how you feel now or see your crush with me for the rest of your life...don't say I didn't warn you....Gen Hagane...", said Asuna which made Gen angry.

"There is no way he will be your boyfriend..."

"And why is that? You have a reason?"

"Because he....he...", said Gen blushing. Asuna stays silent for a while but then she holds her hand.

"He loves you, huh, then tell me something...when I asked him that question, why didn't he tell your name at that instant? Tell me...and there is no way he will love you...you made that up, didn't you?"

"I..."

"(Sighs) well don't care...but remember...(she pulls her hand which made Asuna facing Gen's ear) I will tell him how I feel...", said Asuna as Gen shocks. Tsubasa comes in.

"So you guys were here, huh, I thought you both got lost in the forest so I came along...", said Tsubasa.

"Well...me and Gen were chatting with each other that's all...she said about her stories of her adventures...right, Gen? (Gen was looking away from Asuna) What's wrong, Gen? Are you feeling okay? (almost touching her forehead) You must have got a.. "

"(moves Asuna's hand from her forehead) Don't get too close to me, Asuna...excuse me, but I have some business to do", said Gen who walked away from Tsubasa and Asuna. Tsubasa doubts what's wrong with her.
