It's currently Saturday and I'm already downstairs having cereals for breakfast when Lisa walks inside the kitchen with her palm on her head since it's probably aching
"I had a weird dream... Well not literally weird" she said taking the box of cereals and pouring some milk in it
"What is it? " I asked and kept on eating while looking at her
"Well, I kinda... Not kinda but like I kissed you" she said making me choke on my cereals and I started coughing so hard while my face warms up again "wait wait... Did that really happen? " she said with wide eyes and I compose myself and rolled my eyes from her
"If you're not drunk then you shouldn't have that 'dream' you're saying" I said sarcastically
"So it wasn't a dream? " she said and her face lit up "Woah.. Look at your development Lisa " she said smirking while patting her shoulder so I throw the box of cereal on her and good thing it didn't spill out but she's just laughing so hard with it. The whole breakfast just consists of Lisa smiling time to time making me roll my eyes at her dumbness
"Lisa... You should not get that drunk again" I said once she put her bowl on the sink
"So I won't do anything stupid again? " she asked looking at me with a stupid smirk
"No... So you won't say anything that you'll regret right now" I said back to her... It still hunts me right now whenever I'll recall what she said last night. I'm not too dumb to seriously believe that she killed her parents but there's something more to it than she hasn't said yet
"I don't remember anything" she said so I stood up and take ahold of her hand as I pull her out to the living room and made her sit

"Look, Lisa... You were so drunk last night that you said 'don't get the police involved... I killed my own parents' something between those lines" I said and saw how her face falls and the color on her face fades out as it turns so pale. "You don't have to say it, Lisa.. I'll wait" I said but she shakes her head and holds both of my hands as she looks up to face me again
"I'll tell it to you Jennie " she said and sighed as her eyes started to water up... I hold her hand softly and squeeze it from time to time to assure her that it's all fine "where do I start " she said sighing deeply once again and she moves her eyes away from my gaze to keep her tears from falling out
"A year before my parents died I heard a conversation while I'm at this alley... I was there cause I ran away from home after a big fight with my mom and dad... Though we resolved it already. The guy didn't know that I was there and he's talking to someone over his phone and I didn't mean to eavesdrop but I heard him saying that they'll be meeting up on this building to get the girl for a way to get her dad as well. I thought it wasn't a big deal until I snap out of my thoughts and knew that something was wrong. I walk out of the alley and I saw the plate number of the car that he's using. So I made a report to the police telling them about the plate number and what I heard but it's hard for them to believe a minor but then I told them that it's better to prevent it from happening rather than regretting even though I don't have a piece of concrete evidence. They took me to the building and before it even happens the police saw a guy who already made the girl faint so they arrest him. The guy saw me with the police and it turns out he's not the only one. They're a group of people and some of them are caught in the car waiting while some of them end up telling the police where's their hideout or stuff like that. They told me I saved two people the girl and her dad. " she said breathing out for a couple of seconds and I knew that the main thing's about to come up so I squeezed her hand and before she can even continue the story a single tear left her eye "a year after... We heard the news that the people who are behind it made their way out of the prison... They escaped. A couple of days later I received a call from a guy. He told me that they need me at the same company that they went to the last time in return for what I've done. That's when I knew it was them. They told me to just act like I'll escort the girl out and they'll be out to get her but if I wouldn't do it my parents will get killed...and so will I. I'm afraid that time... I was so so afraid. Before the morning even comes I went to the police station since I thought that if I report them before everything happens I'll save the same girl and our family. Before I even approach the police at the police station I called my mom I begged them to leave the house... It took a lot of time but I convinced them that I'm currently at the police station and they should follow me. Cause the group of men will probably go to our house once they find out. Once I'm done reporting to the police already I went out of the police station I called my mom and asked her if they're near already and they said that I should go and wait for them at the sidewalk... So I did. I waited for more than a minute when they came into view. I was relieved... I was so so relieved but then a car comes crashing and it ended up hitting their car. I saw it with my very own eyes" she said breathing heavily with tears streaming down her face as I tighten my hold on her hands "I wanted to do something, Jennie... Believe me. But I can't. I felt a presence behind me and he told me that telling the police about anything wouldn't do anything good for me" she cried out and her face turning red from crying too much "they made it look like a car accident Jennie... And I'm too afraid to let the police involved cause you're the one who's on the line now Jennie. I don't care if they'll kill me but I don't want to lose someone important to me once again"

This time, he sought to do nothing after realizing the hopelessness of it all. Aventina wanted to do nothing more than to follow her father’s footsteps. On a retaliation raid against her tribe’s enemies, her brothers perished. Spared by a leader of her enemies, she returned home to find herself the chief of her tribe. Bolahulag, half-civilized and half-barbarian, half-lowborn and half-royal. Raised in his mother’s civilized tent in a sea of barbaric shelters, Bolahulag was hesitant to follow his paternal way of life. After a battle between a civilized king and his father, Bolahulag was sent as hostage to learn the economy and military of the nation his father defeated. Derai knew nothing more than being an orphan, but when a merchant took her in, the world she thought impossible soon became a reality. Monghe, stuck in a school exemplifying strength for most of his life, began to understand what he needed to do in order to be strong instead of weak. Story is mostly about nothing. Fermboi does most of the nothing. Aventina does most of the military things. Bolahulag does a balance of economy and military. Derai focuses on economy. Monghe spitfires what it means to be a typical hero. Hopefully this is enough to give a general idea to people who don’t like going blind aside from the work being purportedly “good.” Who am I kidding, my writing is terrible. I hope it improves though.
