"Yes,Tanaki-san?"You stopped walking and turned to the voice with a soft smile on your face.

"Thank you so much.You don't know how much it means for our family to finally be able to see this criminal in prison for the rest of his life."The woman said with tears in her eyes and a warm smile.You bowed your head.

"I am glad to hear that.We will make sure he won't get out of there ever again."

"Thank you so much."The woman said and tears ran down her cheeks.You nodded and bowed your head.

"I am sorry for your loss,Mrs Tanaki...But I hope your daughters can finally rest in peace knowing that the killer won't be able to do the same thing to other girls."

"I know they are.Without you,Kobayashi-sama,we wouldn't be able to get him a life sentence.I hope you live a happy life."The woman said with the same smile and walked away after bowing.You smiled and walked away.

"Y/n-chaaaaaaaaannnnn!Do you think we will meet our soulmates today?"Sana asked.She is your best friend and roommate.Even tho you have money,you and Sana have been together ever since diaper days,always inseparable,so you agreed to live together.She has long brown hair,black eyes and is pretty tall.She,just like you,is a prosecutor and the two of you work together.

You rolled your eyes at her question."Sana-chan...Soulmates don't exist...Is just crap."You chuckled.She pouted.

"You just say that because you are still single."She said and looked through your clothes.

The two of you decided to hang out with your other co workers and friends to celebrate the victory in court.You usually do that whenever you win a case.Sana already knew what she wanted to wear,but you didn't,so now she was helping you choose 'the perfect outfit'.She didn't tell you where you will be hanging out,but you guessed that it will be somewhere in a club due to the short dress that she chose.

"You only have formal clothes,Y/n-chan.Its so annoying."Sana sighed after looking through your clothes.

"I don't...I also have hoodies,jeans,tshirts..."You trailed off.

"Yeah,but nothing sexy."She turned to face you."I swear you are so casual and simple."She huffed.

"I wouldn't say that..."You chuckled and she turned back to your closet,taking a suit out and holding the hanger up in the air.

"You are right actually...This one costed 10k."

"It's Gucci."You said defensively and she chuckled,putting it back.

"This is like...The shortest dress you got.But it's clearly an office dress...Y/n!"She groaned and you chuckled.

"Can't I just wear a skirt and a hoodie?"You asked and she rolled her eyes.

"I want something to show off your curves.Not a hoodie...You need to look hot."She said.

"But where are we going anyway?You didn't tell me..."You asked.

"Well...I wanted to go to a club BUT Misa,that bitch,decided to go to eat ramen."Sana pouted angrily."She is so annoying."

You laughed at her face."Sana...I think it's better to go eat Ramen than go to a club...There are alot of creeps anyway..."You rolled your eyes playfully.

"But I wanted to meet my soulmate."She pouted and you sighed."UGH!Your clothes aren't hot."She whined and you got up from your bed,then went to the wardrobe and picked a white skirt and a brown hoodie,among with brown long socks that reached your knees.

You went into the bathroom and dressed up,then came out to Sana sitting on your bed,scrolling on her phone."See?Its not that bad."You said and Sana looked at you.

"I mean...I don't know how many men you will attract dressed like THAT,but whatever helps you sleep at night,love."She winked and you smiled.

"It's not like that's my goal tonight anyway..."You rolled your eyes with a smile."But why men?Why not women?"You asked and sat on the bed.Sana got on her knees on the bed and sat behind you.She combed your hair with her fingers and did your hairstyle.

"You are right here...But I thought you had a girlfriend?"She said,more like a question.

"We broke up like...1 week ago?"

"I am not talking about Aiko...That bitch."She said the last sentence angrily under her breath."I was talking about Maki...Didnt you two got together 5 days ago?"

"Nope."You popped the p."She found me kissing Momo in my office the day before yesterday and decided to break up again."You informed.

"And how come I didn't know about this?"Sana asked and harshly pulled a strand of your hair.You winced in pain,but chuckled shortly after.

"I thought Momo told you?"

"She didn't...She did tell me that you and the twins are closer than you should tho..."Sana stated and you chuckled."Oi!"She pulled your hair again."Do you like them?"

"I mean...They are hot...So..."You shrugged.

"Have you three slept together?"She whispered in your ear.

"Well...About that..."

Sana widened her eyes."YOU DID?!YOU BITCH!YOU DIDNT TELL ME,WHAT THE FUCK!TRAITOR!"She slapped your shoulder.

"We just made out...Nothing more or less..."You informed and rubbed the spot where she slapped you.

"You still could have told me."The girl pouted and took the hairtie that you handed her and did a messy bun.

"I thought you knew..."You shrugged and felt her repeating the process on the other side.

"At least you love me more than you love them."She said with a smile and you chuckled and nodded.

"You are my bestie,aren't ya?"You gave her another hairtie.She stopped tying your hair and pulled your hair.

"Bestie?JUST BESTIE?!I THOUGHT I AM YOUR WIFE!"She yelled in your ear angrily.

"Ok ok..."You chuckled."You are...Never said you weren't...I mean...You are the one who takes me out of the house all the time and is always there for me."

"Remember when we did a parkour around the high school and got suspended?"Sana asked with a smile on her face.

"Never forgetting that.Mom was so mad at me."

"She was at me too...She said she would never cook cookies for us for the next month.Do you know how painful that shit was?"

"I know."You pouted."She made the best cookies."You sighed and so did Sana.She hugged you from behind.

"Sorry..."She mumbled in your neck.You just nodded and the two of you stayed like that for some moments,until she broke the hug and got up."Now let's go and eat Ramen!I bet Momo is gonna yell at us for being late"She said with a smile and you got up.

"You still have to dress up..."You said while looking at her up and down.She was currently dressed in SpongeBob pajamas and slippers.

"Oh yeah,right."She went to her room and dressed up,did her make up and the two of you left the house.She let her hair down while you had two buns.You were wearing white sneakers while she was wearing heels.You never understood why she dressed like that whenever you went out to eat Ramen.It wasn't a bar,nor a restaurant...

The ramen shop you went to had a little terrace outside where you could eat.It was small,but the food was the best there.You were living close to them,so you went there often.

"Oh!Good evening!Another victory?"The owner that was also the cook said.You nodded in unison.

She is an older woman,around 60 years old,by the name of Aoi Ando.You and Sana know her ever since your high school years when you would go and eat ramen from the shop and also help her with it.You would cook,clean,and she always treated you like her own daughters.She is one of the best people you ever met.When you went to college,you met Momo.You and Sana became best friends with her very soon and you took her to the shop too.

In your last year of college,the twins came into picture.Mina and Misa.They are inseparable.Your friend group accepted them since they had very nice personalities,and you introduced them to Mrs Aoi.After you graduated,you would still visit the shop,not daily as before,but still very often,at least thrice a week.

"Ando-san!"You said with a bright smile and bowed.

"Girls!I missed you this past month.You haven't been here in a while."She dried her hands on a towel and hugged all of you one by one.

"We have been busy with a case recently...It has been very tirrrrriiiiing~"Momo said and rubbed her tummy,signaling that she is hungry.Mrs Aoi chuckled.

"I am sorry to hear that...The usual?"She asked and all of you nodded.She prepared the ramen as you explained to her.

"Yup...Crime,torture,rape..."Mina trailed off.

"Have you heard about Bonten?"She suddenly asked.Misa gasped and Mina widened her eyes.Momo and Sana dramatically covered their mouth while you frowned.

"Bonten...You mean...The criminals?That Bonten?"Misa asked.The lady nodded.

"Weren't they on hiatus?"You asked,the frown still on your face.

"They have been on a break for the past 2 months,but they came back..."She answered.

"You know...Actually Naoto contacted me the other day and said something about them..."Sana said."The police have been trying to catch them,but it was with no use...He asked if we have any informations about them that they don't know..."

"And we do?"Mina asked.

Sana shook her head."Well no...At least our team doesn't...I asked Haruto too and he didn't take their case either...He said that none of the teams had the guts to since Bonten won't hesitate to slit their throats."She said.

"Oh yeah...I remember when I asked Mika about them one time and she said everyone was scared of them...I didn't accept the case not because I was scared of anything,but because we already had Watanabe's case to investigate,I couldn't risk us getting overly overworked.Their case is very hard to follow,so..."You informed.

"I think it's better that you didn't accept the case to be honest...We would have been dead by now."Misa shrugged and the others agreed.

"Enough talking about the work...Lets enjoy the food."Momo said and put her arms around your and Sana's shoulders.Mrs Aoi chuckled and put the bowls with ramen on the bar counter.Steam was coming out of the bowls,indicating that the noodles were just taken out of the oven.

"Yuuummyyyyyy!"Misa and Mina said and took their bowls and ran outside.

Sana and Momo looked at each other with narrowed eyes,then took their bowls and ran outside too.They were racing.You chuckled.

"Looks like they were too hungry to realize that they don't have chopsticks."You mumbled and took chopsticks for all of them,then took your bowl and smelled."This is the best food I will ever eat,Ando-san."You said with a bright smile.Mrs Aoi nodded with a warm smile.You bowed your head and slowly walked outside.

In front of the store there were three small round tables,each with two or three chairs.Mina,Misa and Momo sat together at a table while you and Sana sat in front of each other at a table for two.You gave all of them their chopsticks and went to eat.

"You are a life saviour,Y/n!"Momo said in admiration and you chuckled.

"Thanks,I guess..."You mumbled and took a bite of the food.You immeditely widened your eyes."This is so good."You munched and Sana took a bite too,nodding.

"Ando-san is the best."She said.

"Gotta agree with this one.Her food is incomparable."You added.

"Oh..."You heard Mina's voice.You saw Mrs Aoi putting a bottle of Soju in front of them and gave them shots.She had another bottle which she placed in front of your and Sana's face and put the shots at each one of you.She smiled.

"Soju is good with Ramen."She winked and went back inside.

"Oh my god!I AM GETTING DRUNK TONIGHT!"Sana yelled happily.You widened your eyes and heard Mrs Aoi chuckling as she walked inside the shop.The other three girls didn't hear her despite her loud voice.They were too much into food.

"Sana,no!I don't want to carry you and break my back.I still have to go to work tomorrow.Oi!"You turned to the twins and Momo who stopped in their tracks and looked at you."Dont you dare get drunk.Tomorrow we have to go to that meeting with the boss and I don't want you all to brag about headaches."You warned and they nodded hesitantly.

It was useless tho,since in the next 30 minutes,all 4 of them were blacked out drunk.Sana was still drinking while mumbling and talking with the bottle.Momo was passed out and the twins were singing loudly together,dancing from time to time.

"You!"Sana pointed to the bottle."You are my best bu-Hck-you are my best buddy!"She said in a drunk voice and hiccuped,then laughed immediately after hearing her hiccup.

"AND IM BEGGIN!BEGGIN YOUUUU!PUT YOUR LOVING HAND OUT BABYYYYyyyyYyyYYYYYyyy~"The twins loudly sang and waltzed aggressively.

"Hck...Hck...I-Hck...I want to-Hck...I have to pee-Hck."Momo mumbled in her sleep.

You rubbed your temples."Fuck my life."You mumbled to yourself.

"You mean me?"Sana suddenly asked,pointing at her."I am-Hck...I am your life...So you want to f-Hck...Ow ow ow."She pointed to the bottle."Why are you spinning,buddy?"She looked drunkly at the bottle of Soju that she held."He he he...You...Hck...Are...My soul-Hck...Soulmate.I finally-Hck.I finally found ya!"She said and kissed the bottle.

"HIT YOU WITH THAT DDU DU DDU DU!"Misa and Mina drunkly sang and did the dance moves of 'DDU DU DDU DU' by Blackpink."AYE AYE!HIT YOU WITH THAT DDU DU DDU DU!"They sang again,louder than before.

You sighed."Of fuck.I am gonna throw up-"Momo said and got up with her hand covering her mouth.She ran further down the alley.You widened your eyes and ran after her,holding her hair up once you reached her.Her hair wasn't long,a little bit over shoulder length.She also had bangs and her hair was black,same as her eyes.

After she was done throwing up,you helped her go back to the table and sat her down."Stay here!"You pointed at her and ran inside to get some wet tissues."Ando-san.Do you have wet tissues?"You asked the woman.

"They are in the second drawer to the left."She said,not looking at you since she was still cooking for other costumers.

"Thank you."You mumbled and rushed to the drawer,got the wet tissues and went back to Momo and the others.Momo was passed out again while Mina and Misa were still having their concert.Sana was laying on the ground,looking at the stars with the bottle tightly held to her chest."Sana!Get up!The ground is cold!"You said as you wiped Momo's mouth who was currently sleeping."No!Mina!Dont go in the street!There are cars there!"You said and ran after Mina who drunkly walked in the middle of the road to dance.

The street wasn't a road full of cars,it was an ally like the one with stores.Cars do pass by very often,but it wasn't a boulevard.You had to be careful nonetheless.

"IF I WAS YOUR BOYFRIEND,ILL NEVER LET YOU GOOoOOOoo~"Mina sang as she danced in the middle of the street.A car just turned the corner and was about to hit Mina,but you thankfully got there on time and jumped into her,pushing her away from the car on the other side of the road.

"I think I said something about not going on the road,didn't I?"You slightly glared at her who was just smiling while looking at the sky.

"The stars are beAaaaaUUuutiFul~"She said in a sing sang voice and you chuckled.You helped her get up and made it safely back to the other girls.

Misa was talking to her reflexion in the glass of the store and making faces.Momo was still passed out but hiccuped from time to time.Sana was already soundly asleep,snoring loudly,the bottle still in her hands.You placed Mina on the chair and sighed,putting your hands on your hips and looking at your 4 best friends, analyzing the situation.

"This is gonna be tough."You said to yourself and went to Sana to take the bottle away from her.It was empty,but you don't need glass everywhere in the house in case she drops it.You wanted to take it away,but she held it too tight,even if she was asleep."Great.You will clean the glass if you drop that,Sana."You warned and placed her right arm on your shoulder.She didn't show any signs of getting up,so you cursed under your breath knowing that you will have to carry her by your own till you get home.

You got to the other girls.Misa was still posing in the glass window,Momo was still passed out and Mina was laughing and giggling while looking at her feet.

"That's just great."You mumbled and went towards Momo.You took her left arm and put it around your other shoulder.Thankfully,she wasn't that deeply asleep as you thought she would be.She could still walk on her own,but you needed to hold her in case of anything,just to make sure."Mina!Misa!Lets go!I got a present for ya!"You slightly shouted to the twins who immeditely looked at you with sparkly eyes.

"YES!"Misa shouted and jumped in the air,but because she was drunk,she fell."Ow.OH MY GOD!"She gasped while looking at her knee that's now bruised.Not badly,just a little scratched."I BROKE MY LEG!"She cried.You sighed and went to her.

"Oh nooooo..."Mina sarcastically commented."You are gonna die."She said in a bored voice,but immediately bursted out laughing when she looked at her hand.

Hearing what her sister said,Misa started crying harder,which made things worse for you."Hey hey hey...Misa,it's okay...I will bandage your leg once we get home.Lets walk you and Mina there,hm?"You said softly and Misa sniffed.

"I-I...I can't walk...It hurts..."She pointed to her knee and you sighed,then turned your back to her,crouching down.

"Jump on my back."You said and she happily did so.

"Oh Y/n do you need help to take them home?I have my bike."Mrs Aoi came out of the shop and pointed to her bike that was propped on the wall of her store.

You turned to her with a smile."Dont worry,Ando-san.I will take them to my and Sana's.The bike would make it harder anyway...Thanks for offering tho.I will come back once I drop them off."You announced and she nodded and hummed with a smile.

"Mina!Come on!"You said and Mina got up from the chair,dragging her feet as your walked with the three girls that were now passed out.

"Awww...Look who is acting as the caring friend now..."
