𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬𝐧'𝐭 𝐞𝐧𝐝.

Y/n started working as Jimin's assistant and it wasn't tiring for her since he wasn't that difficult as Taehyung.

He was really considerate towards her and often made her take breaks. He also made sure that no one picks on her and whenever someone badmouthed her, he would fire them at that moment itself.

Four months passed again and it was almost her due date. So, she had to go on a maternity leave.

On the other hand, Taehyung and Chanyeol tried everything possible way to get a hold of her but all their efforts resulted in disappointment.

Chanyeol:- Where are you, Y/n? Just where are you?

Eun Bin:- Wherever she is, I'm sure she will be happier there than here.

Chanyeol:- So, You're telling we shouldn't look for her?

Eun Bin:- We should look for her but I don't think Taehyung should. He's the reason why she's not here.

Chanyeol:- Eun Bin! I have told you to stop blaming Taehyung everytime.

Eun Bin:- Who should I blame then? You know nothing, Oppa. He hurt her so much that she used to come crying to me-

Chanyeol:- But-

Taehyung:- She's right, Yeol. I-I hurt her so much. I- I made her cry and always took her for granted.

Eun Bin:- Good thing that you realised but you're too late now, Taehyung.

Taehyung:- I - I just want to see her and my baby- just once.

Chanyeol:- We'll find her, Taehyung. We'll find her no matter what.

Eun Bin:- You've been saying that since forever. Taehyung, I'm saying this again. You don't deserve her. I really hope she finds someone much better than you and you can spend the rest of your life pining to yourself and crying over her.

Chanyeol:- That's enough, Eun Bin!

Taehyung:- I think I know where she might be.

Chanyeol:- Really? Where is it?

Jimin:- How may I help you, Mr. Kim?

Taehyung:- She is with you, Right?

Jimin:- Who? I don't understand what you're talking about.

Taehyung:- Y/n. I'm talking about Y/n.

Jimin:- Why are you asking me that? She's your wife. Oops, I'm sorry. Ex- wife.

Taehyung:- Jimin, I know that she's with you.

Jimin:- I don't think I know where she is and even if I did, you'll be the last person I tell that. Now if you please excuse me-

Taehyung:- No, you're not going anywhere until you tell that.

Jimin:- Since when did you care about her this much?

Taehyung:- I-

Jimin:- Please stay away from her and the baby if you care about them.

Taehyung :- I won't. I can't. I can't stay away from them. They're mine. Both of them are mine.

Jimin:- Yours? You have some nerve to say that after you kicked her out. You even went on dates with another woman when she-

Taehyung:- I was stupid to do that. I was stupid to let her go.

Jimin:- Yes, you were. You were so stupid that you couldn't even see the love she had for you all these years.

Taehyung:- But I love her now.

Jimin:- Do you? Do you really love her? Or are you just mistaking your guilt for love?

Y/n went to answer the door hearing the ringing of the doorbell but to her surprise Jimin wasn't alone. Taehyung was also present beside him. She stood there frozen and panic stirred inside her seeing his face.

Y/n:- What are you doing here? Why is he with you? Answer me, Jimin.

Jimin:- Y/n, you should hear him out.

Taehyung:- Y-y/n-

Taehyung looked at her tearfully and his eyes wandered to her bump. He tried to touch it but she didn't let him.

Taehyung:- Y-Y/n, Please.

Y/n:- Why did you come? Haven't you had enough? Is your revenge not over yet?

Why can't you just leave me alone for good?

She lashed out at him and vented all her suppressed anger but suddenly, she felt a sense of discomfort and stopped talking abruptly.

Jimin:- Y/n-ah, Are you okay? What-

Y/n:- I- I think my w-water just broke.

Taehyung:- What?

Hospital

Taehyung passed the information down to Chanyeol and Eunbin. So, they also rushed to the hospital.

Y/n was taken to the labor room and Taehyung stood there outside biting his nails nervously.

Chanyeol:- What happened? How did you find her?

Eun Bin:- Jimin? You're here too?

Jimin:- Yes, Noona.

Taehyung:- She was living with him all these days.

Chanyeol:- What?

Eun Bin:- Thank you for taking care of her, Jimin. I knew back then that you were the reliable type unlike some-

Chanyeol:- Eun Bin, Don't start now. This is a hospital.

After few hours

The Nurse came out of the labor room carrying the baby and they all rushed towards the baby. The nurse handed the baby off to Taehyung and he took the baby in his arms with utmost care.

Nurse:- It's a boy.

Taehyung:- How's Y/n? She's okay, Right?

He enquired to the nurse holding the tiny little one close to him.

Nurse:- Don't worry, both the mother and baby are fine.

Taehyung:- Can I see her?

Nurse:- I'm afraid that won't be possible now. We'll let you see her later.

Nurse answered as she took the baby back from him.

Later

Y/n was resting in the bed and the baby was sleeping beside her. She stroked his hair and smiled not taking eyes off him.

That's when the door opened and Eun Bin and Chanyeol entered leaving her surprised. Jimin also came along with them.

Chanyeol:- Y/n, Are we some sort of strangers to you? How could you cut us off like we're -

Y/n:- Oppa-

Eun Bin:- Oppa, Are you going to yell at her now?

Chanyeol:- We thought you were in danger. I have- We were really worried. Y/n, how could you leave us?

Y/n:- Sorry. I'm sorry for making you all worry about me.

Eun Bin:- Ooo is my baby sleeping?

Eun Bin said as she went towards the baby to lighten the mood up.

Taehyung:- Y/n, you're okay right? Are you tired?

Y/n:- Stop acting like you care, Taehyung.

Taehyung:- I'm S-so-

Y/n:- Save it.

Taehyung was hurt because of Y/n's behaviour towards him but he had no right to complain since he brought it upon himself.

Eun Bin decided to change the topic sensing the tension there.

Eun Bin:- Jimin, was it hard for you? I mean I've heard that pregnant women have terrible mood swings. How was she?

Jimin:- No, Not at all. It wasn't hard. The only difficult part was to satisfy her cravings.

Y/n just smiled at Jimin and this made Taehyung even more hurt. The fact that she let Jimin take care of her and not him crushed his heart into pieces. He went out of the room and Chanyeol also followed him.

Chanyeol:- Are you Okay, Taehyung?

Taehyung:- Of course, Yeol. I'm okay.

Chanyeol:- Don't lie to me, Taehyung.

Taehyung:- Fine. I'm not okay. I miss her but I don't think I can do anything about that. She hates me now, I made her hate me.

Chanyeol:- Do you really love her that much?

Taehyung:- What? Do you think I was bluffing when I said that? I do. I love her a lot. But does it matter? I lost her. It's too late now.

Chanyeol:- Fine. I'll give you a chance to make it up to her.

Taehyung:- How? She won't even let me close anywhere near her.

Chanyeol:- Don't worry, we'll figure it out.
