Jimin:- How have you been? It has been a long time since I heard from you. I missed you.

Y/n:- I missed you too.

Jimin:- Can we meet? When will you be free?

Y/n:- Uhh Yeah We should meet. Jimin-ah, I'll call you back okay?

Jimin:- Okay, Take care.

Taehyung:- Who is it?

Y/n:- You don't remember him? My best friend.

Taehyung:- Why would I remember your best friend?

What did he say?

Y/n:- He just wanted to hang out sometime.

Taehyung:- No! You can't go. I don't like my wife hanging around with other men.

Y/n:- Wife? Aren't I just a revenge pawn? And you know what, I don't need your permission to go.

He was shocked since this was the first time she stood up for herself and Jimin being the reason didn't sit well with him.

His eyes were full of anger and his anger awakened the beast in him.

He grabbed her wrist and pushed her to the wall. Their bodies were just inches apart and his gaze fell on her lips. She tried to wriggle out of his grip but failed miserably as he was too strong.

Taehyung:- Did you just raise your voice at me? You think you can do that? Huh?

Y/n:- Leave me.

Taehyung:- Yeah, You are just a pawn in my game and that's all you'll ever be, Park Y/n. Oops! Sorry, Kim Y/n. And Get ready. I don't have all day.

He walked away leaving her all alone. With no choice, she went to get ready.

The car ride was silent and they reached Namjoon's home.

Namjoon:- Yaah, Why did you come without calling?

Taehyung:- I wanted to give you a surprise hyung.

Namjoon:- Surprise? Are you a kid Taehyung? This is the first time you are coming with your wife and I haven't prepared anything. Y/n, please sit.

Taehyung:- Why would you prepare anything for her? It's not like she's a VIP.

Namjoon smacked Taehyung's head.

Namjoon:- Is that the way you should talk about your wife? Y/n-ah, You should tell me if he's being mean to you, I will beat him up like the brother I am.

She just smiled and glanced at Taehyung who ignored her like always.

Rest of the day went by the brother's bickering and bashing each other.

Y/n was happy to see her old Tae. His boxy smile was the one she missed most during these days.

Chanyeol:- Eun bin-ah, wake up , it's okay , you're fine. I'm here.

Eun bin has been getting these nightmares since that incident and after the encounter with Taehyung, It seems to be gotten out of control.

Chanyeol:- Eun bin-ah , are you okay?

Eun Bin:- I-im scared oppa, He is after me, He will kill me.

Chanyeol:- You're fine, Eun bin-ah. I will not let anything harm you. Oppa will protect you. Now, take your medicines.

I might be the most useless brother in the world. I failed to protect Y/n and I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to bring the old Eun bin back.

Few hours later

Eun bin-ah, Food is ready. Chanyeol called out.

He knocked the door and there was no response.

He broke the door with all his strength and the sight he had to witness was definitely not a pleasant one.

Eun Bin overdosed on her pills and it was clearly a suicide attempt.

Chanyeol rushed to the hospital and he broke down.

*Y/n's phone rang*

Y/n:- Oppa? Why did-

Chanyeol:- Y/n, E-Eun bin.

Y/n:- What happened to unnie?

Taehyung shifted his attention from Namjoon to Y/n hearing Eun bin's name.

Chanyeol:- She tried to kill herself, Y/n.

He managed to complete his words amidst his crying

Y/n:- What? I'll be there.

She panicked as she heard the news and couldn't say anything.

Taehyung:- What happened to her? I asked you what happened to Eun bin.

His love for Eun Bin was present in his words. She was the only girl he loved and maybe the only girl he will ever love.

Doctor :- She's fine now, what she needs now is not medicines but your love and care.

Chanyeol:- Can I see her now, Doctor?

Doctor:- Yes, but please don't stress her out.

Chanyeol:- Eun bin-ah..Why did you do this? Didn't I say that I'll always be with you. Then why, Eun bin?

Nurse:- These are the medicines you should get.

Chanyeol:- Eun bin-ah, Oppa will be back now okay.

Y/n and Taehyung reached the hospital and they went to Eun bin.

Y/n:- Unnie, You are okay right?

Eun bin gave a light nod to her.

Taehyung took Eun bin's hand and his eyes were filled with tears.

Y/n left them alone since she know her presence will make them uncomfortable. A part of her was glad that her Unnie was fine but another part of her was hurt seeing Taehyung's love for Eun bin.

Taehyung:- Eun bin-ah, Don't you dare do this again.

I can't tolerate anything happening to you. Promise me you won't do this again?

What the f*ck are you doing here? Chanyeol asked as he glare at him. He grabbed Taehyung's collar and shouted, Stay away from her.

Y/n came and pulled both of them out from fighting each other.

Unnie wouldn't like both of you fighting. Y/n said.

I will wait outside, Taehyung said to Y/n.

Unnie, Don't ever leave me alone. Looking after Oppa is so tiring, I can't do that alone, Unnie. Y/n said.

Eun bin's face lighted up with a faint smile.

Chanyeol was happy too seeing both of his sisters happy.

Chanyeol:- Y/n, Do you want a beating?

This was their little happy family which Taehyung is trying ti to ruin. After spending some time Y/n and Taehyung went back.

He stayed silent since he didn't have an answer to that.

Y/n:- Will you go to her after done taking your revenge?

Y/n:- Treat her well then. Don't order her around like you do with me.

She knew that the person he liked was always Eun Bin. There were no place for her in his heart as it was always reserved for her Unnie.

Y/n POV

I know it's selfish of me to snatch him away from her.

But I can't help how I feel.

I'll never hurt her. I will never come in between them. Besides he doesn't like me too, So it doesn't matter. Right?
