Tsubasa and Gen was on their way to the Eiffel Tower.

"So what do you want to do in the meantime?", asked Gen who was walking backwards facing Tsubasa.

"We are going to the Eiffel Tower right?"

"Well...."

"Well what?"

"There are timings to enter the Eiffel Tower...you can't just enter the place any time that you wanted...."

"Huh? So when are we gonna enter the Eiffel Tower?"

"Well...."

"Enough with the 'well' for god sake!"

"Okay...we have one hour to ourselves..."

"One hour? Now we have to wait for one hour to enter? Why did we get out of the hotel now?"

"I wanted to roam around Paris since I didn't come with you guys...I am really sorry that I didn't tell you...", said Gen looked sad which shocked Tsubasa.

"No...it's okay....i didn't mean to make you sad...I should be the one who should say sorry....don't start crying...I am beg you", said Tsubasa weirdly.

"Start crying? Do you see me as a baby girl, Tsubasa?"

"What? No! That's not what I meant...I mean when you are sad, it's obvious that you will cry along with it..."

"So you see me as a cry baby?"

"That's not what I meant, Gen...you know what...just forget everything....what we talked about earlier....please...", said Tsubasa.

"Sheesh, I don't get you sometimes....I can't believe you see me as a cry baby..."

"That's not what I said!"

"Anyways forget that...I think I got a place we could stick around for a while...(holds his hand) come on...", said Gen as she ran forward with Tsubasa. Tsubasa starts to blush. They reach the dancing crowd.

"Hey, come on. Dance with me ", said Gen who was being the lively and more carefree one. Hearing this, Tsubasa felt self conscious all of a sudden.

"No way! I don't dance and you know that. And that too in front of so many people!"

Gen, becoming quite cross, says, "You're ruining all the fun out of this. We're all the way here anyway, so why not go all the way and make this the best trip of our lives...You only live once,right?And we're probably never gonna come here again. So.... STOP WHINING AND START DANCING WITH ME."

"But I..."

"Just think you are battling with someone in front of a million people...and to be honest with you, I am not a great dancer too...just feel free...pretty please Tsubasa!", said Gen looking at him with adorable eyes. Tsubasa couldn't take the staring and finally give in.

"Man, you sure are good at pep talks. But only this once, okay?", said Tsubasa.

"Yeah yeah...whatever...come on....", said Gen with a smile and pulls Tsubasa into the crowd. They were playing some French pop song so they start swaying and dancing.

"See?I told you this'd be fun", said Gen dancing with him.

Tsubasa looks at her, all smiling and cheerful.

"I guess...maybe...But don't tell anyone that I danced with you. I certainly don't want them to picture me dancing.", said Tsubasa.

"(Laughs) Why do you have to be serious, Tsubasa?"

"Serious? I am not serious..."

"Oh really? You are always serious...You are not trying to impress anybody, are you?"

"What? Why would you think that way?", said Tsubasa blushing.

"Well...Nevermind...just forget what I said...", said Gen with a smile.

Then, as Tsubasa slowly starts loosening himself and just letting go,a slow song comes on. Half of the people move away and many others come in as pairs. Tsubasa, suddenly gets nervous and looks at Gen, considering whether he should ask her or not.Gen, without saying a word, takes his hand and guides it to her waist and she puts her hands around Tsubasa's neck,and before he can even register the shock of what she just did, they're already swaying to the rhythm of the song.

Tsubasa looks at Gen, and here, in this moment, with the Eiffel Tower as a backdrop and the slanting sun hitting her hair and making it glow golden and surreal, making her whole face look soft, and her sweet and pearly laugh,and he feels himself falling inevitably...for her. Gen notices him staring at her.

"Tsubasa? Hey...Tsubasa? TSUBASA? (Tsubasa snaps out of it) Why're you looking at me like that?", said Gen.

"Oh, it's nothing. I was just wondering how you knew about this place.", said Tsubasa.

"Oh...(smiles) It's a very special place for me, you know. Even if I wasn't there to experience it, this place holds a memory that's very close to my heart, and someone else's too. My dad took my mom here years back before proposing her in the Eiffel Tower. That's why I always wanted to come here. To see this place my parents hold so close to their hearts.", said Gen who looks at Tsubasa.

Tsubasa feels a flutter in his heart like he's never felt before. At that instant, he felt like they were the only two people in the world and seeing the way Gen was looking at him, like she'd never done before, he felt this strange feeling inside of him, drawing him to her. Gen saw him coming closer and she leaned in too because of whatever as flowing between them that instant,urging them to come closer,closer and then...when their lips were almost about to touch but that's when the song ended. The crowd cheered for the dancing pairs which made Gen withdraw from Tsubasa. Tsubasa's reaction was like this -

"Wow that was awesome...so, Tsubasa did you enjoy the dance?", asked Gen with a smile.

"Yeah I did...", said Tsubasa whose reaction turned like this -

"Wish we could finish the kiss and the song should have ended at that time", thought Tsubasa in sadness.

After that, they reach the Eiffel Tower and gives their ticket to security guy. They enter into the lift and go to the highest floor.

"So....I forgot to ask..how was the hangout with the Wang Hu Jhong and the others?", asked Gen.

"Huh? It was fun at first but then it became annoying"

"Annoying?"

"Masamune and your brother Gingka....they both quarrelled at who was gonna battle Dashan..."

"What? That Gingka...he is been like that since...forever...I don't know how long he is gonna live like that and Masamune, well they both are same...sometimes I wished to be the lonely child in the family...", said Gen doing a sweat drop. Tsubasa laughs.

"Wow...it's so beautiful out here...don't you think?"

"Yeah...it's the most prettiest view ever....", said Tsubasa looking at the view. Gen turns around and stares at a spot for a long time. Tsubasa notices it.

"You okay?", he asked.

"When me and Gingka were little, my mom used to tell me the stories of how she fell in love with my dad during their wedding anniversaries. She used to have a crush on him while travelling around the world with him along with training Accalia. But my dad at that time, he was like Gingka, always concentrating on becoming stronger and never recognized her love. There was a time that she almost stopped loving him but that's when at Paris, at the Eiffel Tower, at that spot over there, my dad told how he felt about her and asked her to be his wife. She said that I have to definitely visit Paris to believe her story and I think I do now", said Gen looking down.

"She must be an awesome person..."

"Yeah she sure is....", said Gen looking at the view. Tsubasa suddenly feels pain. Gen notices it.

"You okay?", asked Gen. Tsubasa looks at his shaking hands.

"The dark power (Gen shocks) even though I defeated it, it still hurts me a little...I just don't know why...", said Tsubasa looking at his hands. He was shaking which shocked Gen completely. Suddenly she holds his hands which made pain go away and surprises Tsubasa.

"The pain....it just...went away..", said Tsubasa looking at Gen who was looking at the view.

"The dark power...it's somehow connected to both of us...the emotions you feel, I feel it too...still a big question mark...but all I know one thing is that, (looks at Tsubasa) we have to stick together in order to remove the pain...", said Gen looking at Tsubasa who was shocked.

"If you can feel how I feel....do you know what I am feeling now?", asked Tsubasa.

"It does not occur that way, and it won't come every time...only when the inner dark power becomes active...I know it's kind of confusing but you will understand soon...", said Gen.

"Wow, that's odd", said Tsubasa.

"It sure is...", said Gen looks at Tsubasa for a while. Tsubasa comes closer for the thought having a kiss but Gen looks away from him.

"Chao Xin...(Tsubasa shocks) He came to meet me before you guys went for the hangout..."

"He did..?"

"Yep...and it was unexpected you know...so I pretended to cough to make him go away and telling him that he will get it too...but he..."

"What did he do?", asked Tsubasa looking at Gen who looked back at him but then looks down.

"He told me how he felt about me...(Tsubasa shocks) and then he said that for the past few years he was searching for the right girl and he found me..so..", said Gen.

"So you happen to like him too?", asked Tsubasa looking down.

"What? That's ridiculous", said Gen which made Tsubasa glance at her.

"So..what did you tell him?"

"Well I...I said I don't have time for love...for now I just want to be stronger with Accalia you know...love is a distraction for me and I can't lose my concentration...I just can't...and Chao Xin, he just battles for the sake of girls, and that's never a reason...and not only applies for Chao Xin but also for the other boys who want to tell how they feel about me...", said Gen. Tsubasa looks down.

"I didn't know you have a different opinion about love..."

"Well for the time being, this is how I feel...my brother is right, I guess his quote applies to me too (looks at Accalia) Beyblade is the only romance I see...", said Gen with a smile. Tsubasa looks at her and then looks away. Gen notices it.

"So what do you think? Do you agree with me, Tsubasa?", asked Gen as Tsubasa looks back.

"You want my opinion too?"

"Duh? Yeah...well you are also a type of guy who wouldn't be interested in love either...always thinking about becoming stronger just like me..."

"You think like that about me?"

"What's there to think? I can see it from the grumpy look on your face (Tsubasa shocks) I am just kidding....", said Gen with a smile. Tsubasa smiles weakly at her.

Yu, Masamune and Gingka came back to hotel.

"Man, Tsubasa was right...it was boring for me too...can't believe Madoka went into shopping with the Wang Hu Jhong...", said Masamune.

"At least she is occupied somewhere and too with them...so we don't need to worry about her for even a second", said Gingka.

"You are right, Gingka...(yawns) I feel so sleepy already...", said Yu stretching his hands.

"(Yawns) Me too...well good night, Yu...open the door, Gingka..", said Masamune sleeping on the wall.

"Hang on a second, Masamune...(opens the door and pushes Masamune towards the room) Goodnight, Yu....see you tomorrow...", said Gingka getting inside the room and locking the door.

Yu goes towards his room and was about to open the door but that's when he heard footsteps. He looked to the right side and saw Gen and Tsubasa coming towards them. Gen was walking in front while Tsubasa was behind her looking down.

"Oh hey Gen! Tsubasa!", said Yu waving at them.

"Yu? I didn't know you would come back like Tsubasa did...", said Gen.

"Well not just me but Masamune and Gingka too...we got bored.. were you sick, Gen?", asked Yu which shocked Gen.

"Me? I just got well by the night so...", said Gen laughing weirdly.

"Hmm...anyways where were you both?"

"Oh...you remember the tickets that we got from the ice cream shop at the airport?"

"Oh yeah...I get it...you guys went to the Eiffel Tower...so did something interesting happened over there?", said Yu weirdly towards Tsubasa.

"Oh we just hangout with each other and talked some stuff, right Tsubasa?", said Gen.

"Yeah...", said Tsubasa looks down.

"Then guess I will see you guys tomorrow...time for me to really get some beauty sleep...later!", said Gen as she opened the door and locked it. Tsubasa looks at her door sadly. Yu notices it.

"So did you tell her? I heard she said no to Chao Xin from Dashan...", said Yu which shocked Tsubasa.

"So it was the truth huh? Well I didn't...", said Tsubasa opening his door.

"Huh? But you got the chance to hangout with her tonight...and you still didn't tell her..."

"She is not interested, Yu (Yu shocks) she said that she just wants to be stronger with Accalia only...love is a distraction according to her...so I decided to move on...", said Tsubasa as he went inside the room.

"Huh? Decided to move on? Hey! Wait a minute! Tsubasa!...", said Yu as he too went inside and locked the door. From another room, Gen was standing near the entrance of the door looking down. She remembered what Ryuga told her.

"Don't ever fall in love with him..(Gen shocks) You musn't...And if you do, I am telling you, Tsubasa's life will be in danger...", said Ryuga in her memory. She takes out Accalia and looks at it.

"I am really sorry, Tsubasa...I am doing this for protecting you...please...try to understand...", thought Gen looking at Accalia.
