"Ms. Johnson are you listening" my first period teacher asked me.

She know I'm not listening.

"Mhm" I answered

She carried on with her explaining. This morning me and Mr.cooper established that I'd be staying with him for however long i need to. Me and sharife are in 1st period but I'm not rly paying attention. I kept replaying what happened last night and honestly I just wanted to play ball. Over the course of the time I got back into basketball I've been using it as a coping mechanism. The bell rang and I got up.walking out the class.

"Yo jay" sharpie called after me. But i kept walking.

Soon i felt his arm grabbing me. I looked up at him with glossy eyes. Instead of saying anything he just hugged me. I hugged him back malting in his arms. He pulled away wiping my tears.

"You'll be okay, I got you" he said looking directly into my eyss.

I nodded in response.

It was lunch time and I was sitting with Sharifes friends for the first time.

When I walked up I seen issac,and brandon(let's act like he goes to there school), and 2 girls and a guy i didnt know.

"This alyn, issac as you know, Mariah, and mari" he said Ponting at them.

Right of the bat mariah gave me a weird vibe. She was lightskin with curly hair. Way prettier than me but the vibe she's radiating is just ew.

"Hi I'm Mari" the other said giving me a sincere smile.

"Hi I'm jay" I said smiling back at her.

I sat down in front of issac and dapped him up. I was gonna wave at Mariah but I think she inna bad mood.

I seen issac was eating chickfil a nuggies:) so I stole one.

"What you dooiiinng" he said complaining

"Shhh ur I erupting the peace "I said shushing him

Sharife sat next to me so I put my head on his shoulder

"Do yall together" Mariah said with a lacr of attitude.

"Nah we just friends" me and sharife said at the same time

After school me and sharife chilled and went to sleep like always
