Jackson's POV
I can see how mad Lisa is so I escorted her out of the penthouse and drive us towards the nearest tent bar which is actually around most of the places here in Korea. I let her drink as much as she wanted. When she's all drunk I leave a couple of money on the table and picked up Lisa.
I decided to let her stay in my penthouse... I don't go here often since it's so quiet in here so I mostly stay at the villa with dad and Jennie's mom. I put Lisa down on the guest room's bed and removed her shoes. I then walk downstairs to grab water and medicine for headache so if she'll wake up tomorrow she can drink something for her hangover.
I walk upstairs and put the medicine and the water down on the side table and look over at Lisa who still has the red puffy eyes from crying too much while she's drinking. I pull her covers upwards so it can keep her warm. I stopped my gaze at her face and stare at her for I don't know how long
"It's funny that we're all just chasing one another here" I said with a pain in my heart making me close my eyes for a bit before walking out of the room.

Lisa's POV
"Are you sure about this? " Jackson asked while he's driving towards their villa so I just nodded and keep my gaze on the window.
I decided earlier while having breakfast with Jackson that I'll quit my job. I don't know where will I get the money to pay for the debts but it kills me more being around Jennie each day.
"Jackson, Lisa... What are you doing here? " his dad says while Jackson walks towards them to greet both his dad and Jennie's mom. I bowed down to greet them both as I clear my throat

"I want to quit" I said firmly but I still have respect for Jennie's parents. Jennie's dad turns to look at Jackson raising his brows like asking if Jackson knows anything about this
"Give me a reason dear" He says and gestures for us to go in so we all walk inside to their living room and one guard approached Jennie's dad then he whispered something towards him and he immediately nodded while running away.
I sit down on the couch next to Jackson while both Jennie's parents are in front of us. Jennie's dad doesn't have a specific expression on his face while you can see the concern roaming around her mom's face.
"So about you quitting... What is it about? " he asks in the calmest voice
"I just don't think I can do it anymore... Please let me do this. I'm pretty sure it's not a big deal for Jennie " I said putting my hands together since I can't help but feel nervous about this.
"Is it something that you don't like? Or is it something that Jennie does that makes you want to quit? " he asked making me shake my head
"It's a personal reason, sir... So please I'm begging you" I said in the most pleading way... He stayed on his seat with his eyes on me like he's thinking and it is the most awkward silence I've ever experienced in my life. I look over at Jackson and he just patted my back softly to calm me down.
"I invited Jennie over--"
"What?! " I said with wide eyes and a fuming Jennie walks in and didn't even bother greeting her parents but she immediately walks towards me taking my hand to pull me
"Give us some time" she says dragging me out to their backyard.

"What the fuck do you think you're doing?!" She yelled out snapping her head towards me as I just roam my eyes around avoiding her glare
"I'm quitting " I said nonchalantly making her scoff as she runs her hand on her hair taking a full grasp of it
"
You don't make any sense Lisa! You're such a coward " she says making me look at her "you're such a coward for quitting just because of the damn confession you did last night! " she yelled out once again like it's not a big deal making me laugh like I'm some kind of a fool here "we can just forget about it if that's what you want it's just a stupid confession anyway" she said and by that my face grew cold. My hands started shaking and it gets hard to breathe
"Is it just a stupid confession for you?" I said in the calmest way which is not the best version of me. She stayed silent and look at my face like she knows that she said something extremely wrong "I'm quitting" I said once again
"No" she said firmly
"Why? "
"Cause... You owe me a lot of things" she said like she's so unsure of it
"Like everything that you bought for me? Okay sure.. I'll give them all back I'll also pay those things that I need to pay" I said
"You can't pay them. You don't have the money so don't you dare quit Lalisa" she said like she knows what she's doing
"I'm gonna go get a fucking job so I'm quitting!"
"You can't quit! " she said more annoyed now than she was earlier
"Give me a fucking reason Jennie and not just something about your damn money! " I yelled at her
"You just can't" she said looking down on the ground when Jackson and their parents run out to check for the both of us.
"Lisa" her dad says making me look at him
"Please give Jennie a few more months and I will be the one who'll let you leave"
