"Hey, lovely." Lady Gaga greeted Y/N with a warm hug.

Y/N smiles a little, hugging Lady Gaga back. She sighed, closing her eyes. "Hey, Mama Gaga." She whispered. She calls Lady Gaga Mama Gaga, even though they only have a four-year age gap, it's because Lady Gaga's always been there for her and cared for her like a mother. And it's much appreciated since her mother died when she was just a little girl.

Lady Gaga pulled away and cupped Y/N's face, "How are you, my little monster?" She asked.

Y/N chuckled weakly at what Lady Gaga had called her. "I'm okay."

"I don't believe you." Lady Gaga said, shaking her head. "Take off your sunglasses."

Y/N bit her lip, shaking her head. "No."

"Come on." Lady Gaga said and started walking, holding Y/N's hand.

Y/N sighs. She knows Lady Gaga won't leave her side until she tells her what's really going on in her head. She tends to keep her problems and pain to herself. That's why all her pain, stress, and sadness felt heavier. However, she's thankful for people like Lady Gaga and Taylor for always making sure that she's all right and for letting her share her thoughts.

Lady Gaga led them inside one of the music studios and she locked the door behind them. "Sit, my little daughter." She said.

Y/N sat down without saying anything, she still got her sunglasses on.

Lady Gaga sat down next to Y/N, "Take off your sunglasses, sweetie." She said, gentle as ever.

With a heavy sigh, Y/N took off her sunglasses and her red and puffy eyes greeted Lady Gaga's concern eyes.

"Oh, honey," Lady Gaga sighed, hugging Y/N as the younger woman started crying. "It's okay, I'm here."

Y/N thought she's done crying because all she did last night was cry, and she even looked at the articles to make sure that it was true. She wanted it to be a joke, but it's not. The love of her life is really getting married.

"I-I..." Y/N tried to say something, but she only choked on her words. She couldn't speak, it's like speaking about it physically hurt her. That's how much she loves Scarlett. She loves her so much that it's hurting her.

"Shh," Lady Gaga whispered, rubbing Y/N's back. "Don't say anything, just cry, sweetheart. Just cry." She said.

Of course Lady Gaga knows, it was all over social media and the news. She's not even supposed to go to the studio today, but she knows Y/N will be there, so she went to see Y/N since the younger singer wouldn't answer her phone last night.

Y/N sniffled, wiping her tears. "I-I'm... I'm just so tired." She said. "I didn't even know why she just decided to distance herself from me. We... we were fine. At least I know we were."

Lady Gaga sighed sadly and pulled away from the hug to look at Y/N, she didn't say anything and let Y/N talk.

"I just don't understand," Y/N continued, getting frustrated too, it's been years but she just couldn't move on. Her love for Scarlett is real, it's genuine, and she's never loved another person like she does for Scarlett. "We were fine, everything was going well. Every time we were together, it was like the world was ours. It was just us and nothing else. But then one day, everything just went to shit. She just stopped talking to me out of the blue, I-I tried to reach out, I did everything I could, but s-she just... she just suddenly changed."

Lady Gaga wiped Y/N's tears. It breaks her heart to see the younger woman so heartbroken. She's not used to seeing Y/N like this because the younger woman has always been strong and she's usually the one doing the comforting and lifting everyone's moods.

"Just gather your feelings for now, okay? I know writing songs will help you, as it always does. Do that for now, let yourself feel everything and pour it all out using your talent and your love for music." Lady Gaga said. "I don't want to tell you that everything is okay because I know it's not. I want you to feel what you need to feel because running away from this will hurt you even more. Feel it, face it, and then we'll see how it goes. Okay? It's okay to cry, it's okay to be sad and vulnerable. Your feelings for her are genuine and real, that's why it hurts so much. Feel it, don't pretend that you're strong because it will only hurt more. Be sad, feel the pain, but once you're strong enough again, stand up and live your life because you deserve to be happy. Okay? You deserve to be happy."

Y/N nodded her head but she didn't say anything, she couldn't even if she wanted to. She knows talking some more will just worsen the pain, so she will do what she's always been good at— writing songs and making music.
