Five years since that incident, the one which changed all of our lives. I had to do it, I-I was forced to do it. Chanyeol was deep in his thoughts and he was interrupted by his little sister.

"Oppa, What are you Thinking this early morning?"

She is the only one who is actually unaware of that dreadful night.

"What's with you? Did you really wake up this early?Are you really my Y/n?"

He teased her playfully making her annoyed.

"What about Eun bin? Did she wake up?"

He asked her with raised eyebrows indicating his concern.

Eun bin came down the stairs with her usual emotionless face and quietly took her breakfast to her room. She wasn't like this. I would have said that she is the most cheerful and enthusiastic person in this universe but that would be the past. Chanyeol said to himself deep in his thoughts.

Y/n helped Chanyeol wash dishes and both the siblings started bickering with each other. After her sister being distant Y/n knew it was her responsibility to make her brother feel less lonely. She always followed him around like a puppy and that made his pain bearable.

Suddenly, Chanyeol's phone rang and it was an unknown number. Call it an intuition or hunch he had a bad feeling and he was right too. Unknown callers always frightened him more than anything and there was a reason to it too.

He picked up the call with hesitation.

"Missed me?"

Chanyeol felt dizzy hearing that voice, He was unable to bring words out of his mouth for a minute.

"T-TTae-h-hyungg," Chanyeol's voice cracked.

"So, my best friend still remembers me. Ohh! I'm so glad".

Taehyung's tone was mocking and it didn't go unnoticed by Chanyeol.

"So, Chanyeol. How's life? Pretty good right? I actually called you to warn you. Since, I'm back don't expect anymore happiness. I am going to ruin everything beloved to you just like you did five years ago. Gotta go bestie, it was nice hearing your voice."

Chanyeol was in a trance for a few minutes. He was unable to process that it was Taehyung. He could never speak this way not to anyone let alone him. But he had no right to complain because he was the one who made him this way.
