"Come to New York with me" Knox said to Zyria as they sat in the guest room eating chocolate that Kaia claims was disgusting but was really good

"Why I thought you didn't want anyone to go with you" Zyria asked and Knox smiled shaking his head.

"I didn't want to any of the others to come with me." He said standing up from the bed.

"Oh" Zyria said and watched Knox grab the empty chocolate box throwing it in the trash.

"So is that a yes or a no" He asked her and Zyria smiled nodding a yes.

"Great. I'm leaving on the twenty ninth then coming back on the third" Knox said and Zyria grabbed her phone looking at her calendar.

"Well we go back to school on the fourth and I don't have work during those days so I'm free to travel during that time" Zyria said and Knox smiled.

A knock was sounded on the door before it was slowly opened to reveal Dakota who fake gagged at Knox's shirtless body.

"Hunter and Jada are finally here so we can exchange presents now" Dakota said and Zyria nodded getting up. She changed a hour ago into some dark blue jeans and a shirt from Knox.

"I can't believe we are doing presents at two in the afternoon" Zyria said pulling her hair into a messy bun. Dakota smiled and the three of them walked out of the room and downstairs into the living room.

"I mean when it's in the morning it feels like some family tradition. We are friends so we got to do ours a different time" Dakota said and Zyria nodded in agreement.

"Well we are family just family in training right now" Knox said and Zyria smiled.

"Okay now that everyone is here, we can start" Kaia said as Zyria sat down on the couch chair and Dakota sat down next to Kaia.

"Okay well let's start with Kaia" Jada said and everyone got up grabbing the gifts for Kaia they had near her Christmas tree.

"Open mine first" Hunter said and Kaia nodded before taking his gift.

"What did you get her" Knox asked Zyria as he took her seat in the couch chair making her groan. She sighed and sat in his lap getting comfortable.

"I got her a bracelet that wrote out the date we began friends" Zyria said and Knox nodded wrapping his arm around her as she laid her head on his shoulder.

"I got her a sweatshirt that said crazy" Knox said and Zyria laughed shaking her head. Knox smiled at the sound of her laugh before watching Kaia open everyone's gifts.

"She is going to love it but hate you for the meaning behind it." Zyria mumbled and Knox nodded.

"Do you know what Dakota got her?" Zyria asked and Knox shook his head.

"Probably some type of jewelry or perfume" He whispered and Zyria nodded before grabbing Knox's hands playing with his fingers.

"Hey why do you always do that" Knox couldn't help but ask and Zyria shrugged sighing.

"I have a little bit of anxiety and i don't know playing with someone's fingers calms me. It's out of habitat to just grab someone's hand especially Kaia or my brother's hand to do it I'm sorry" Zyria said letting go of his hand and Knox shook his head.

"I don't mind that you do it I just was wondering" he said and Zyria smiled playing with his fingers again.

"Okay now Zyria's turn" Dakota said before Zyria was dumped with boxes of presents on her lap making her eyes widened.

"Can I open them later guys?"Zyria asked and everyone nodded before they moved onto Dakota and Zyria gave her the present she got for her. Zyria moved her presents on the ground next to the couch chair before sighing.

"I'm too tired to open presents" Zyria complained and sighed laying her head on Knox's chest closing her eyes. Her hands still played with his fingers as she relaxed getting comfortable in his arms.

"You should really ask that girl out" Dakota said as she looked at the now sleeping Zyria who was snoring softly against Knox's chest.

"Shut up Kota" Knox said and went on his phone as he rubbed Zyria's back softly.

"You obviously like her and she likes you so stop wasting each other's time." Kaia said and Knox rolled his eyes.

"I really just dislike like all of y'all want to be in our love lives." Knox said looking at his sister and her girlfriend. Dakota sighed and shrugged.

"We just-" Knox cut her off from talking by raising his hand.

" If I want to ask her out I'll do it when I want to, not when y'all want me to" He said before gathering Zyria in his arms tightly before standing up.

"Where you doing?" Hunter asked walking back into the living room after getting a bottle of water.

"I'm going to take her upstairs to sleep and get away from the little matchmakers" Knox said before walking up the stairs with Zyria in his arms.

He walked in to the guest room before laying Zyria down under the covers. He sighed and laid down next to her putting his phone on the night stand next to the bed.

"Oh" he said as Zyria turned over and laid her head on his chest. Knox smirked and shook his head before wrapping his arm around her sighing softly. Zyria made a noise in her sleep and Knox closed his eyes before he fell asleep with her.
