Oh shit, how can i sleep so fucking much? I pick myself up out of bed and spread the sheets to make it look presentable before pulling a hoodie over my head and heading downstairs to my living room. "The crown, let's go!" i say turning netflix on and getting comfortable. After about 3 episodes Ivy was kneading my stomach while i patted her and my back was in a lot of pain from the way i was sitting.

"unknown number" I see my phone ringing on the coffee table "hello?" I ask confused "Heyyyyyyyy" Miss Imane drags out laughing a little "What's up poki?" "So i'm live just chatting n stuff and people are asking about you so will you jump on a call and stream with me?" i chuckle "Yeah give me two minutes" I say and she hangs up leaving me to head up to my recording room.

"hello babes," i say joining the call seeing that rae was also here "Omg hey how's youuuu? are you still coughing?" Rachel asked me while sending me a Private message of a "virtual hug" gif "thanks rae yeah i'm still coughing because my asthma is being a bitch so i have to go to the doctors tomorrow" i say absolutely thrilled "note the sarcasm" I follow up with "can we spill some tea?" Rae asked us to which Poki nodded "yes!" I sighed knowing what was coming.

"mm-mhm" i hear him mumble "okay we're gonna breath in through our nose for 3, hold it for 4 and breath out of our mouths for 5," i say softly even though i was freaking out because i felt how he felt. we started breathing and i was calming him down "you okay?" i asked softly listening to him breathing again "i'm better, thank you"
