When Brenda and Angela walked in, it was loud. There was lame Kidz Bop music coming out of these huge speakers and all that.
There were huge photos of McKenzie all over the walls and a huge buffet.
Brenda let go of Angela's hand and said "Okay Angela, you go and have fun and look for your friends. I'm going to look for the Mayor but when you want to leave, just text me." Angela frowned. "But I don't have a-."
Brenda cut her off. "Bye!!!" She pushed past all the little girls and adults and headed straight for the Mayor. Angela went to look around for Jenny. Suddenly she appeared behind her. "Angela you came!!! I was looking for you!!!"
Angela smiled. "Yeah I came and I love your dress!!" They started chit chatting until Jenny had to use the bathroom. "I'll be right back, I drank too much punch!!" she yelled as she started running towards the bathrooms.
Angela felt kind of hungry so she went to the food tables. She stopped at the chocolate fountain and gasped. She was about to try some when she turned around and bumped into someone.
She turned and looked to see a guy in a tux standing behind her. He was about her age. He had brown hair with a quiff in the front and kinda tan skin with brown eyes. She thought he was cute. He smiled at her.
She blushed really hard. "Um.. Excuse me... Sorry. Hi.." He smiled even wider.
"Hi, my name is Javier." He stuck out his hand.
She looked at it and hesitantly took it. "Angela."
He let go of her hand and said "That's pretty. I like your name."
She looked down and tried not to smile. "Um thanks."

He looked around. "Soo.. Do you want to dance? With me? I mean, this music sucks but still."
Angela said "Yeah sure." He held out his hand. She took it and he led her on the dance floor in the middle of the room.
As soon as they started dancing, McKenzie came along with Marissa and Alyssa.
"Well it looks like the loser came. And what are you doing with MY man? And WHY are you wearing a dress that looks exactly like mine??It's custom made!"
Angela looks at her and says "That's a lie. I got this at Burlingtons."
McKenzie looks shocked. "That's impossible! How can you afford it?!My daddy said it cost a fortune!"
Angela shrugged. "Actually it was on the clearance rack. For 99 cents." McKenzie turned to look at her dad. He shrugged and said "Sorry hon, we broke."
Suddenly the music stops and everyone looks at McKenzie. Brenda was walking by. "Broke?!"She drops her salad tray and looks at him. "But your bank account on Twitter said you had 10 million dollars!"
He thinks about it and says "Oh you're talking about my bank account from
Brenda says, "Forget this I'm out!!!" Around her you can hear people agreeing and leaving.
McKenzie says, "Dad how can we afford all this?"
"We can't. That's why it's for rent."
She says "What!" He says "Yeah that 99 cent dress is for rent too. So don't get it dirty. Plus pack your bags because this house for rent ends tonight. And we are moving to Super 8."
As McKenzie is crying and Angela turns to leave, Javier grabs her hand. "Wait! Give me your number!"
Brenda grabs Angela's arm and yanks her away from Javier. As Angela is almost out the door, she yells to Javier
"I dont have a phoneeee..!!!!"
