《kill my mind - m. atsumu》scared

the past week was fun.

reason being?

atsumu was late to thursday practice because he didn't believe you the second time.

"it's thursday."

"i'm not falling for that again sunshine." he said and walked next to you as you guys walked down the stairs.

"no seriously it is." you told him. "see." you took your phone out to show him.

"you changed the date." he kept denying it.

"fine, don't come to me when kita makes you run extra laps." you said and noticed a tall figure coming towards you guys.

"what are you doing here?" ojiro hissed and smacked the back of atsumu's head.

"i tried telling you." you raised your hands and walked off to the other gym where the girls had their practice.

"what do you mean?" atsumu whined and avoided another slap to the head.

"practice started 15 minutes ago." ojiro said and atsumu's eyes widened. he turned back around to look at your retreating back. "hurry up."

he then rushed off to the gym where he would definitely have to fun laps later.

you made your way to practice and when it was your water break you went outside and sat down on the steps.

"what a surprise." you said when atsumu ran past you, breathing heavily and sweating. he stopped and started running backwards so he was next to you.

"why didn't you tell me?" he whined.

"i did." you blinked up at him. "a lot. i actually did something nice for you once and you didn't believe me."

"you've given me trust issues." he huffed.

"i thought you said you were smart. shouldn't you have remembered that since it was wednesday yesterday then today would be thursday?"

"that hurts my brain." he shook his head and started jogging forwards.

"that would only work if you had one in the first place!" you called after him and he stuck his middle finger back at you.

then he refused to talk to you on the walk home. not that you were complaining. he kept complaining that his legs were sore though.

"and who's fault is that?" you said under your breath.

"yours."

"i told you at least three times it was thursday. did you believe me? no. so therefore, it was your fault." you said and glared up at him.

"tsumu just admit your wrong and stupid." osamu said without looking up from his phone.

"no." he stubbornly.

"no." you mocked him making him lean over and pinch your cheek. you slapped his hand away and he continued to pinch your face.

you slapped the spot between his shoulder and neck, making him jump back in surprise. "not there." he said and protectively covered the spot.

"is that your weak spot?" you asked.

he hesitated. "no."

"you hesitated." you pointed out and watched as he looked away from you.

"no i didn't." he said and walked ahead. you caught up to him within a second. "your brain must be thinking things. wait fuck no, you'd need a brain for that."

"you're struggling with your words." you said and patted his shoulder.

"thanks for stating the obvious." he leaned against the gate in front of your house and watched your hands as you unlocked it.

"y/n!" your grandma opened the door for you once again. "oh hello atsumu!"

"hello." he waved at her. he's got your grandma complete wrapped around his finger. "just accompanying your wonderful granddaughter home safely."

you gave him a weird look and opened the gate. "are you okay?" you asked and pressed the back of your hand against his forehead.

he took your hand off his forehead and moved it down to his mouth. he kissed it which made you freeze and stare at him in concern.

"okay now I'm scared." you said and pulled your hand back, wiping the back of it on his shirt.

"aw." your grandma cooed. "atsumu dear, do you want to come inside the house?"

"no thank you." he said sweetly in a tone you've never heard him use before. "my mom is expecting a family dinner tonight."

"goodbye." you closed the gate again and walked into the house.

"goodnight sunshine!" he said and waved again. "wow, those two words really don't match."

"he's a sweet boy." your grandma said and you looked at her in horror.

"only to you." you said and slipped your shoes off.

"did you see the way he kissed your hand? like in the movies. completely adorable!" she followed you as you went to your bedroom.

"sure thing." you nodded and searched your dresser for clothes. "i'm gonna take a shower and sanitize my hand."

"what if you two end up catching feelings for each other?" your grandma sighed and started fantasizing you and atsumu being together and going on cute dates.

"that's one of our rules, no feelings." you informed her.

"oh honey, no one listens to the rules." she scoffed and sat down on your bed while smoothing out her dress.

"this is a set of rules I actually want to follow." you said and pulled out a hoodie.

"whatever you say, also your aunt called again." she said and you tensed up.

"i'm not moving to tokyo." you said.

"and i'm not forcing you to." she calmly said. "i like having you here."

"and I like being here." you replied before going into the bathroom. you always ended up running away from that conversation.

you didn't really like your aunt calling you every month, asking you to move in with her. sure, your grandma is old, but she's the one who's always been there for you.

the only reason you were still here
