I had already told my dad the night before that I was going to skip school and go to Javon's boxing match, which he said was fine. I had just woken up and it was 11:30 pm. I got up and had a quick shower and chose out an outfit for the day. I wanted something comfy and casual but also nice as there would be lots of paparazzi there. After looking through all my clothes I finally found a perfect outfit...

I threw my hair into a messy bun and did some regular, light makeup. I then grabbed a casual shoulder bag and put in my AirPods, portable charger, gum and a lipgloss before receiving a FaceTime from Javon.

-"goodmorning ma. You look beautiful," he smiled

"goodmorning. haha thank you," I blushed -

-"are you coming over soon? Im bored and jayla, Jaden and mumps are at school."

"I'll come over now," I smiled.-

-"okay see you soon." He said, hanging up the FaceTime

I went downstairs, saying bye to my dad and walked towards Javon's house. I knocked on the door and was greeted by DJ. "Hey y/n, how are you?" DJ smiled, letting me in the house. "Hey dj, I'm great thanks. What about you?" I asked. "I'm doing well, javon's in his room." He smiled. I smiled back and walked upstairs, towards javon's room. I walked in a saw him laying down on his bed on his phone. I ran over and plopped on the bed, next to him. "Hey ma," he smiled putting his phone down and kissing me on the forehead. "Hey j. How are you feeling?" "Quite stressed but better now you're here." "Wanna watch a movie?" I asked, looking over at the tv. "Sure," he smiled. He turned on the tv and starting scrolling through Netflix, looking at different movie suggestions. "What about the kissing booth? Noah's in it." Javon asked. "Yes I love the kissing booth." I replied. He turned on the kissing booth and pulled the blanket over us. We were half way through the movie when I looked down to see javon fast asleep on my shoulder.

I guess it's good that he sleeps as he has a big night ahead of him. I went back to watching the movie whilst javon was still asleep on my shoulder. I felt my eyes slowly closing as the end of the movie was playing. I was so comfortable that I fell asleep with only a few mins left of the movie.

"Hey sleepy heads, get up." I heard someone say from the end of the bed. "Oh hi mom," javon said, sitting up with the blanket still wrapped around us. "Hi darling. You have been asleep for a while," she giggled. I was still lying down, not fully aware of what was happening as I was still half asleep. "Let's get some food into you." Jessica smiled, walking out of the room. "Ma, are you hungry?" Javon asked. I stretched and sat up, digging my head into his shoulder. "Starving," I giggled. Suddenly, I was picked up (bridal style) by javon and he threw the blanket over me, carrying me downstairs and then sitting me on a chair, next to him. Jessica bought us over some fruit for a snack as we had dinner soon. As we were sitting at the table eating, we heard the front door open and saw DJ and mumps walk in. "I didn't know you were here," daelo smiled, coming to give me a hug. I giggled and gave him a hug back. "No hug for me?" Javon pouted, pretending to be upset. Daelo sighed and gave Javon a hug. Mumps sat down with us and started eating some fruit before Jaden and Jayla walked in the front door. "Y/n, omg hi," Jayla said giving me a big hug. "Hey," I smiled. "This is why I had to sit in science all alone today," Jaden huffed, sitting down at the table. "Sorry," I giggled. We all finished off the fruit and then I went to hang out with Jaden, jayla and daelo in jayla's room whilst javon showered, got ready, and had a pep talk about things with DJ.

After an hour or so, Jessica called us all down for dinner. We all sat the table together and quickly ate. Javon spent most of dinner talking with DJ about the plans for tonight. He was having a different dinner to us as he had to have high protein. After dinner, we got into the car and I helped javon put his gloves and stuff in the car. Right now he was just wearing a comfy tracksuit as we had a hour and a half car trip ahead of us. Javon and I were in the very back. Daelo, Jaden and jayla in the middle and Jessica and DJ in the front.

We weren't long into the car trip, mumps, jayla and Jaden were already fast asleep as they had, had school today. Javon and I weren't tired at all so we were either listening to music the whole time, or talking to Jessica and DJ.

Finally, we arrived in Macon, GA where silver gloves was being held and Jessica woke up Jaden, Jayla and Mumps. "okay ma just stick with me," javon smiled, taking my hand and leading me out of the car. As we hopped out we saw a whole bunch of paparazzi waiting for us that weren't actually allowed in the boxing centre. "y/n! javon!" they all said, coming up to us with camera's. "are you nervous for this match?" one of the people holding a camera asked javon. "I mean I always get nervous but I think with the training I've done, I should be fine," he smiled. "Is anything different now you guys are officially dating?" someone else asked. "I mean we act around the same," javon giggled. "besides that more hate," I laughed. "hey guys sorry no questions right now. Wanna's gotta get pumped up," DJ said to the paparazzi and took us inside. 

It was 6:30pm and Javon's match started in an hour so he went to the locker rooms and got changed into his boxing gear. He was wearing his black and gold 'WANNA' shorts and a black tank. He had to leave with DJ to warm up and talk in the gym out back so we said goodbye and wished him good luck. The rest of us found seats right next to javon's corner of the ring which was the blue corner. There was still 45mins left till javon's match. 

"hey kids, do you wanna go get some snacks and drinks before javon's match?" Jessica asked us. "yes please mommy!" mumps said excitedly. Jessica handed us some money and we went to the little snack shop inside the center. We all got a drink and bought some candy and chips to share. "let's hang out back until his match starts," jayla suggested. We agreed and went outside but away from everyone so no paparazzi would try and talk to us. We ate snack's and filmed a few tiktoks. We had so much fun just mucking around. 

It was 10 mins till the start of javon's match, so we went back inside and took our seats. DJ had asked if I could like pep talk javon in between rounds and also take his seat and water up for him and ofc I said yes so I had to sit closest to the ring. I was sitting next too Jayla who had mumps on her lap and on the other side of me was Jaden. Soon Javon and his competitor walked onto the boxing ring. He had blue gloves and a black head guard on. There was still a minute or so until the first round started so he was standing in the corner talking to DJ. Dj waved me over to talk to him so I went up and stood on the outside of the ring. 

"clean punches. you know what you're doing wanna." DJ said. "You've got this J," I smiled. Javon smiled back and gave me a hug. 

"In the red corner, representing d.c Maryland, Asa Simms jr! And his opponent in the blue corner, representing Georgia. Javon Walton!" the man said over the speaker. Everyone started cheering and javon started getting hyped up. I sat back down in my seat and DJ and Asa's coach waved at each other. Javon and Asa both met in the middle and the referee starting talking to them. They both went back into their corners and DJ sat down. 

"cmon Wanna!" Jaden yelled. The starting alarm went off and they both pulled their hands up towards their faces and slowly made their way towards each other. Javon got the first punch in, hitting him on the side of the head. DJ was giving him commands and clapping from the side. "yes wanna do it again!" jayla yelled as javon got a clean punch. Asa tried to hit javon in the side of the head which javon dodged really well. "YES J!" I yelled. First round was 3 mins long. The alarm went for the end of round 1. I grabbed his chair and water and put it under the ring in his corner which he sat on. "thanks ma," javon panted. I held up his water and he tilted his head back for me to pour the water into his mouth. 

"wanna. great clean punches. You're doing great. His already getting tired so make sure that you're the one to stay strong. Now, he's going for mostly head shots so make sure to keep your hands up and block all the hits you can," DJ said, kneeling in front of javon. Dj kept talking to javon about what he needed to do and then after a min, the alarm went off to start the next round. Javon got Asa cornered and threw many good punches. He was doing amazing. I'd never seen him box like this before and fuck it was hot. "YES WANNA!" Jessica and Jaden yelled. After the 2nd round, I did the same thing and then it was time for the 3rd and final round. 

There was less than a minute left and I could tell javon was getting tired. He was slowing down his punches. Luckily, Asa made a dumb move which got him told off, giving javon a 10 sec break to hype himself up. Javon looked over at me. I smiled at him and put my thumbs up. "you've got this wanna!" I screamed. I saw a slight smile come from him and he turned back to start fighting again. He shook his head and started throwing stronger punches. Asa was really tired at this point which was giving javon access to super good punches. 

Javon threw one last strong punch, getting Asa right in the head, then the alarm went for the end of the match. They fist pumped and then javon came back over to the corner where DJ and I were standing. Dj took off his head gear and we started un-doing his gloves for him. "that was amazing j," I smiled. "yeah you've got that," dj said proudly. "thanks guys," javon panted. Javon went around, bowing to the judges on each side and giving asa a friendly hug. Asa looked pretty beaten up and angry about how well javon did. Javon came back to us. I gave him a drink of water and a hug before he met with the ref and asa in the middle. Javon was getting hyped up and jittery a bit. 

"All right, decision is in. representing region 3 independence Missouri. Coming out of the blue corner, JAVON WALTON! representing Georgia." the man said Over the speaker. Javon's arm was lifted in the air and a huge smile appeared on his face. "YES J!" I shouted. Everyone started cheering for him and clapping. Asa placed the medal around javon's neck and congratulated him. They gave each other one final hug before javon hopped out of the ring. 

We all congratulated him. "ew you stink," I joked, laughing which made everyone else laugh. "oh shut up," javon laughed. "nice gold wanna," Jaden smiled, holding javon's medal up which was around his neck. We left javon so that we could shower in the locker room and get changed. After that, we started driving home. Javon passed out on my shoulder in the car. "someone's tired," I giggled. Jaden, Jayla and mumps all looked back to see javon asleep on my shoulder. We spent the rest of the car trip laughing and talking but trying not to wake up javon. When we arrived home, we decided that I'd stay the night at the Walton's. Javon and I went up to his room and watched some tiktok together cuddling. 

I looked down to see y/n resting on my chest with her eyes closed which made me think she was asleep. "I love you so much ma. thank you for supporting me today," I smiled looking down at the sleeping y/n. Her eyes were still closed but a smile grew on her face, "I love you too J."
