Ryuga was sitting on a big rock looking at Meteo L-Drago. Gen comes near him shivering.

"Man it's so cold in here...", she said shivering continuously. Suddenly a coat was thrown on top of her. She peeks through the sleeve and sees Ryuga without the white coat and looking at the sky.

"Don't tell this to anyone....", said Ryuga.

"Thanks...", said Gen wearing the coat and looking down.

"So Eagle boy has finally confessed his love towards you?", asked Ryuga which shocked Gen.

"Were you hearing our conversation this whole time?", asked Gen.

"Is it obvious? I was like a metre away from you guys and would you think I will not hear your conversation? Don't make me laugh, Gen...(looks at her who was looking down) So you happen to like him too?", asked Ryuga.

"What?! Me liking Tsubasa? that's never gonna happen...", said Gen looking away.

"Well that's good....", said Ryuga which shocks Gen.

"What do you mean?", asked Gen.

"Everytime when Tsubasa is controlled by the dark power, you too feel pain...and the only thing that could happen, is you having the dark power....", said Ryuga.

"But I defeated it...it's not there inside of me..."

"It's not gone yet...because Kyoya just defeated your dark self....you still have it only if someone tells something that upsets you it controls you again...and Tsubasa is becoming stronger with your inner dark power.... (Gen shocks) The dark power in Tsubasa is controlling not only his body but his feelings...and since he confessed his love towards to you which is against the dark power's will...he will forget about what he said to you today...", said Ryuga.

"He won't remember what he said to me today...?", said Gen.

"(nods to her) Even if he defeats it...it won't go that easy since some part of it is there in you...and for that you have to do just one thing in order to protect him...", said Ryuga.

"What is it?", asked Gen.

"Don't ever fall in love with him..(Gen shocks) You musn't...And if you do, I am telling you, Tsubasa's life will be in danger...", said Ryuga.

"Falling in love with him? That's never ever gonna happen....I am not that type of girl I tell you...", said Gen in confidence.

"You will say it now but when you hang out with him and know more about him....maybe there is a chance....", said Ryuga.

"There won't be a chance....and I won't let it happen...You can count on it...", said Gen.

"We will see about that...", said Ryuga.

"Is everyone here?", asked Gingka at the reception room with Masamune and Yu.

"Only Madoka and Gen left...Man, girls can be so late", said Yu.

"If you take Madoka's case...but Gen won't be...(Madoka comes running in shock) There is Madoka", said Masamune as Madoka comes in searching the hotel.

"There you are...why can't you come early, Madoka? And where is Gen? The match is gonna start soon....", said Gingka.

"I thought she was with you guys...she didn't come yet?", asked Madoka.

"Wait? She is not with you....she must be in the bathroom", said Yu.

"I looked everywhere...she is nowhere to be seen", said Madoka worried which shocks the others.

"Where could she be at this hour?", asked Masamune.

"She must be practising for the match....she will come around during the time...so let's go everyone.....", said Gingka moving forward.

"Wait? Are you sure about that?", asked Yu coming near him.

"I know my sister...and she is always punctual I tell you...so no need to worry...she will be on the way...", said Gingka walking outside the hotel with the others.

"So in the end...Tsubasa didn't show up...", said Masamune.

"We will deal with that later....", said Gingka walking confidence.

"Huh? Look there!", said Madoka as she saw Gen coming towards them.

"Told you my sister will come...", said Gingka.

"Huh? Wait she is not alone....no it can't be, Tsubasa!", said Yu as he saw Gen holding Tsubasa and walking.

"Are...we there...yet?", asked Tsubasa with pain.

"Almost...(looks front and sees the gang) Gingka? Madoka, Masamune and Yu...I see them...looks like I found them...Hey! Just a little more, Tsubasa....hang in there...", said Gen holding him and walking towards the gang.

"You both actually made it...", said Masamune.

"We are glad to see you both...", said Gingka.

"Looks like they saw us...come on...", said Gen who was close. But unfortunately, she couldn't hold Tsubasa a little longer and both of them fell towards the ground. The gang were shocked.

"Tsubasa!...Gen!..", said the gang as they came near them. Behind them, there was someone....it was Ryuga. Gen looks at Tsubasa who was feeling pain.

"So it's you...", said Gingka looking angry at Ryuga.

"Well, well....long time no see..huh, Gingka", said Ryuga.

"Ryuga...", said Gingka.

"What are you doing here?", asked Madoka.

"What have you done to them?", asked Gingka which shocks Gen.

"Huh? Wait a minute...Ryuga didn't do anything to me...and not to Tsubasa either....he helped me find Tsubasa...", said Gen.

"Nevermind that....i just came by to repay by debt to you", said Ryuga.

"You what?", asked Gingka.

"Let's battle, Gingka...Are you tough enough to fight me and my Meteo L-Drago?", said Ryuga showing Meteo L-Drago.

"Gingka...", said Masamune.

"You guys take Tsubasa and Gen and go on ahead...", said Gingka in anger.

"What?"

"Gingka...."

"It's okay...I will be there soon...", said Gingka.

"Come on guys....he said he will...", said Gen looking confidence at her brother. She along with Masamune takes Tsubasa move on. A flashback appears.

"Hey Ryuga...can you do something else too?", asked Gen.

"If it's that question you want to ask me....you know what I will say...", said Ryuga.

"No....I gave up that...it's about Gingka.."

"Gingka?.."

"Yeah...you see..he's not able to control the power of the new Galaxy Pegasus...he is struggling with it...so can you help him with that?", asked Gen.

"Help you say...hmm...well I want to battle him...so yeah I will do it...but don't take it as I am your friend or anything...", said Ryuga looking at her angrily.

"Thanks a lot, Ryuga...", said Gen in happiness and the flashback ends.

"I hope it works", said Gen in her mind.

The team except Gingka reached the stadium. Gen, Yu and Masamune reached while Madoka and Tsubasa were in the locker room for the team.

"Whoa only two members of the team and wait there is one more and she is the one and only Gen Hagane. Is she gonna replace Gingka or Tsubasa?", said Blader DJ. So the first match was with Masamune vs Klaus. Madoka comes in between.

"How is Tsubasa?", asked Yu.

"He is fine....where did you find him, Gen?", asked Madoka.

"I...it's a long story...I will tell you guys later...", said Gen looking down.

"But why did he disappear like that? From the hospital?", asked Madoka.

"Huh? Let's say he just wanted to protect us....he wanted to defeat the dark power by himself...without any one's help...And I totally get it...", said Gen with a weak smile.

"That makes sense...", said Yu.

They observed Masamune's battle. It was good at first but due to his overconfidence, he soon begin to lose. He fight with all his might, but eventually lost.

"I can't believe that he lost", said Yu.

"The second match is gonna start. Who are the bladers for this from the Japanese team", said Blader DJ.

"We will go, right Gen?", said Yu.

"Yeah, come on", said Gen.

"I will go..." The gang turns around and sees Tsubasa.

"I am alright now, guys..Let's go Yu..", said Tsubasa.

"Are you sure? You don't have to force yourself....Gen can take your place...right, Gen?..(Gen looks down) Gen?", asked Yu. Gen was completely confused.

"I....", said Gen who looks at Tsubasa who smiles. Another flashback appears.

"Don't resist it...the more you resist it, the more it controls you...you cannot fight it, trust me...you must becomes one with it, understand...", said Ryuga and the flashback ends. Gen thinks about it and finally faces Tsubasa.

"Go show your power...I believe in you...", said Gen with a smile. Tsubasa moves forward.

"Uh...wait up, Tsubasa hold on..", said Yu going near him to the battlefield.

Tsubasa and Yu attack both Grand Cetus' but has no effect. Tusbasa's dark power begins taunt him and take him back to one of his memories where he was cheated out of battle as a kid. He loses control again. Gen starts to feel pain again as she kneels down.

"Gen! Not again...", said Madoka holding her.

"Tell him...to stop...it's controlling me...", said Gen holding her hand.

"Gen...Tsubasa! Stop it!...", said Masamune.

"Gen....Tsubasa! Snap out of it...you are hurting Gen..", said Yu.

"Save it...you are in the way..you are in the way!", said Tsubasa as Eagle hits all the three beys.

"Are we gonna lose?", said Madoka looking worried.

"It looks like it, if we lose, then it is over for us", said Masamune looking sadness. Gen felt bad for them and finally she got up slowly.

"Gen...", said Madoka.

"Stop it, Tsubasa! This is not right!", shouted Gen. Tsubasa becomes shocked and turn around.

"I don't like who you are. When I was in control of the dark power, I was like you Tsubasa, wanted to show Kyoya that I am stronger than Gingka....But I was foolish. The dark power feeds on the anger and hatred that I had once towards Dad and Gingka and it is not the power that I have possessed. When Kyoya battled me, he said something I later realized was true....ahh...(hold her hand)...That I have to fight with my own power. This is not who you are. Please, listen to me. I understand how you feel but you know that it is not right. The Tsubasa I see now, is a coward!!", said Gen.

"Gen", said Tsubasa.

"She is right, Tsubasa. Stop this madness. This isn't like you. The Tsubasa that I know is totally on a level. He is completely honest and absolutely trustworthy and sure he is over the top with his grateful technique but he always fight fair, but that guy, that guy is the real Tsubasa", said Yu as Libra attacks Earth Eagle in order to bring Tsubasa back to normal.

"You can't let yourself be defeated by the dark power", said Gen. Another one of his memories shown with him finding a baby eagle and him taking care of it. While Tsubasa is fighting the darkness, Wales and Sophie used their joint special move. Tsubasa's last memory shows him defeating the kid that cheated him in their first match. Tsubasa defeats the dark power and uses his special move Shining Tornado Buster, to knock both Grand Cetus' out of the stadium with both teams tied. Gen feels better.

"You did it, Tsubasa", said Madoka.

"In a total freaky way but you did it", said Masamune.

"You rock my world, Tsubasa", said Yu.

"Thank you everyone. (looks at Gen)Thank you", said Tsubasa. Gen smiles but suddenly she feels something hurting her and holds her heart. Tsubasa sees it.

"Gen?.....", he said.

"Gen? Are you okay?", asked Madoka putting her hand on Gen's shoulder. Gen starts to scream. Her eyes turns red which shocks both of them. But then turns back to her normal colour. She then faces Tsubasa and suddenly she faints.

"GEN!?", shouted Tsubasa as he ran towards her and caught her. He held her in his arms.

"Gen? Wake up! Gen...", said Tsubasa shaking her but she was asleep.
