I decided I would stay the night again since I was having so much fun with everyone. Unfortunately, Kylee had to go home though, but I still texted her.

"Hey, y'all wanna go swimming? I've always wanted to go night swimming" Jayla said. "I don't have a swimsuit, so y'all go ahead, I'll stay here" I said.

It sounded really fun, but it was true. I didn't pack a swimsuit.

"Girl- my closet is filled with swimsuits. You can borrow one of mine" she offered. That's so nice of her, wow. "Really?! Thank you so much I love you" I said, smiling at the girl.

Jayla and I made our way to her room, and she showed me all of her swimsuits.

"Pick anyone you like" she smiled.

I skimmed through her bathing suits, and found one I really like.

"That's gonna look fire on you" she said. I smiled at her as she left the room so I could change.

I walked out of the room to see Jayla who was already in her swimsuit.

"You look hot as fuck" she smirked at me. "That's funny cus I was gonna say the same thing to you" I said, playfully winking at her.

"Okay- can y'all stop flirting, let's go" Jaden said from down the hallway. Jayla and I giggle then put our clothes on over the swimsuits.

"I got us all towels, so I think we are ready" Jaden said. "Wait- does Daelo wanna come?" I asked. "He's watching movies with Mom and Dad" Javon said. "Okay let's go" Jayla said, grabbing her car keys.

We made it to the beach, and it was pitch black out. The moon was shining on the water as small waves crashed on shore. It was beautiful.

"I'm just gonna go for it" I said, taking off my clothes, revealing my swimsuit.

I ran towards the glowing lake, and dove right in. When I came back up from the water, I looked at the trio that was staring at me.

"Well what're y'all waiting for- get in!" I yelled while smiling. They all came running into the water, making splashes with every movement.

Jaden and Jayla shortly came up from the water, but Javon didn't. I glanced around the water for him, but I was suddenly lifted onto the air.

I looked down, only to see Javon holding me on his shoulders. I smiled and playfully hit his head.

"Jayla, get on Jaden's shoulders, we're playing chicken" Javon said.

Jayla and I both one 2 rounds, so this was the tie breaking round.

"Let's go Ma, you got this" Javon said. Even though we were just messing around, he seemed very competitive, which I found cute.

Jayla and I grabbed each other's hands, and started pushing- while also trying not to laugh.

Somehow, I managed to pull her off of Jaden's shoulders, meaning Javon and I won.

"Ayyy good job!" He congratulated me. I high-fived him, then slid myself off of his shoulders, hoping I wasn't too heavy.

"That was fun, good job" Jayla said, splashing me. "You too, I don't know how I won haha" I said.

We all just swam around for a bit before drying off.

Javon and I lied next to each other on our towels while talking, while Jayla and Jaden decided to swim some more.

I was staring at the lake, watching the waves crash. The moon shimmered so beautifully on the water.

"Isn't it beautiful" I said, not taking my eyes off the water. "It is" he said. I smiled and turned to look at him, but he wasn't looking at the water- he was looking at me.

"You're beautiful Y/n" he said, staring into my eyes. I didn't know how to respond to that, so I did what felt right.

I slowly leaned closer to his face as he did the same. His lips crashed onto mine, the same way the waves crashed onto shore. They were so soft. We moved our lips in synchronized motions before pulling away.

I looked into his eyes, hoping he felt the same way I did. He smiled at me before speaking.

"Like I said, you're beautiful Y/n."
